We called probably 8 other towing companies while stranded with a truck and trailer. No one else answered but these dear people - Yes! It took them an hour to get to us because of bad traffic, but a smiling young man named Leo finally arrived with a tow truck. He has the qualities of a hero! We will call you guys again in a heartbeat, when we need you!
Was dispatched from my roadside coverage, was told car would be picked up within 2 hours, delayed and delayed again...finally arrived 5 hours after my first call, guy had no idea how to tow/load a Tesla...he spent 1.5 hours at my house, I had to come home and call Tesla support for help...finally got the car on the truck, but I still worry it was properly secured.
Can’t say enough good things about this salvage yard. They went way above and beyond helping me track down the exact part I needed when the dealer couldn’t get it. They didn’t just guess. They called around, confirmed the correct part number, made sure it was actually right for my vehicle, and even got me a discount in the process.
That level of effort is rare anymore. Honest, knowledgeable, and actually willing to help instead of just taking your money. I’ll definitely be back and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for parts without the headache.
First experience with this type of "self serve" yard. I WILL be giving them another chance, but their methods are very unorthodox. I initially asked about the price of hubcaps/wheel covers and was told by 3 individuals they had no idea. Instead of standing around, I said it may be more beneficial for me to go look and see if there was anything I was interested in while prices were determined. I was asked to sign in which is pretty standard and told where to go for the available vehicles. SMACK in the middle of all of the other "available" vehicles, there was a heap of rusted (and torched) American steel in Cadillac form that had some parts that i actually needed. The items included 4 hubcaps, a tonneau cover and a not so needed, tacky aftermarket hood ornament that was actually broken, but still kinda neat. I brought all of the items to pay for them and was promptly asked why I had the items I had, what the ID numbers were from each car that each item came from and then the kicker.."are those caps from the Cadillac? You can't buy those. They aren't for sale. OH is the tonneau cover from the Cadillac? That's mot for sale either. The hood ornament. Not for sale. Nothing from that car is for sale." The owner was called by one or two of the employees as a result. I could hear him screaming in the phone about the ordeal and nearly walked out. Needless to say, I was unable to purchase the items. One of the kids tried to tell me the parts were too expensive to sell (possibly a language barrier as I believe they are Bosnian), the woman (very nice, very personable) said that her boyfriend was buying the car. The owner said it didnt have a title. I don't know which is the most accurate. In my 20+ years of dealing with self serve yards, if a vehicle is off limits, it's set aside and/or you are advised against taking parts from it. The car is with all the others with no warnings that it is forbidden fruit. This situation alone was nearly enough for me to put everything aside and leave, but I didn't. I Ended up with a few decent things, but even those things caused me to be reprimanded because I didn't get stock numbers from the cars (wasn't told to). As of right now, 2 stars is generous. To refuse the sale of parts after they're pulled is very unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. Had someone said something, that's another story. Nobody said the car was off limits or anything about stock numbers. They have my number if they reconsider. If they are trying to compete with the StL City yards they have a long way to go. Probably better to NOT be a self serve yard until things are organized. Hopefully they can get it together before they go under! This isn't how its done, folks.

Just started doing business with Goodfellas recently with my auto dealership. We are located about 125 miles away from their salvage yard. Staff sent me pictures of exactly what I was looking for and confirmed its quality for me. Went up and above to make sure I was not wasting my time driving down for a low-quality or damaged part. Spent over $2,500 on a transmission, they promised verbally if anything happened between 30 days I’d be able to exchange or get a refund, verbal words mean nothing nowadays, they didn’t assist me and said I was outta luck. They shake their heads up and down like bobble heads to get that cash. So exercise extreme caution buying big ticketed items. Next time I’ll just go after a brand new one, support local and get treated like a foetal.
Went the other day to look for the parts I needed before they closed. Came back this morning to a gate closed at the time they opened. Waited 30 minutes and left, this seems common as other reviews said they waited a long time after their opening time for the gate to open.
I’m still going to give 5 stars regardless because I mean the lady in the office is very sweet and helpful. Yea we were waiting outside the gate for quite a period of time but she showed up and was still friendly. The customer service is awesome they have what I need. Which I came for a window for my car. Honestly if I hadn’t come across their Facebook post about the vehicle I’d be spending a good chunk of money which is what I was avoiding and they negotiated really well. So yes aside from waiting outside the gate everything else worked perfectly so they are absolutely getting 5 stars. No not all the positive reviews are fake some people actually had good experiences with this business lol
Literally the best best salvage yard I’ve ever been in great customer service I was looking for a front bumper and a hood I looked everywhere until I came by this yard and they got a lot of em for a lot of different cars check them out for any car part I’ll fs give them a 10/10
I went to get a door handle and they tried to make me buy whole door and only told me after I took the part off, they insisted I waste more of my time to go put it back and I just threw it on a random car. I also tried to buy hood hydraulic and they said must buy whole hood?? They wanted to search my tools coming and going also?? They were a huge waste of time and greedy as can be. They want more for old used items you have to pull yourself then you can buy them new at the store for. Don’t even bother dealing with them, I drove from south county to north county to buy my stuff from pick n pull and had no issues. Just sucks because these people are two blocks from my house and I still had to drive to the other side of the city. I went and bought a mirror from the some months back and it was overpriced at $75, but I paid it due to convenience. No mention about me having to buy whole door for the mirror last time, they are just getting more and more greed. Won’t waste my time with them again ever, I was busy and they wasted an hour I could have been working on my car for no reason!!!
Great customer service, very helpful found me the right parts I needed for my vehicle. And love that they get new cars in daily! This is the right place to go for any parts you need and the price is reasonable.
