Late Friday afternoon I noticed that I had a huge leak. Come to find out I blew a Y for the heater and lost antifreeze. Bo’s quickly diagnosed the issue and they had to order the parts.
Bo’s took care of me again and did the work quickly and for a reasonable price

Honestly the best shop in town! Other places were quoting me twice as much of what they did. They even offered to tow my car at a reasonable price. They worked with me, and they’re very attentive, always communicating. I am recommending to all my friends about this place, I don’t think I’ll be going any other shop but them!
Karson helped me out when my Jeep broke down in town as I was passing through on my way to Minnesota. He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. He towed my vehicle to a nearby transmission repair shop for a really affordable price. This was my first time dealing with a vehicle issue and needing to find a towing company on my own. His demeanor immediately put me at ease and made the experience as easy as it could be. I would absolutely recommend Bo's for any towing or auto needs!
Cody and the crew at Bo's went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They explained everything to me and was up front about costs and such. When i need future work done Bo's is where i will be going!
Listened to my concerns and got my car in and out within the hour. They were reasonable on the price for the battery and labor costs. I’ll definitely be back for regular maintenance. Glad to support a local mom and pop shop!

I could not be more pleased with the service and performance of Bo's Auto. Recently had an issue with my vehicle and they were able to fit in it quickly, execute the repair, and have it back to me all buttoned up in a timely fashion. Such amazing customer service. My car battery died and someone came and replaced it, once they left my car died again so I called them and he came right back to help me. Realized the problem was more than just my car battery so I followed him back to the shop at 7pm, after they were closed. Multiple workers stayed until 9:30pm just to fix my car. I guarantee you no other place in Lincoln would have done that for me. They were so so nice and friendly and I’m so thankful for them.
Best towing service in town! They towed my F-150 for a fair rate! The tow driver was very professional. The tow truck was here very quickly. The tow truck was nice!

Bo’s Auto Repair and Towing has been great to me. I have used them several times for auto repair and twice for towing. Every experience has been fantastic. Their tow pricing if very fair and their tow truck operators are professional and knowledgeable. They have been very punctual with their tow timing. For auto repair they have gotten me in and out in a very timely manner and at a great price. Just yesterday I needed a battery tested and a tire repaired. I was in and out within an hour with a repaired tire and a new battery in hand. I would trust Bo’s with any type of auto repair or towing services.

My husband, our 3 kids, and I are from Hastings and broke down a couple minutes outside of Lincoln. We called them and Cody was there within 30-45 minutes with a car to pick us up in and take us to a hotel for the night. He worked on our car first thing next day and had us back on the road by 1pm. Excellent service and extremely friendly the whole time I felt like my family and I were in amazing hands and had nothing to worry about.
We just moved to Lincoln and we always enjoy coming into the shop when we are having car issues. The guys never blow smoke up our butts on what we should get done which is what a lot of other shops seem to like doing with female customers. Great service for a great price. 10/10 recommend! We have definitely found our go to guys.
I was very happy with my service and driver. As a woman who was stranded on the interstate alone, I felt safe at all times. Great service. Hope I won’t need them again but if I do, I will definitely be calling Bo’s.
Our car broke down on I-80 West, and Bo's Auto & Towing came to our rescue albeit being already 7:30 PM. The service was outstanding—they were quick, professional, and incredibly helpful. Truly the best experience. I’d give them 100% and highly recommend!
I broke down on I 80 heading into Lincoln, this man interrupted his dinner with his family to make sure I got off the highway. He also made sure I got to a hotel for the night. He started working on my vehicle first thing the next day. If I'm ever passing through here again I am taking you and your family out for dinner, you're a lifesaver. I appreciate you.
If I could put more stars I would. I called for a jump start and it turns out I needed a tow. The driver was awesome. They towed my truck and repaired it quickly. Still have not had an issue. Thanks guys!

Quick to respond. Owner was very friendly on the phone. Unfortunately driver didn’t have the tools we needed to get a trailer tire swapped. But was assured they would be stocking trucks with more equipment the next morning to assist rigs like ours. I would call them again if I needed help in that area
They stole $90. We scheduled a tow the day before. They showed up late, 55 minutes late. Then, they did not do anything. They did not tow our truck. Our truck is not towed. However, they threatened to call the cops if we didn’t pay them $90 for not towing our truck. They did no work. They did not tow our truck but they took our $90 anyway. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY
Becky and Cody were very helpful in getting my mother in law back on the road. They were quick to pick up her car and repair it. I love BOs towing because I feel safe sending my wife and her mother to them and that they will be treated fairly. 5 stars
This shop is excellent! They are fast responsive and reliable. They got me in and out, from flat to two new tire in the same day. Considering I had a push rod in my tire, they did this quick. Will always recommend .
I more than highly recommend Bo's auto and towing. My husband's truck wouldn't start even after a jump and was out by the casino. I am so happy I called them. They came and picked up the keys at my home because ( my husband left it where it was) towed the truck to there work shop and fixed it. The tow truck driver was very nice and professional and had all the information so I didn't have to repeat it. Great service and very reliable. I will now use them not only because they were 100% good but because they tow and fix it all in one place. And very fair prices. Also love there receipts as they tell you exactly what they did.
I've had to use both their towing and auto services, and I highly recommend them! Christmas eve I had to get a tow, due to having bent a tire rod, not only was Ryan super friendly, informative, and gentle with my car, but he picked me up in a short amount of time and got me home just as quickly.
The next time I had to get a tow was to a tire appointment, Cody was fast, friendly and very big on communication and the process.
I went to them to have my tire rod replaced, and I had explained that I would need my car back before Monday, they got it done in one day!!! And an alignment as well! My car drives like new!
Will deff be going back to them for any car work I need done, as their service was exceptional and timely! On top of being extremely reasonable! Didn't break the bank, even on the time crunch I needed!
