Drove 2 hours to pick up a fender for my car. The fender they pulled for me had paint fade all over, didn't match the photo at all. I asked and they said "it's been sitting out there for a while" and blank stared at me. Didn't offer a discount or anything. My advice: don't blow a morning going. If you can, wait on another yard to get the part in and go there instead.
I have a 2002 BMW 525 I called Al's to see if they have an upper radiator hose and assembly that comes with 2 other parts that are attached to the radiator hose they try to tell me all they can sell me is the whole radiator what kind of parts place is this where you try to buy one part they want to sell you the whole radiator isn't that the point of having a junk yard to get parts. Lol
If zero stars was an option I’d give them ZERO priced a motor for me when I arrived the price was nearly doubled and the motor didn’t fit the vehicle I inquired about
Worst customer service not worth doing business spend your money somewhere else . Most of the workers have attitude especially the young kid with braces and the ponytail one
Very unprofessional !! The workers kept telling me two different things. And the piece i was promised wasn't even the piece i asked for!!!! Such a huge waste of time
Might be a descent place, I don't know, I couldn't get past the old man answering the phone that put me on hold forever. I don't have time for that and there are plenty of other junk yards around to give my money to!
