This company towed a rental car that I was driving and someone hit me, now they won’t let me get my stuff out the car until rental company pay for tow. They are so money hungry there holding my stuff as leverage for the insurance company or rental place or the one at fault to pay until they let me get my personal stuff out. Worse policy I’ve ever heard of. Companies that operate like this should be fined. I would never recommend this company it’s been 5 days and there still holding my personal belongings After this review there telling me to call them and talk and that they work directly with the rental company and we should talk and resolve this. They don’t want to talk we already talked I had the rental place call you so I could retrieve my stuff after they called you and asked if I could retrieve my things you wanted them to pay the fee before you release my things it’s now been 6 days this is the most unconsidered tow company I’ve ever heard of worse customer service ever!!! Not only that they wanted 588 the next day after they towed it and 50 dollars a day after that the price alone should make you never want to deal with this company, but it’s a rental, so I don’t half to pay that I just want my stuff that’s in the car. I will tell u Stay away from this towing company
Great place to work with. My insurance company is supposed to be taking care of the payment and yet they haven't reached out. Miner's is still helping us deal with it and allowed us to get my things out of my car. Very nice people.
Justin arrived a little early and was both quick and professional with the tow. He gave me a ride to the shop and was polite and friendly the entire time. While I hope I'll never need their services again I am very happy with how this went.
If I can give them a big no star I would this company has stolen straight up 2 trucks from us, the latest one my husband passed and they towed it which one phone call to his wife I would have it for his son, I called no sympathy and I’m just out like I said second vehicle this makes me sick, they r a scam and our titles and info were in vehicles but they said it wasn’t and won’t let us personally go into our trucks and get it out to get our trucks out. Thanks miners for taking both our trucks right out from underneath us my son has nothing of his fathers that was it u guys r absolutely awful and r thieves
Had the opportunity to work with Candis at Miners towing. She helped us coordinate trailer recovery. She and her team went above and beyond to have invoices/documents ready, pictures shared with us, and her communication was prompt and efficient. Pleasure to work with.
Work van broke down called miners towing and Steve was out hooking me up within the hour. Very nice and extremely knowledgeable guy. He even dropped me off at home before he dropped my van off at the shop. I highly recommend this company. I give them 10,000 stars
Saul has helped me out twice now with box truck issues and both times was nothing but kind, professional, and efficient. If you get into any auto trouble I would 100% recommend these these guys, they’re reliable and do a great job.
Inhumane, wants you to have full coverage insurance just to get the belongings out of a totaled vehicle but the law only requires you to have liability to drive it on the road. And pay $200 with proof of a title to get carseats out of a car! Aren't people going through enough?!
Miner's Towing are the ones to call for safe and professional towing! I had a car with a low profile with a broken shift cable. AAA sent a local truck that was unable to safely move the car out of its parking space without dragging it. Was then told to call a company that had the right equipment. I knew exactly who to call.....the pros at Miner's Towing. They did an awesome job loading the car at the lot and unloading the car at the repair shop. Can't say enough about Miner's Towing! As a retired firefighter, I've seen them in action on many occasions with all types of vehicles. They can handle it all!

John the driver was above and beyond excellent at his job. From greeting us, loading my vehicle and delivering us to a repair facility. Greatly appreciate all the assistance. Miners towing is by far the best towing company. I couldn’t be more thankful for the guy who came to rescue me today named Justin. He went above and beyond to get me where i needed my car to be. They take advantage of young people who were just in an accident by assuring them the best choice is for Miner's to tow the car to Miner's lot. Great for Miner's because they collected days and days of storage fees. Then had to pay for another tow (not with Miner's) to get it to a mechanic. Oh they did offer the option of just giving them the car. Greedy and shameless.
If I could make it 0 stars I would. South county police must be affiliated because I didn’t call the tow they did. Next thing I’m being lied to about fees the man who towed my car said it would be FREE to tow it to his lot but not anywhere else. I asked him multiple times and he said “yes, it’s free to get towed to our lot but anywhere else will cost almost 200 dollars” next thing I’m getting charged for the tow and the rude staff accused me misunderstanding when word for word that’s what the man said. Liars and scammers please do not trust them!!!!!
If i could give them 0 stars i would, The South county police called them. I was calling my friend who owns a tow company and that charges a reasonable price. Police said they can call someone who would get there quicker and wouldn’t be expensive. They showed up, pulled my car out and proceeded to damage it more infront of my eyes. They the next morning i called to see how much they want and the lady says 750$! Mind you the car was towed 6 miles to the shop. They charging me 100$ something per mile and 50$ for storage fees. Worst Tow company they will definitely scam you
What can I say. I called a couple of towing companies in the area. Couldn’t get a direct answer for what I needed done. I called Miners Towing and the phone was answered very quickly. The office personnel to answer the phone was very professional and polite. She gave me a quote and I approved the price given in the quote. She gave me a timeline of when their wrecker would be to my location and I was OK with the time. The driver had shown up within half the amount of time that she’d given me for a ETA. Once the driver Eric was there. He called me and I came out of the truck stop where I was waiting, and I met him at my truck. Eric and I began to talk about the issues that I was having with my truck and where I wanted to go. He was very professional at his job and what he does. He took precaution in everything he done to make sure it was done correctly. If I’m ever in the area again, and need a tow this will be the first place i call for assistance. Thank you Miner Towing for your assistance today. You guys are a great company to do business with.
This company charged me $205 to tow a small Mazda 1.2 miles to a Dobbs. When I called to question the the charge after the tow, the lady said the typical charge would be $125 for something like that. So I felt I was taken advantage of.
The police that assisted me from keeping traffic away from my car, called the tow in for me and assured fair pricing and less than $100. When I asked the tow driver, he said the police were incorrect and asked if I had towing insurance, I said no. He asked if it was cash or credit, maybe it would have been cheaper if I had cash? I filled out no paperwork and was just asked for card, never signed anything. I regret not asking more questions and hope the man didn’t copy my information thinking back. I was given no receipt. I juts had a notification of the charge. I DID call to further discuss this and was told even though it was a 1.2 mile tow, and was quoted that it sounded like $125, it was circumstance by circumstance and that’s just how it is.
Such a positive experience with Miner's Towing. Ryan called me when on his way and arrived on time. He was friendly and helpful. I was surprised at the pleasant experience and the price was appropriate. Thank you very much for the great service.
My wife had a bad accident on Lemay Ferry 7 October. Miners showed up very quickly. Loaded all three vehicles, cleaned up all debris. The guys were so respectful and kind to all the vehicle owners. We went the next day to collect plates and personal affects. Again, they were so kind. The guys even removed the plates for us. I can’t say how much we appreciate Miners for their kindness and professionalism. Thanks Zach and the guys!
Super friendly, very quick response and very professional. Having a vehicle towed isn’t something I ever hope to have to do but Miner’s Towing will be the only company I will ever use if I do.
Miner's is great service family oriented atmosphere LLC that handles everything from a jump start to your wife or husband's night out gone wrong impounded vehicle, regardless of why you need them they know it's not your best moment and your having a bad day they make it easier to get through it. The tow truck driver was quick to arrive and got me hooked up in a decent amount of time. He even triple checked everything to make sure nothing was going to accidentally get left behind. Though I’m not entirely sure why he disconnected the drive shaft because the brakes worked fine. All he would have had to do was release them. But I’m not a tow truck driver so I don’t know. I just know that the service was great.
Great towing and customer service. They took amazing care to make sure there wasn't any added damage to my car, and got her home in the same condition they found it. I would definitely use them again, but I surely hope I won't have to.
Unfortunately I've had to have my truck towed twice in a year, and because I have a commercial vehicle and because she's so heavy, it takes a large truck to tow it. I also have a long platform on the back that makes towing tricky, UNLESS you're a Miners tow professional. I've had 2 different trucks and employees show up and made it seem like the tow was not a problem. I'm loyal when I know I'm being taken care of, and I don't know how they compare to other companies when it comes to pricing, and I'm not even sure there are other companies that can tow my truck, but I don't care. These guys are the best!! 5 stars, 12 out of 10, so on and so forth. They answer the phone, I'm not oh hold forever, they show up in a reasonable timeframe and it's handled. The first tow I needed I called my insurance and the insurance company called multiple tow companies and I was on the highway stranded for almost 3 hours while they were trying to figure it out, I found Miners, called and had the tow truck hooking me up in under an hour. Great company!!!
Miner's Towing is a top-notch business. Our moving truck broke down on us and Miner's Towing was called and they were on time or early every step of the way. They towed or truck four hours away and arrived early! Conway, the tow truck driver was kind and professional. He parked the truck exactly where I needed it. I would recommend Miner's Towing every time.
Our RV broke down not close to home with our race trailer in tow on a Sunday and we could not get it fixed at the service station we were stranded at. Our Good Sam Roadside assistance couldn’t find us anywhere to take it or a tow that would be there soon. We called Miners towing and they were there quick to rescue us! Very friendly and professional! I highly recommend them to anyone needing anything towed especially a large vehicle! They are absolutely THE BEST!
I have used Minors Towing on a couple of occasions, one of which where my vehicle was was totaled and was seriously injured with a broken neck, back both of my legs and a series of other injuries... My car was totaled and Minors Towing took care of everything... Thank you staff at Minors Towing!!
