An utterly disappointing experience with St. Louis Tow Truck Company; service fell well short of expectations.
Call out time was terrible. Called at 11:20pm. Said they would be there in one hour fifteen minutes. Then they got another call saying there was another emergency and pushed us back another hour and thirty minutes. That is 2:45 minutes when their website say 30minute call outs. Sat on hold for over 30 minutes just trying to get a hold of them. My wife and son had to wait for the truck in the of middle night. I’m not satisfied. Their website says 100% Satisfied guaranteed. How do they guarantee that???? They can’t do what they say they can.
Terrible experience. They told me they were required by law to say it would take up to an hour, but would likely be much quicker. It took them over twice as long to reach me, over two hours: I got a text telling me a truck had been dispatched a full hour before one ever was. I called and asked for a partial refund, they took twice as long so I figured I should pay half as much, and it got escalated to a manager who couldn’t even do that. Overall terrible service, do not use.
