Logan has been an awesome mechanic who has replaced my front brakes pads and rotors, rear brake pads and has done the front and rear shocks. He's transparent about the work he does and has taught me stuff along the way. I'm grateful to have crossed paths with him. He was a referred to me through the nextdoor app.

My experience with Bob 66 was great! Their prices are fair cheaper than I found any place else that I checked and their new mechanic is great. I went to get my tires rotated and their new mechanic Logan Upchurch also found a small leak in one of the tires, he showed it to me and fixed it immediately. He didn't try to push a new tire he said that this was fixable and it's been fine since. He has done other work for me and has been very thorough to make sure that everything is safe for me to drive. The lady Leslie that works in the office is very nice and helpful. I live in St Charles and I know there are a lot of other play places that I could go closer to home but I trust Bob's 66 tire and Auto.

Best prices, quality and care! Logan did two repairs on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler for half the price that was quoted to me by another auto repair shop that came highly recommended to me. I’m very happy with the repairs and feel confident in going back to Logan again for any other mechanical services I need in the future. Logan is very knowledgeable in his mechanics, he isn’t just “trying to make a buck” by telling you to repair things that you really don’t to repair. He cares about how your vehicle runs and that it is safe for you to drive it. He’s very transparent when it comes to the cost and what needs to be done. I highly recommend Logan Upchurch at Bob’s 66 Tire and Auto for your car or truck repairs!

Worst experience I have ever had in 49 years dealing with auto repair shops. They are parts swappers that told me to my face that they use re manufactured parts. I said "Why would you ever think I want used parts when I am paying you to fix my vehicle?" makes no sense. They charge me a total of almost 4 grand to fix my ac after 4 times having to leave it with them and my vehicle still blows hot air. Each time they told me it was perfect and blowing cold. Each time charged me over a thousand dollars and not once did I pick it up with cold air. Each timer i had to pay uber to take me to get vehicle, then drop vehicle back off to them and pay uber to get back home,,,,,, 4 separate times in a month and a half that they had my vehicle! They just keep part swapping and charging me more money. They saw me coming and took full advantage of me. I even have a new issue that arose when I left it with them that they never fixed so now I get to pay another shop for the same thigs I paid them to "not" fix. They had three mechanics quit at different times throughout this ordeal and each told me they cannot work for such a crook. I have never been treated the way I had by these crooks in all my days. Never again will I ever use such unethical "people"

I would give this uhaul a zero if I could. Extremely rude woman who greeted us, and checked us out. We also waited 10 minutes, for someone to show up. My son had to use their app, in order to check the truck out, because no one would wait on us. And as we were leaving, they gave us attitude, because we had to wait so long for them. I'll make sure to steer everyone away from this location, pitiful!!

$55 to diagnose for EACH issue they find, and $150/hr labor rate... they could be the best mechanics in the world, but I'm not paying $110 just for them to confirm I have the problem I already knew I had *Update: Called 4 other shops, none of them charge a fee to take a look or drive test it until a wrench has to be turned

Man the first time my wife got brakes here it was very good service I took my truck and got a oil change and a light bulb replaced because I was told by the mechanic my light was out the mechanic couldn’t even replace the light bulb I had to help him and then the light only worked for a couple hours so I will not be back

James and the young lady at the front desk were very kind always available to answer questions and super informative. I would be happy to continue bringing my vehicle to them for continuous service!!

Update 10/03/23 Will be calling a number the general manager from U-Haul gave me. Truck was HORRIBLE and we paid so much for that truck.....just for it to cypher $420 in gas filling up half a tank every 2hrs just to keep it full! $60-70 EVERY 2 HOURS $420 TOTAL. I have never had this problem with U-Haul before . Nor ever paid this much. My trip in total cost me $2,000. U-Haul $1,200.00 Dolly $200 Plus the gears weren't shifting properly so we were terrified. I'm upset and would like some money back or something . We also returned it on full to the place in Gastonia NC

It's always easy at this location!! The woman that helped me, both at pick up and drop off, was extremely knowledgable and friendly and fast. It was painless!

Brian is the best! He is an extremely hardworking guy and not only that he is very honest and will not try to rip you off. He is also very knowledgeable and very good at working on cars. He was able to fix a flat when others said it could not be done! I personally recommend his shop to all my friends all the time!

Brian was Amazing! He squeezed my car into a very busy morning, replaced the alternator and had me back on my way home to Chicago in no time at all!

This place is great. Brian is the best. He has been working on all my cars for the last 4 years as well as my kids cars. Between my Ford focus which was given to my daughter to my kia optima to my now chevy equinox he has been the best mechanic ever to me and my daughters. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. When I call even if he is busy he helps with whatever question I have and if I need to bring it to him he works out a day quickly. Couldn't ask for a more honest and professional mechanic. Best mechanic I've ever had the liberty of dealing with! Brian is definitely my go to guy in regards to anything automotive related. He is a busy guy for a reason and I'd say that right there speaks for itself.

Briyan is the man who fixed my car issue every time and he is very professional and trustworthy. Always took care of me in the minimum expense.

Didn't end up having our auto-transport trailer after we walked the lot together and booked it while it sat on lot. But day of...it was gone. So I had to go to Spanish lake U-Haul for my 20' truck and trailer...THEY were awesome!

I take my business truck here for any repairs and maintenance. Not only do they have fair prices, Brian is always upfront and honest with the work needed to be done. They always do an excellent job. I'd recommend bob's 66 to anyone.

Brian is one of the most knowledgeable, honest mechanics that I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is remarkably accommodating, exceptionally friendly, and patient with those of us who are less car savvy. His work is completely transparent, reasonably priced, and always reflects a high degree of ethics and personal accountability that is rare in an industry where it is so easy to take advantage of people. Picked up a uhaul - it was ready by the requested pickup time, and used the Dropbox and uhaul web app to drop it off after hours. Friendly staff, in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I would just like to say that I called 5 places, including the dealership (Kia) for help and no one was able to help. The dealership said they would “give it a try” but might break the hubcaps while doing it. To replace the hubcaps they charged “approximately” $900-$1200 and I would be responsible for them if they were broken. I used to live close to Bob’s ( I now live approximately an hour away) but I called and spoke with Brian, the main mechanic/manager (not sure of his exact title). He said he was pretty certain he could do it but would need to see the vehicle. I brought it in this morning at 9:00am and, Brian was ready and waiting for me. Tried his “magic” and had the vehicle completed within 30 minutes. He is amazing and so are their prices. It’s worth the drive to know someone legitimately cares about your vehicle along with yourc time and is very respectful and appreciative of your business. If you ever need any work done, I highly recommend them.

One mechanic in house still managed to do everything he needed to do to get everybody in-and-out as quick as possible service both the vehicle and shop lineup the next vehicle and help 2 u-haul customers dedicated motivated hard working man will definitely return

Friendly, super helpful, genuine concern for our wellbeing with regard to our U-haul rental! I would recommend them hands down any day of the week!

Went in to rent a UHaul. They had nowhere to park my car and told me that I either had to have it boxed in till Monday or have a friend come get my car. If you are renting move vehicles I would expect a space to keep customers cars while they are using the uhaul. The person running it did not seem to care in the slightest and was very rude about the entire exchange. If you are going here to rent a uhaul pick it up elsewhere otherwise you might not be able to get your vehicle back until the next day.

My mom uses this place for her auto repairs but it's not a gas station that Google places says it is. Bob is Ron's father but Ron runs the place. Ron has perfect hair. He also rents out U-hauls.
