The cheapest in town compared to other big brand stores and they helped carry and load my parts in my car for me. Also my warranty lasts for 2 years excluding wear and tear.
Their price pretty much beats everyone else's hands down , the crew , hardworking to make sure you get the right part and fast, their inventory....massive .... bottom line is I go here before I go any where else
So far so good...I've only been twice before. About to install a water pump and radiator purchased there, this will be the test as far as parts. The customer service has always been without question top notch, and their ability to work with a customer to resolve a problem is also exemplary. This store in particular isn't that big, but outdoes the other "well known" parts stores in quality of parts and service i believe.
Rude!.. I had a delivery drop here today.. I walked in and said hello couple times, to no answer.. So i just tapped on the desk with my pinky ring, Just to let someone know i was there.. Then guy says, you don't have to bam on the desk.. I know you're there!!, like really.... Will not ever recommend this place!!!
Just visited with a long time friend who frequents there being he is of many things,an excellent, long time car mechanic..he only likes to work with the best...so there you have it.
I have been a regular customer of this establishment for some years now . I have always been satisfied with the fair pricing and straight forward service. However, I received a different kind of service when they needed to honor the warranty for my car battery which was completely dead and still under warranty for another year & a half. Typically the workers have always offered to place the battery in my car for me but that didn’t happen this past Saturday and no explanation was offered either. After mustering the strength to lift the battery off the counter an older gentleman in the establishment insisted on getting the battery for me in the presence of the worker, who came across as if he could care less if I needed help or not. I declined the gentleman’s offer given his age. As I placed the battery in my car and the gentleman exited the store himself, he shared that he felt my treatment was related to my battery needing to be replaced at no charge. This experience has me thinking twice about returning there in the future and this makes me sad because prior to this experience I had always had a pleasant experience and I take pride in supporting local businesses.
Small shop, took a long time for service as there don't seem to be many people who work here. The service was polite and they carried my item to my vehicle for me. Was referred to them by my mechanic.
Omg they have the cheapest parts I've ever seen in my life they are about 50% or more cheaper than auto zone and the other parts store. The gentlemen even came out to put my wiper blades on for me. I will always go here to get my parts. I highly recommend.
