They can load after 4pm you have to call to have them leave the paperwork at the front counter. The guy at the front counter was very informative & helpful ! The guy the night before also ? the reviews said it was a mess it wasn't when I came seemed pretty organized to me !

Be careful they are trying to load you to the maximum 46,000 lbs dont do it if you don't want to get stopped at scales !!!! Not to mention you're going to load garbage your trailer is going to stay in infested for weeks

Simple check in. Loading was smooth. In and out like a robbery

Okay this place is a dump it is first come first serve it literally is a dump Foot Locker about 40,000 they do have a scale not actual axle why is that not a bad place you do have to scale empty and scale loaded not a bad place in and out about 35 minutes

The place has a gross weight scale, easy docking, the loading process is ok.

Road blocked off for construction. Rude staff. 2 hour wait time to get into a a door then 3k over gross. Not much good to say about this place

Your GPS will bring you close to Pritchard road. There will be road construction signs at a stop light right before the initial location. You will make a right at the light. It will have a NO OUTLET SIGN. This is where you will turn. The company is at the end of the road.

Loading process? I was in a dock, half loaded, empty truck backs in two docks over and gets loaded and leaves while I'm sitting here half loaded then another truck backs in and gets unloaded while I'm sitting here If I could give this place negative stars I would too.

The road to make a left on Prichard Farm Rd is closed. Go to the next light and then make a left. Then a .5 mile of less then make a right on Prichard Farm Rd. Have a good day everyone…

The woman at the check-in was very nice and the guy loading me was pretty cool asked if I could use the restroom and he showed me where it was. Their also very fast at loading here.

Really don't know what all the complaints are about, I have been here many times and while they are not the fastest the longest I have waited in a dock is 1.5 hrs and most of the time it is much shorter. When arriving simply pull up on the right side of the street without blocking a drive and walk up to the corner of the building closest to the turnaround to check in. Scale on sight for gross, when you leave the dock just go out onto the street and circle the turnaround to re enter onto the scale instead of trying to get on from the inside. This is not a difficult location, simply drive safe and actually use your brain...

Was not a horrible experience check in was easy. Found the scaling process was a little weird but doable. Was loaded fairley well. Yes this place has trash around it but it is a recycling center. It is to be expected.

IF I could give negative stars, I would. This place is disgusting. I find it hilarious that another reviewer commented "I now know what your business does for the environment". They have garbage EVERYWHERE surrounding their business, the trucks that come up and down this road litter the road all the way from the Express way, littering accompanying businesses along the way, they have no regard for the environment, or they'd implement something to PICK UP THEIR GARBAGE.
