Called because I hit a massive pot hole on forest park ave. Donna answered the phone and was nothing but amazing. She was up front with the costs and ensured my electric vehicle would be properly transported. It took about an hour for Alex to arrive, which is amazing for how high the city demand is! Alex knows how his trucks. He deals with much larger and complicated tows/accidents so he was very confident and knowledgeable. Chill guy. Best experience I’ve had with a tow truck company! Definitely not your usual salty old man that’s mad you’re making him work. Thank yall so much.

We were on our way back from an event, got stranded on an extremely dangerous part of the highway in the city. Their driver Chris Sanders came through with excellent customer service and worked extremely quickly to help us. He drove us all the way home to Wentzville and was friendly the whole drive. It was about 27 degrees as we waited on the side of the highway. We were so happy to see the lights from the truck! They answered after the third ring! We're so blessed to have called them first!
My wife’s van stopped on the side of the road and majeed towing came out in matter of 30 minutes to a potentially dangerous situation. The car was still in a driving lane. They sent out James and he was amazing, did the work quickly, sent pics as the car was picked up and dropped off. Amazing 10 stars
AAA sent them, they picked up a d delivered while keeping in touch the entire time. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and the care they took in getting my truck home, without damaging it.

Incredible service, the dispatcher was very nice and gave me a rough estimate of the price. The tow truck driver, Chris arrived in 15 mins! Chris is the man! He was super knowledgeable very patient and went above and beyond to help me get my car to a shop. Also Chris’ truck was the cleanest truck I’ve ever seen. Majeed towing did an unbelievably good job for us tonight. We had a flat tire on Highway 270 in St. Louis and they were fantastic. Driver was quick, had our safety in mind on the side of the highway, and obviously had done this many times. Highly recommend them.
Alex was great! Very friendly and helpful. He got to my car in excellent time and tried to problem solve and start it before determining that it needed to be towed. He followed up with a phone call to let me know it got to the dealership and that he spoke with the service manager. I would highly recommend him and the company!

I recvd ETA’s that were apparently not from the drivers themselves, as they arrived in excess of 45 minutes from the initial time I was provided “by them”. I’m not sure where the errant errant ETA communication came, but per the drivers, it was not them. I almost didn’t get to the dealership before closing even though I placed my initial call for service 3.5 hours b4 closing & only live 20 mins from dealership.

Horrible service. They came to jump start my car when That was not necessary.what I wanted was to tow my car to a shop. They charge me $100 and did not town my truck. They took advantage because I only speak Spanish. They just said pay me and left me in the middle of nowhere. I don’t know how they have 4+ stars. The guy that came to do the job was screaming like crazy. This company needs to have more values and hire people that care about what they do. So disappointed.
Both the dispatcher (Kara I believe) and the driver (Ahmed) were fast, courteous, and professional. I had a blowout on the side of a major highway and they came through. Highly recommend!
Never use this company!! Had a roadside assistance claim through insurance and Majeed was contacted to come change my flat tire. The driver looked and saw my spare was under the car and mentioned he could patch the tire. He proceeded to put three to four patches in the tire completely destroying it to where it could not be professionally fixed from the inside and I was forced to purchase a new tire. I called the company to inform them and there response was they would not do anything about it. In fact, the representative told me that the driver told the owner that I told him I did not have the tool to change the spare tire and that is why he suggested patching. This was incorrect information. For this reason, if this company shows up, I would not proceed with there services
It was a bit of a long wait time but the driver was quick and efficient when he arrived. Waited at the dealership for me to fill out the Dropbox form and drop my keys before driving off. That was deeply appreciated as it was late and well after dealership closing hours.
Broke down and stranded on the side of hwy 55S in a commercial van on Sunday morning. Google to the rescue for a tow company. One of the first that came up was Majeed Towing with 4.8 stars, 270 reviews. Excellent customer service from dispatch, prompt follow up call from the driver letting us know the ETA. Took less than 30 minutes from the time of the first call to the arrival of the flatbed. Due to losing a tire on the van, a special plastic boot had to be used to lift the van on the flatbed. The vehicle was handled with care, the tow truck driver was friendly and courteous. Fully expecting to pay a large fee considering the circumstances. We were astonished at the actual price charged versus what many other tow companies in the STL area would have charged. If you want good, honest, prompt towing service, call Majeed Towing. Great company I'll recommend to anyone in the future. Thank you Majeed towing!
This towing company is awesome! Our driver was Isaac. We are from out of town so we had to go to several different locations to find one that would work for our van on a Sunday. Isaac was very personable and patient, and had an awesome attitude. He made a difficult and stressful situation much more pleasant with good conversarion, we appreciated his help immensely.
