Wasn't even able to get past the first ring before a gentleman answered the phone. He (I am sorry for forgetting your name, sir!) and Jakob (the driver dispatched to me) were polite, professional and quick with their assistance. Jakob arrived quickly and got right to work even after dealing with my poor directions and confusing location. Again, sorry, Jakob! Awesome people to call up whenever you need help!

Car broke down on ramp to the highway late at night after work due to battery issues, they were there in 15 minutes in the freezing cold and back home in a flash.
L & I got us towed out of a steep alley in South Omaha today. Slid backwards for about 30 feet, luckily we got the van to stop before going all the way down and hitting cars. They were there in 30 mins and we were back to work in 45. Took all the chains they had on the truck. Very fast and efficient. Won't use anyone else. Thanks L&I.
Jakob was a great person to work with, called me prior to arrival let me know what he looked like and what he was arriving in to assure me in the late hours that he was a safe person approaching my vehicle. He safely got me dropped at home. Very much appreciated, great young man very polite and kind mannered.
Called them up at 1am when we had tried contacting multiple places to get a spare tire swapped onto our trailer. The boss answered and came out immediately to get tire changed for us and was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them.
Got a tow from this company and they broke my ignition. The driver jammed the wrong key in there and twisted it, so now you can't even turn the key. He wasn't able to put it in neutral (though he claimed he did) and pulled it onto the truck with no tire skids. When I spoke to them they denied that it happened. Now I can't even get to a mechanic.
Jeep stopped w/ trailer towing it, in busy intersection day before 4th of July, 95°F. Traffic everywhere. I called Only Tows. Robert answered, asked a couple questions & was darting to me to save the day. His tow truck was on other side of town so Robert came w/ personal Truck to help me get out of busy intersection.
After safely towing me to closest gas station, He pulled off my trailer hooked it onto his truck told me to hop in. He personally dropped me off at my house & took trailer back to Uhaul for me. Unbelievable service & guidance. Robert is a miracle worker. I will tell my story forever while giving Robert’s towing company referrals for life. Good people & good businesses are reasons small business will forever thrive. Robert is the man.
Had my daughter with a flat tire and AAA couldn't get the tire off. They dispatched Only Tows to get her car to a repair shop. The guy driving the truck went the extra mile and got the tire off instead, saving us the effort of taking the car in right away. They came earlier than AAA said by a long ways, too. I have no hesitation recommending a company that goes above and beyond, and is punctual too. If you need towing services, give them a call.
Just had my first experience with these guys and they will be my first call anytime from now on. Their guy Mike is not a tow truck driver, that man is a true operator the first company I called pulled up sat there for 10 minutes and said we can't do it. But these guys pulled up and had my car back home in literally under 6 minutes

I had a mobile home that would not start, Michael went above and beyond to figure out why, instead of just towing it somewhere and incurring extra costs to me. He was at the house for over a half an hour trying to figure out out, and he did !!! And it ended up to be something extremely simple, he saved me so much time and money. Mike was able to do a field repair to my starting motor and get me back on the road immediately. Not only was I able to avoid a mechanic bill, but he even showed me how to do the same in case it happened again. I'd give him six stars if I could.
Absolutely the best experience I've ever had. I recently had my battery replaced and suddenly my vehicle wouldn't start. When Only Tows came out, he asked if he could take a look. It ended up being loose connections on the battery. He tightened everything up and it worked. He saved me a trip to the auto repair shop and possibly being without a vehicle for a few days. It really saved me a LOT of distress in my life. I really can't thank them enough. He was super nice and personable as well. What a great experience when I needed it most!
We needed a TOW on a Saturday ASAP after waiting for AAA and realizing their dispatch messed up these guys saved the day 100% impressed we got it done in 30 min! Will call only tows first now on! Highly recommend!
Got my car out of a snow patch in the middle of waterloo after the last towing company i called refused to come help. they were very professional and easy to work with.
Disgraceful absolutely the worst customer service possible. Enterprise car had sent them to complete a tow and a lockout request and they told me the time that they would be there when I call to follow up the guy was completely rude an exhibited horrible customer service. He told me I was a waste of his time a yelled about canceling the request. How the hell was I supposed to know they didn't do lockout request that's just the place that the rental car agency called to resolve my issue. How the hell was I supposed to know where he was at that was just the time that I was told and I was just following up. How hard would it have been just to explain everything instead of going off. If I'm not nice to people with my job even when the rude to me I would lose it.
Save yourself the trouble do not get service through them
These guys have been great! We have had some car trouble and Only Tows has been there for us quick and reasonably priced. Will use this company for any future towing needs.
Our serpentine belt gave out just as we were merging onto I80, and to our dismay, we discovered another part had also broken. I swiftly called for help, thinking we'd just get a tow to the auto parts store so my husband could make the repair. Instead, they went above and beyond, offering to pick up the necessary part and fix it themselves. In just an hour and a half, from the time I made the call to the moment they completed the repair, they had us back on the road. I'm immensely grateful for their swift and generous assistance. Thanks to them, we didn't have to endure being stranded on the roadside with our little ones and pets. Thank you so much!
Dishonest people, towed my trailer and quit about it so fees can stack up. Shame on Sapp bros for letting this people to scam. Fix your paid parking so people like me don’t have problems to park on my spot. There is no point to pay $400 month to get my trailer towed because your parking is tight once other people park on their spot.
Amazing job! Very helpful crew. It was my first time calling for roadside assistance, and they were very transparent about the whole process. It was not easy! My vehicle was stuck in very thick mud about 1/2 mile from gravel pavement. These guys put in a lot of time, effort, and energy trying to get it unstuck. Eventually it worked out! Thanks again!
