Horrible service. They came to jump start my car when That was not necessary.what I wanted was to tow my car to a shop. They charge me $100 and did not town my truck. They took advantage because I only speak Spanish. They just said pay me and left me in the middle of nowhere. I don’t know how they have 4+ stars. The guy that came to do the job was screaming like crazy. This company needs to have more values and hire people that care about what they do. So disappointed.
Both the dispatcher (Kara I believe) and the driver (Ahmed) were fast, courteous, and professional. I had a blowout on the side of a major highway and they came through. Highly recommend!
Never use this company!! Had a roadside assistance claim through insurance and Majeed was contacted to come change my flat tire. The driver looked and saw my spare was under the car and mentioned he could patch the tire. He proceeded to put three to four patches in the tire completely destroying it to where it could not be professionally fixed from the inside and I was forced to purchase a new tire. I called the company to inform them and there response was they would not do anything about it. In fact, the representative told me that the driver told the owner that I told him I did not have the tool to change the spare tire and that is why he suggested patching. This was incorrect information. For this reason, if this company shows up, I would not proceed with there services
It was a bit of a long wait time but the driver was quick and efficient when he arrived. Waited at the dealership for me to fill out the Dropbox form and drop my keys before driving off. That was deeply appreciated as it was late and well after dealership closing hours.

Excellent customer service from dispatch, prompt follow up call from the driver letting us know the ETA. Took less than 30 minutes from the time of the first call to the arrival of the flatbed. Due to losing a tire on the van, a special plastic boot had to be used to lift the van on the flatbed. The vehicle was handled with care, the tow truck driver was friendly and
courteous. Fully expecting to pay a large fee considering the circumstances. We were astonished at the actual price charged versus what many other tow companies in the STL area would have charged.

This towing company is awesome! Our driver was Isaac. We are from out of town so we had to go to several different locations to find one that would work for our van on a Sunday. Isaac was very personable and patient, and had an awesome attitude. He made a difficult and stressful situation much more pleasant with good conversarion, we appreciated his help immensely. Is it normal to charge the customer before picking up the car. We were told an hour before getting to our vehicle. He showed up way faster, 5 mins to hook up and take it 10 mins down the road to the dealer. I have coverage up to $250. You then wanted to charge me $150?
After loosing a a wheel off a trailer, in downtown St Louis, Donny with Majeed was sent to our rescue. He had already made contact to take the trailer away. He helped unload the trailer and assured me he’d take care of the rest. Top notch service.

This AAA service request took TWO DAYS and involved FOUR tow companies to tow a car 10 miles!! One mistake after another. Finally, they called Majeed and the lines of communication were opened. I talked directly with Don, the driver, who LISTENED, and who was thoughtful and efficient. Within 40 minutes my request was completed without a hassle.
They were sent to me by the roadside assistance I have with my warranty. They showed up within the estimated time frame and not only did i get automated text messages letting me know they were on their way and then 5 minutes away, but the driver called me and told me he was 15 minutes away. Then when he got there we was professional and friendly and was careful loading my truck. Then when he got my truck to the shop that is working on it he unloaded it, parked it, locked it, and brought me my key while I was inside giving them my information. I wish I could remember the driver's name because he deserves praise. He went above and beyond what was required of him and that's hard to find nowadays. If it helps the boss figure out who the driver is, I'm the owner of the blue F350 that was taken to R.T.R Truck Repair. Thank you guys
I locked my keys out of my car at Club Fitness off of Lemay and my boy Torry was quick, knew what he was doing, we had to brainstorm this car cuz it was difficult but he listened, was patient, and for how hot it was outside, awesome job. He told me he had been there 3 weeks and I thought maybe 3 years hahaha. Highly recommend.

The driver arrived earlier than the estimated time. Our truck wouldn’t start on the first couple of attempts but he kept trying and got it started. He was very courteous and professional. He explained what was going on with the engine. Would definitely use this company again due to the great service from this driver.

I had roadside assistance for a flat tire. The service was fast and efficient. From the time I called to request service to the time I was back on the road with the tire changed was less than 30 minutes. I hope I don’t need to use Majeed Towing again but if I’m in a situation where I need any service they offer, they’ll be my first call.
