I more than highly recommend Bo's auto and towing. My husband's truck wouldn't start even after a jump and was out by the casino. I am so happy I called them. They came and picked up the keys at my home because ( my husband left it where it was) towed the truck to there work shop and fixed it. The tow truck driver was very nice and professional and had all the information so I didn't have to repeat it. Great service and very reliable. I will now use them not only because they were 100% good but because they tow and fix it all in one place. And very fair prices. Also love there receipts as they tell you exactly what they did.

This shop is excellent! They are fast responsive and reliable. They got me in and out, from flat to two new tire in the same day. Considering I had a push rod in my tire, they did this quick. Will always recommend .

Second time I have used Bo's Auto & Towing to come and jump start my dead battery vehicle. By the time I arrived with vehicle, it was after 4:30 and they worked past closing time to get new battery installed. Very friendly and polite. Highly recommend checking them out.

I've had to use both their towing and auto services, and I highly recommend them! Christmas eve I had to get a tow, due to having bent a tire rod, not only was Ryan super friendly, informative, and gentle with my car, but he picked me up in a short amount of time and got me home just as quickly.
The next time I had to get a tow was to a tire appointment, Cody was fast, friendly and very big on communication and the process.
I went to them to have my tire rod replaced, and I had explained that I would need my car back before Monday, they got it done in one day!!! And an alignment as well! My car drives like new!
Will deff be going back to them for any car work I need done, as their service was exceptional and timely! On top of being extremely reasonable! Didn't break the bank, even on the time crunch I needed!

Called seven different towing companies in town this was the one that had the fastest response time that was the most affordable very professional service very personable service will definitely use these guys again if I need to. The driver Ryan was awesome.
Overall great experience! Fixed my issue rather quickly and even offered to give me ride while it was being worked on. Was worried it would take days to be fixed but they got my vehicle right in and also was affordable. Will definitely be giving them my business if/when my car has any more mechanical issues!

Being stranded 20 miles outside Lincoln with a car that has major engine issues can be frustrating and stressful. Especially when it happens in the evening with limited options. Super fast response time!!! Very friendly and kind! I was alone and my car broke down and I’m so thankful Bo came to my rescue!! I hit a raccoon in the dark at 0400 am and he helped me out and even spoke to my insurance agent! Forever grateful!

Towed my vehicle when required very fast. Gave me rides around town when I didn't have a vehicle, and sent me a personal taxi service to help me get back to my vehicle. Took them 1 day to fix my car's timing belt and other parts with that area. Very nice.

My boyfriend’s car stopped working, something from the motor wasn’t working , 14 hours away from home. We didn’t know who to call so he looked around, but didn’t speak much English, and found Bo’s Auto & Towing. The people were so patient with him and me and even helped us look for someone that would help us transfer our car to Franklin North Carolina. Other shops would have said they couldn’t do much just fix the car, but they actually called their friends and other people they knew to find out how to transfer the car without it being too expensive since we were on a budget. His wife even gave him a ride to the hotel he was going to stay at and the towing was not expensive at all it was pretty affordable. Would recommend 10/10 experience we will never forget even gave him a little towing car.
I’m very impressed with the service I received from Cody, he came and towed my car that was no longer running due to transmission issues. He gave me a very fair price and was quick and professional. Paperwork was done and car was loaded up within 10 minutes. I will absolutely be using them for any of my auto needs in the future!
