I needed a standard inspection / emissions test and ran across Quality Auto Repair & Sales Service by googling shops with good reviews….I LOVE the ease of making online appointments, I love the text confirmations and updates. The staff treated you like they’ve know you for years. Definitely a keeper!

The staff was thorough with figuring out what was wrong with my car, and we're willing to let me use a loaner car while work was being done. It was very easy to schedule a appointment online as well.

Came in with an issue on Monday, had my truck back Tuesday with my concerns addressed! Found the issue and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Thanks!

Amazing place to have my Jeep fixed. Here is why, first, they offered to Uber me to and from my car, Second, they sent me my estimate with an app so that I could read through it at my leisure and I could reference it later and I didn’t have to remember everything so that I could consult with my husband, and last they also sent me a payment link so I could pay at the shop or ahead of time. An amazing experience, top-notch !

The last time I bought a car battery was over 10 years ago, so I was surprised by the cost at first. But after seeing the work involved with the dual batteries in the 2020 Wrangler, I realized Quality Auto Repair gave me a really fair deal. The Jeep is running great and the auto-stop feature works perfectly now. Honest shop with good communication. It’s hard to find a shop that does the job right without overcharging, and these guys delivered. Highly recommend.

My daughter had some issues with her Jeep Grand Cherokee. Originally it started with the engine light on , she got several bids and diagnosis. Then a loud knock under the hood , I stepped in and took it to Dave at Quality Auto . It turned out the water pump was going out . Dave made all repairs in quick amount of time and under all the bids my daughter got for just the engine light issues . Thanks again for your honesty, transparency, professionalism. I was told by a different company that I had a blown head gasket. I took my vehicle to Quality Auto for a second opinion. It was NOT a blown head gasket. Quality Auto replaced my oil pan as well as my coolant expansion tank. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly nice. David, the owner, called me and explained in detail the diagnosis for my car and the costs involved. The company took amazing care of my vehicle. I will definitely be going there for future car repairs!

Great place! Called on a Sunday and was able to speak with the owner even though it wasn’t a work day he was kind enough to respond and help me out. Great service, honesty from the start. Also was given a loaner car to help me get around while repairs were done.Thanks again! The only shop I will go to from here on out!

I called to schedule an emission test. I was given an appointment in 45 minutes. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. I was done within 20 minutes. The entire service was great. I recommend it.

I was looking for an emission test and I am so happy to have found Quality Auto Repair. They were able to get me in quick and on my way. They are close by and and super friendly- I’ll be going back for sure for anything else I need.

My 2008 Ford Econoline van AC hasn't worked right for years. When you go uphill it switches to heat and blows hot air throughout the back of the van. I took the van to Quality Auto Repair. This was a big project but very common in old Ford vans. All the vacuum lines and many other parts had to be replaced. Not cheap but now it works great and my granddaughters are willing to ride with me again - even in the summer. I highly recommend these guys. Honest and straightforward.

My experience with David & Quality Auto thus far has been great! Brought my truck in with an engine problem & they looked it over, gave me a couple different ways to go to repair it. Explaining everything in detail, gave me a fair estimate to fix the problem.

They fit me in last minute to look at a slow leak in my tire. Gave me a car to drive while they were accessing the issue and fixed it promptly. Have taken my vehicles there many times and always receive stellar service!

Dave is nothing short of Amazing! I went there yesterday with a tire that wouldn't hold air...and he advised me to not repair the puncture because it was actually a 2-fold problem. The inner part of the tire was unraveling and it was just a matter of time before I would have e a sidewall blowout. Because of this, he strongly advised me to just replace it even though it was a fairly new tire. Saved me time and headaches. 100% honesty and integrity is what to expect at this place. Keep up the good work and thanks again!

I trust the work that this shop does. I recently had an oil change and tire alignment on my WRX. Dave's shop does honest work and as the title entails, high quality. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

We had a great experience with this shop! I dropped off my son’s car while we were out of town on vacation, and they took care of everything. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and the work was done and ready by the time we got back. It was such a relief to know the car was in good hands. Highly recommend!

Predatory scammers is all I can say. Super high repair bill and they didn't put my vehicle back together correctly. They stole about $20 worth of screws (shop stated that they were never there to begin with but they were) and broke one side of my $200 engine cover on my 2015 Chevy Colorado. Got pics to prove my claims are legit. They will be uploaded with my review. As you can very well imagine this was the first and the last time I will be taking any of my vehicles to them ever again. *Edit* 03-05-2024 Dave made things right and ordered me everything I needed to get my truck back together (Picked up parts today 03-05-2024). Most shops don't own up to things like this when it happens on their watch but he did! I am now a satsified customer to say the least. Thank you again Dave!

Our truck drove like it was on a mission to always get in the left lane. Possibly a former nascar truck. The owner David called me personally with what he advised to do. She is straighter than an arrow down 44 even after hitting all them potholes. Can’t recommend highly enough. Should be 10 stars for customer service.

Let me just say... I drive from South City to his location (which isn’t close) because I trust him. He works with integrity (which is hard to find in a mechanic), he is very professional and his pricing is great. He has done several things for our vehicles. He has gotten us in fast and gotten it done and back on the road in no time. His pricing is always reasonable. I recommend him with the highest regard.

Horrible! Multiple damage was done to my car, he tried to cover it up by gluing the broken parts of my dashboard and didn't tell me that he broke anything, I had to ask what happened before he even acknowledged and explained that he broke my dashboard in multiple places. My glove compartment is also broken, and a part was left off of my car! And my heat still doesn't work correctly! Yet I paid $466 to get my heat fixed. They overcharge and once you're in the shop he claims other things are wrong and the price continues to rise. If you say no, then he still charges for diagnostics and the original repairs that he started. So you have to pay him and another shop to get your car fixed. I'm adding pictures of the damage that he did. He was a person who I thought was a friend until this happened. This shop has no integrity
