I needed an oil pan for my CAT engine on a Friday afternoon, and these guy were the only one that had it in stock in St. Louis, MO. Big thanks to Levi for the great customer service and for bringing me the parts to the side of the road so I can get my truck fixed. I will definitely recommend you guys again to whoever is in the area looking for parts.
Ordered window regulator for my 1999CH 613 Mack. The window regulator that was sent to me wasn’t even close to being correct. Unfortunately, when I found out, they sent me the wrong part. It was just outside of the 30 day window that Amanda said was their limit on returns and there’s nothing they can do even though they sent me the wrong parts. Buyer beware shop elsewhere Terrible customer service Amanda was very lazy and not willing to help at all. Will never purchase from Vander Haas again!
London ordered a poly edge snow blade for me that was shipped to his shop instead of directly to me. He responded fast to the error and delivered the poly edge to our business the same day to get us ready for a snow storm . Great service, Thank you! Lee
I called for my right side corner bumper they have it but I have to wait couple weeks its ok i have time for wait get my parts this people know what they are doing and they know how to treat a customer’s i gave them 5 star
Glad they came to St. Louis with a location. Paul is easy to deal with great at finding the parts I need and getting them in in a timely manner from their multiple yards. My go-to place for parts.
