Custom service is absolutely terrible the wait time will be fabricated and they will take your money and stop answering the phone if you complain ppl about your wait time I was told no longer than 35-40 minutes and end up having to wait 3 hours

Services were requested through my insurance provider. Advantage gave an ETA of 90-120 minutes. They did not arrive in that window and would not respond to any calls after leaving messages. I eventually left the vehicle on the side of the highway. They finally picked up the vehicle a total of about 4 hrs (2hrs past estimated eta). But not before trying to pick up someone else’s truck, sending me photos of it and asking if it was my truck. This other truck was a different make, model and color AND in a residential neighborhood when my truck was on the highway. He eventually found my truck after I sent him a pin from Google and photos of the vehicle. He dropped it off at the property location but didn’t tell anyone at the dealership or ask where he should drop it off. I got ahold of the dealership, who was now pissed off, because he dropped it off blocking multiple cars. The service advisor had to push the truck to a proper parking spot. At some point he rolled down my window after being told it was having electrical issues and it’s now stuck down. Dealership had to plastic bag the door.
Will NEVER use their services again.
AAA dispatched Advantage to me for a Tow and they had me waiting on the side of the road for 2 hours in the cold and then dropped my request they told me I was out of their jurisdiction and they couldn’t tow my car! the driver did not communicate at all and did not care! Horrible experience!
Zero stars and a bbb complaint for this negligent company. Assigned through AAA for a request for tow while being stuck in the snow in Saint Ann, called AAA after 4AM to request a tow due to my vehicle not going anywhere on the improperly plowed and unsalted roads, I get a call from their dispatcher at 6AM saying the ETA would be 9AM, delayed to 1121 AM time for ETA passed, the rude Supervisor abrasively told me they were not taking anymore tows due to high volumes of emergency personnel tows for the people stuck on the freeway; the dispatcher was supposed to tell me that but didn't, almost froze to death at the gas station I was stranded at with a lot of other individuals who weren't able to get out of the area. All in all, very negligible towing company with no sense of coordination.
Mohammad came quickly and was professional and kind. He showed us how to understand the difference between a dead battery and an alternator problem. Thank you for being so helpful on a very cold night.
I was involved in a wreck and AAA sent Advantage to tow my car. It was early Sunday morning and quickly their driver Bryce showed up after having been working all night long and was getting ready to finish up his shift and go home after a long busy night. He arrived with a smile, great attitude and instead of towing the car was able to remove all of the parts of my car and the car that hit me that were stuck around my flat rear tire. He then was able to replace the bad tire with my spare which allowed me to get home and deal with the situation without having no car

Kudos to Advantage Towing and most of all their driver, Ron, for helping me out during a scary time. My brakes failed on the interstate, and AAA sent Advantage Towing to pick up me and my car. It was my first time needing a tow, and Ron calmed me down and was a joy to talk to.
Called AAA for dead battery. They sent Jeff from Advantage Towing. He arrived before ETA and could not contact us because AAA didn't have my cell phone on record.
He walked around the Renaissance Hotel parking lot to find us. Super guy, went out of his way and helped get us home! THANKS!!
Was involved in a very serious accident, and called AAA who sub contracts with advantage. I waited almost 2 hrs to get towed away from the intersection. When the driver did arrive he was very professional and friendly. I tipped him $20 anyway because I did't think any of the delay was his fault.
AAA uses this company. needed to use their fuel service. The guy came to tow my vehicle instead. Had to wait another 30 minutes for fuel. Unapologetic and would never use company again by choice. Why say you have a service you can’t provide.
Got towing for a flat tire, while the guy was driving my car up ramp my car was driven up too far and ran into back of tow truck. Have called numerous times and no answer nor call back. $1100 bumper destroyed.
Triple A sent Advantage Towing to service my battery issue. The guy was two hours late but was really apologetic and said his previous job took longer than expected. Mr. Ramon Robinson was AWESOME and very helpful. It took maybe 30 minutes from start to finish. I was very pleased.
I found this company to be very responsive and courteous. The driver/operator, John, was professional and able to handle the issues with my car and provide an extended tow despite it being almost midnight.
Unfortunately AAA did not process my call for help in a timely manner and it caused the situation to become very stressful. John was able to handle the car and tow quickly and with good knowledge of what and how to do it...

AAA set up the service. They were extremely backed up and I was very antsy for my car to get towed to the mechanic before they closed. The driver, Gary, was extremely great. Very professional, sensitive to my situation, and really did his best to ease my mind
AAA contracted this business for my vehicles towing and I want to give a shout-out to Carl. He’s an extremely professional guy. We had a great conversation on the way to my destination and his driving skills were fantastic. Highly recommended!
Very rude and unprofessional drivers. I have interacted with over 5 of them and each time they cuss and yell like trash. As they are a provider for AAA they want to tell a customer who has already paid for towing coverage that to remove a car off of a lot the customer must pay them cash/additional fee separate from the tow fee AAA is already paying them lol. It started at a $40.00 fee extra and then a week later they charged a customer $100 to pick her car up from a lot since it was not on street. I have contacted AAA this is price gouging and a scam they are running, so when you take the customer service and scamming I'd call someone else and I have shared this info in a lot of groups on Facebook and will continues to let any AAA customers no to request a different company when setting up their tow. Hope the driver supervisor has better luck with her drivers. UPDATE 4.27.22 now today the price to get a car off a lot is $125.00 SCAM

AAA connected me with Advantage Towing and they called to tell me the ETA of the service provider, and also called 10 minutes before arrival, which I appreciated. Andre was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made sure that the battery and alternator where fully tested before replacing my 3.5 year old battery. He was patient and explained what he was doing and why during the process. Plus, he knew how to properly reset the Toyota/Scion/Lexus one-touch controls after a new battery install, which is tricky. Andre was very respectful and trustworthy. Amazing customer service!!!
They were absolutely fabulous. We were visiting from out of town and our car broke down and we needed to have it towed to a dealership. I called and spoke with a nice lady who gave me the price, which compared to Florida prices, was phenomenal! A driver was at our location within 30 minutes. I regret not remembering his name but he was so helpful and courteous! He had the car loaded and delivered to the nearest dealership within an hour and a half of me first contacting them. Highly recommend!
AAA got me in contact with Advantage Towing who first called to tell me my position in line and then called to tell me the ETA of my service provider, which I appreciated. Within 20 minutes of my original call to AAA, someone from Advantage had shown up, and less than 10 minutes later, I was on my way. Andre was very polite and helpful!
my car was running fine until today, it would not start. called AAA who called Advantage Towing. i received a text and a call stating someone would be here within an hour. 10 minutes later he was here, located the problem (bad cell in battery), jumped it and i was able to get to a service place to replace it. courteous, professional and helpful. Just wish i knew his name!
