Worked with John and he was very honest and did an excellent job helping me with my broken down 2009 Impala. Thought the transmission was shot but he helped troubleshoot and found it was only a minor issue. They also showed up quickly, within about 20 minutes. Highly recommend!
Call out time was terrible. Called at 11:20pm. Said they would be there in one hour fifteen minutes. Then they got another call saying there was another emergency and pushed us back another hour and thirty minutes. That is 2:45 minutes when their website say 30minute call outs. Sat on hold for over 30 minutes just trying to get a hold of them. My wife and son had to wait for the truck in the of middle night. I’m not satisfied. Their website says 100% Satisfied guaranteed.
How do they guarantee that???? They can’t do what they say they can.
The person I talked to on the phone made it seem like someone would on their way soon after confirming my location. I received a call from another towing company 30 minutes after my initial call to this company informing me a tow truck will not be to my location for an additional 45-60 minutes. I would cancel this, but I prepaid while I was on the phone with the first individual. Next time I need a tow, I will do more research on towing companies before picking one with deceptively high feedback.
This is the second time I used this company. The first time the towing took about 45 minutes, but when the tow truck got to me they didn’t have the right make and model of the car in the system due to dispatcher putting in the wrong information, had to wait another 30 minutes for them to correct it. So today I used the company again I call d at about 915 they gave me hour wait at the most. 11am still no tow truck, so I called they tell me they talked to the tow truck driver and he was 15 minutes away 1152 still no driver, so I called again then they give the story that he was 10 minutes away needless to say the driver didn’t get to me until 1245. I didn’t receive an apology from the company are the driver. Will never use this company again.
If I could give negative stars I would. I called at 9:00am to SCHEDULE a pickup for 11:00am. I was told no problem that they would dispatch a driver at 10:30 to meet me at 11. At 9:22 I received a text message stating a driver had been dispatched. I rushed to be at my car so as to not miss the driver. At 11:18 I received a call saying that a driver had been dispatched. I was confused but said okay I thought they already had been. 11:21 another call saying a driver had been dispatched. Again, thought they already were. A THIRD call at 11:31 telling me again a driver was being sent and it would be 90 minutes.
It is now 12:12 and still no truck has been assigned. I will NEVER use this company and would recommend using ANY other company!!!!
Terrible experience. They told me they were required by law to say it would take up to an hour, but would likely be much quicker. It took them over twice as long to reach me, over two hours: I got a text telling me a truck had been dispatched a full hour before one ever was.
I called and asked for a partial refund, they took twice as long so I figured I should pay half as much, and it got escalated to a manager who couldn’t even do that.
Overall terrible service, do not use.
