Tomlin tow truck company is so amazing when I first called the owner told me that my ETA will be given to me by a driver in 30 minutes so I misunderstood and thought that the driver was going to call me and let me know that he was coming after he calls me with an ETA time not knowing the driver was going to call me and tell me he will be there in 15 minutes. I were about to cancel my tow. When the driver came he was so polite and respectful there I go thinking chivalry was dead oh my how wrong was I. I haven't had great service from a company in a long time I mean a long time such as restaurants , utilities companies and etc. I really appreciate this company for helping me I was outside in the cold they came just when I needed them very affordable great timing and respectful keep up the good work God bless. I recommend this company top notch!!
I live in Georgia and my Dad was in a car accident. I called and let them know the situation they immediately got my Dad’s car from the scene and took it to their lot. That neighborhood was not really good and they had already stolen somethings out of my Dad’s car after the accident. Tomlin’s Towing was professional and attentive!! Despite the unfortunate circumstances of needing to have my car towed, I had a great experience with Tomlin Towing. My car broke down at work and they were there within an hour of getting the call, the gentleman was incredibly nice, professional, patient with my work's site security, and didn't seem bothered at all during the whole process. The rate was also very reasonable. I hope I don't find myself in a situation again where I need their services, but if I do I know who I'll call.
My mother in-law had a flat and was unable to change the tire herself due to health issues. We were referred to Tomlin towing and with in 15 minutes they were on scene changing the tire for her.

Incredible! I had one of our company trucks get a flat in a customer’s driveway. I called and spoke with the owner. He was able to give me a price over the phone and be on site within an hour and a half. (For towing companies that haul box trucks that is lightning fast) The owner showed up and safely loaded the vehicle and hauled it to my destination of choice.

Excellent service for an odd tow job. They safely moved my wills index mill from Ferguson to my garage in Hazelwood and slid it right into my garage. Saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend them for all your towing and recovery needs.
