From communication to the service itself horrible! If you can avoid coming here then do it! They “forgot” to put all the bolts in my engine back in November. So since then my engine has been misplaced and rocking. That issue caused my transmission pipe to break and they are saying I can’t prove that they did that to my car and is making me pay for the new damages.

EVEN IF YOU TELL THE SALESMAN YOU DO NOT WANT THEM JUST CONSTANTLY RUNNING YOUR CREDIT TO GET YOU APPROVED THRU ONE OF THEYRE 10 LENDERS TRUST ME THEY ARE GOING TO RUN YOU THREW EVERY SINGLE 1 UNTIL THEY GET YOU APPROVED R NOT!” THEN YOUR CREDIT WILL BE DAMAGED!! THE STRANGE PART IS I WENT TO OTHER AUTO FINANCING LOCATIONS& THEY DID NOT CONSTANTLY KEEP RUNNING MY CREDIT THEY TRIED A FEW& I WAS APPROVED OFALLON LOCATION IS WAY BETTER BEWARE IF YOU TRY TO TALK THEY WILL TIME YOU! THEN CUT U OFF!! TRY TO TAKE OVER TALKING RUDE& NASTY TRYING TO BE LITTLE CUSTOMERS” ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR INFORMATION. THIS LOCATION IS VERY MISLEADING UNTIL THEY GOT YOUR INFORMATION. SAINT CHARLES ROCK RD SALESMAN& MGR WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAVE DEALT WITH THE SALESMAN WASNT AVAILABLE AFTER HE GOT MY INFORMATION THEN THEY ALL WORK TOGETHER THEY WONT ANSWER AFTER THEY PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION UNLESS U CALL 20TIMES!!! THEN THEY ARE SO RUDE ITS PATHETIC BEWARE!!!! UPDATE DONT BELIEVE U WILL GET A CALL THIS FEEDBACK THAT WAS POSTED TO MY COMMENT WAS JUST TO MAKE CUSTOMERS THINK THEY WILL GET A CALL BACK ABOUT THEY’RE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LIKE I GOT. THEN THEY ADVERTISE THE DIME DOWN PROGRAM BUT U BETTER HAVE EXCELLENT CREDIT!! THATS WHAT THEY DONT TELL U& ANY CALL I GOT BACK WAS TO CHECK ME OVER THE PHONE&VERY RUDE I FELT BULLIED! TO THIS DAY! CREDIT WENT DOWN OVER A 100 POINTS&ONLY WENT TO THEM& 1PREVIOUS LOT CREDIT HAS NEVER BEEN EFFECTED LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE!!!!!
My water pump failed three times because there so called Mechanic's don't know how to troubleshoot an issue after the second time they should have asked themselves why is the water pump going out every 5 months because water pumps don't go out every 5 months in general ,so after the second time of going out they would not honor there mishape at which I took the vehicle to Bob's transmission on dorrset explained to them that this was the third time the water pump has gone out and the response was well we need to find out why it's doing that funny thing is frank leta s people did not take the same approach see now that is the difference between a seasoned mechanic of 20 to 30 years experience and someone who just passed tech school and calling themselves a mechanic frank leta is a sham of a business.
