All American earned a 5-star review last night. After experiencing two flats, we called All American as I had seen there trucks in the area before. They were quick to answer, locate us on a map and contact a driver. Within 10 mins BRYCE was on his way. He was prompt, very professional and explained the process. He was very kind and super helpful, he jumped my car to let my windows up to so my car would be secure when he dropped it off at its destination. My godmother needed her car towed and Bryce came to the rescue!!! He was very polite, professional, and respectful!!! My godmother did not think he could get the tow truck in her driveway. Are you kidding me? He whipped that truck in that driveway without hesitation!!! One try was all it took and it was PERFECT!!!!! Thank god for All American and thank god for Mr. Bryce Say Some Nice! Our date night went left with a stubborn flat and this company was the only one to answer for us in the middle of the night. Wonderful and quick to service! Recommend to anyone. Both the tech on the phone and the one that showed were professional.
If I could give a 10 star review, I would! Bryce is who helped us with a tow. He was fast professional and experienced. He was able to get our car right where we wanted it to be parked, which was seemingly hard almost impossible! But he did that! So very lucky to have had such a pleasant and seamless experience!

This is honestly the first time I’ve ever written a review. For anything. I had a unique situation with my vehicle, unsure if my roadside assistance would even cover the issue at hand. Late at night. Not the greatest neighborhood. And AAA dispatched Bryce with All American Towing. He called within minutes of dispatch contacting me. He arrived less than 30 minutes later. Necessity is indeed the mother of invention! With just a few tools, Bryce was able to get my door back on track enough to be safe overnight and avoid having to tow it to an unknown mechanic. Thank you Bryce!

Well. I went out DoorDashing to make a few bucks while my kids were at an event, and the stupid app took me down a "street" that turned out to be a downhill alley covered in snow and ice that was also a dead-end. My little car got stuck and I could not for the life of me get unstuck. Called the police to see if they could help me... waited almost an hour... never showed up. Called All American Towing, and they had someone out to help me in about 20 minutes. The gentleman (who's name I regretfully didn't even think to ask) who came was so sweet and had a calming demeanor, and he got me out within minutes. I am so grateful!!
Bryce and Tae were two amazing young men , who came with positive , fulfilling energy , & lots of smiles to help get my vehicle unstuck from the snow . These two performed a really wonderful job in helping me reach my destination ! 10/10 service , would recommend & contact again . Bryce was knowledgeable , kind , & courteous during this situation. Tae is an excellent driver and knows exactly what he is doing ! Amazing !

Bryce came to me on a roadside call he was super fast and the most polite person I could get you know some of them tow truck drivers had to come out all hours of the night in the rain snow so they’re a little frustrated but Bryce was an upstanding guy. He was super fast and worked great I’ll give him five stars.
I first want to start off by saying that Bryce was exceptional at his job. He came to me in a timely manner. I did not have to wait a long time. He got my car safely and he was very, very respectful courteous, and he knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend Bryce on any towing service. Thank you again Bryce I really appreciate it.
I would like to thank Bryce very very very much for coming out to service my flat tire due to a large pot hole on the street. Bryce arrived much early than my schedule time and was able to get me back on the road at an earlier time and safe. Bryce was professional, kind and very communicated.
