Very displeased with this service. Had my rear camera dismounted by a tow employee who thought it was a tow hitch connect. I have not received any resolution nor solution for this. Please advise. 3/5/26 No update or response to email.
In a world where people forget to be nice, it's nice to come across a genuinely nice person, Norvell. I was in need of a tow after being hit. Of course, I have AAA, but the police said whoever got there first. Up comes Norvell, and was polite and made me feel at ease. He got my Jeep on the truck and when I asked for it to be dropped off at my residence, he had me speak to dispatch, who again, was polite and pleasant in handling my needs. As I was getting ready to cross the road, Norvell stopped me and said, "Wait, let me make sure you get across safely. They aren't going to pay attention." He got me across safely. When he arrived at our residence, again, he was friendly, While I have worked in the heart of North County for years, as a female in the middle of an intersection, still shaken from the accident, Norvell made me feel safe. Please let him know how much I appreciate him and his service and please let his bosses know as well. While no one wants to need a tow truck, it's nice to know there are still genuinely caring, polite professionals out there working hard every day. Thank you
Total bill was $1,222.00 I was over billed by $400. I am the owner of a business that works with the public in person daily and I am astonished at how this company has operated. Their actions feel very predatory and manipulative. I brought the errors to their attention in a phone conversation immediately. I was told that it would be discussed with the owner and they would return my call the next day. That was over 2.5 weeks ago. I have never heard back and I have called five additional times, leaving voicemails and a written request for a return call was taken by a live person 2 times as well. They continue to refuse to return my calls or rectify the situation. Here's are the details. My child was in a single car accident and the police called for a tow. We were not given an option to pick a company to call. The police said that they make the decision and have someone on contract. Our truck and trailer were picked up and taken to their lot around 5:00 p.m. on Friday. I called before our property had even arrived to them. I was told that they were closing soon and we would not be able to come and get it until the next day. We were there first thing the very next morning to pick it up. We were charged yard/storage fees for 4 days. Our property was only there for approximately 12 hours. They charged for Highway cleanup, that was not done by their employees. I have video of the police and my son cleaning the highway and not any workers for this tow company. I'm not sure if there are some kickbacks going to the police but it's obvious there is consumer fraud taking place. They are taking advantage of an already difficult situation and making it even worse by double charging and charging for things that they did not do. This should not be allowed, I am contacting the attorney General and the better business bureau. I have pictures and video for proof.
Well Kurtis is one of my friends but Jess in the office was super amazing and helpful and made sure the Mustang we picked up was going to be taken care of!!!!
The young man was very polite, he put the donut tire on so I could drive home. I did a stupid thing. Ran onto shoulder on parking lot while turning around.
The 2 guys that helped (wish i got their names) were a great help. Very nice & very helpful. I was 3 hours from home with a bad flat tire. I was told it would be an hour wait. But they got to me in 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend!!

The young man that came was very nice and did a great job, was careful with the truck and very easy to talk too. We had a flat that could not be fixed late a night, need to be towed. He also came quicker than expected. Happy with the service.
Shane with A&A was absolutely amazing. Navigated his was around the confusing Lambert Airport like a pro, knowledgeable in his craft, and very friendly and kind helping us at midnight with our broken-down car.
Thankfully they came and got my car that was completely dead out of a lane at an intersection.And since they wear yellow vests one of the guys walked me across the intersection to the sidewalk. Great experience!
Driver Mirza was great when I was broken down in the middle lane of Page. He beat AAA so I had to pay but that’s company policy, had nothing to do with Mirza. He and his dispatcher made sure I got the receipt so I can seek reimbursement from AAA. They helped make the best of a rough situation, which is all you can ask.
My car was suddenly out of commission, in my garage at home……I called my dealership and then my Toyota Emergency & Curbside Service. They were going to take hours to get to me.
A good friend recommended Bolin. Wow! Victoria was kind, patient, so helpful. My tow truck driver, Billy, arrived with an hour, transported my Service Dog and me to our dealership. He was a Prince!
I’ll not just highly rate you but also recommend you, again and again. Nice to know I have a service I can count on!
I called Matt and he got his driver Dave to our shuttle bus in less than an hour and delivered it right to us her at express medical transportation's shop promptly, I will definitely be using bolen services for all of my towing services.
My son hit a pothole on Hwy 70. He ended up with two flat tires. It was a very scary thing since his car had to limp to the side of the highway. Our driver was awesome. Shane took great care of us and we were not in a good spot. He was attentive and very willing to explain everything. This company should be proud to have him on their team. Thanks Shane!
Charlie was very laidback. He tried charging my battery but apparently it wasn’t charging so he towed my car back to my house. Also, He was easy to talk to.
Dom did an amazing job pulling our dead Dodge Caravan out of the garage without even the whisper of a dent or scratch anywhere. Very pleasant young man too.
I was so upset for hitting a pothole and getting not one but two flat tires. Driver was super friendly right out of the truck. I didn’t catch his name and he told me twice SMH. Great service. Will only use Bolin going forward!
I had an excellent experience! Pierre came out to tow with my 2017 Alfa Romeo and went above and beyond to get it into neutral. His professionalism, positive attitude, and outstanding customer service made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

AJ did a great job setting our container in a really tight area! Several obstacles to work around with electric and cable wires above. He did not touch a thing but the ground when he sat it in the hole. Thank you very much.

What a great experience start to finish! I commute from Mexico, MO to St.Louis everyday and when my car broke down they were recommended. Friendly, helpful, compassionate. Wouldn't have anyone else tow my vehicles.

Jeremiah, was my driver,total professional from our first phone call to our departure, seemed to have extensive knowledge on a few subjects and is a very likable and efficient person.
Interactions like this put my mind at ease and by the time we arrived at my destination I had forgotten for the most part my problem with my vehicle and that I was being towed home.
