All American was so great! I had to call them out twice today, once to unlock my car and once to then tow the car after the engine overheated. Both times they were here within 30 minutes and were upfront about pricing and wait time. Highly recommend.
If I could leave 7 stars, I would. Driver Mariah was as good an employee as I’ve seen in any line of work, ever—courteous, quick, confident, mannerly and professional. Also—happy in what she was doing! Who ever heard of that?!

One of my workers got our rental 60 foot boom lift stuck in the mud, that being said, I knew I needed something pretty heavy duty to get us out of this mess. I called All American towing and they had somebody out within 30 minutes. Hopefully I never have this problem again, but if I do, I will be calling all American towing first. Thank you Jay.
They are a total piece of crap. Agreed with them for one fair price and they had several other calls after me and they increased the price for 3 times and never come unless we pay it. It is not ethical and fair. never listens and hangs up the phone. that is not manly to do that.
We waited all day for the driver and called 6.5 hours later to see how much longer it would be only to be told they were not coming; the driver called out and they didn’t have the decency to let us know they were not coming.
Called to have husband truck towed and they were great. Kept in contact until they got to him. Don't know the guys name that picked him up but husband said he was great. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
All-American Towing provided me with A-1 service. Bryce went above and beyond the call of duty! He was patient enough to wait on me while I was stuck in traffic. Salute! All-American Towing will be my first contact regarding towing moving forward.
All American earned a 5-star review last night. After experiencing two flats, we called All American as I had seen there trucks in the area before. They were quick to answer, locate us on a map and contact a driver. Within 10 mins BRYCE was on his way. He was prompt, very professional and explained the process. From start to finish, the entire process was less than 1 hr including dropping our car a our requested destination. Nice job Bryace and All American.

He was very kind and super helpful, he jumped my car to let my windows up to so my car would be secure when he dropped it off at its destination. My godmother needed her car towed and Bryce came to the rescue!!! He was very polite, professional, and respectful!!! My godmother did not think he could get the tow truck in her driveway. Are you kidding me? He whipped that truck in that driveway without hesitation!!! One try was all it took and it was PERFECT!!!!! Thank god for All American and thank god for Mr. Bryce Say Some Nice! Our date night went left with a stubborn flat and this company was the only one to answer for us in the middle of the night. Wonderful and quick to service! Recommend to anyone. Both the tech on the phone and the one that showed were professional.
If I could give a 10 star review, I would! Bryce is who helped us with a tow. He was fast professional and experienced. He was able to get our car right where we wanted it to be parked, which was seemingly hard almost impossible! But he did that! So very lucky to have had such a pleasant and seamless experience!

Well. I went out DoorDashing to make a few bucks while my kids were at an event, and the stupid app took me down a "street" that turned out to be a downhill alley covered in snow and ice that was also a dead-end. My little car got stuck and I could not for the life of me get unstuck. Called the police to see if they could help me... waited almost an hour... never showed up. Called All American Towing, and they had someone out to help me in about 20 minutes. The gentleman (who's name I regretfully didn't even think to ask) who came was so sweet and had a calming demeanor, and he got me out within minutes. I am so grateful!!

My 1955 Chevy just up and quit running at the Autozone on St. Charles Rock Rd. I called Allstate, and about 40 minutes later Bryce and his flatbed showed up. Right away I knew All was going to be good, as Bryce has a classic auto as well. He was TOTALLY careful with the loading, and made me feel great with nothing to worry about.
I live only a bit over 3 miles from where my car quit, so the trip home was short, but interesting. Bryce and I chatted about cars and such. Hopefully the next time I have a car break down, and I sure there will be, I will be fortunate to get All American Towing as one of my rescuers!
