Jeherico and John are a great team. They both were very courteous and professional. They removed a queen sized sofa bed with ease, as they talked to each other about the angles during the removal. A well done job.

Andres and Devin did such a great job. They were extremely helpful (even swept the trash that was under the couch!), friendly (bonded over the cat), and profession. The customer service was top notch, even agreeing to take additional items during the process. I will use them again. I have the same value for keeping usable items out of the landfill.

I had an abandoned rental house full of large and small pieces. I called 800 Got Junk and Junk King. Both were pleasant throughout the bidding process but Junk Kings people made the difference. Price was similar, so I went with the team which had been the most responsive and communicative. Jericho - my main contact- came to the house, gave me a low pressure, easy going quote, and then got to work! He was awesome!! The team was respectful of the house - taking care not to damage floors etc. They arrived on time and worked fast. Super satisfied!! Will refer and use again.

I’m so thankful for Junk King! They called to let me know when they would be arriving and then called again with an updated time. When they arrived, they greeted us and shook our hands - so friendly and polite! We had A LOT of stuff for them to take - even a riding lawn mower! I was very satisfied with the service. The online booking was a breeze. The two man crew were very thorough. There was a walk thru before and after. The pricing was done on site and I thought it very reasonable. Crew member John lead the crew. Both men carefully removed all items specified. The worked quickly and were very cordial and respectful. After my brother passed away I was tasked with the job of cleaning out his apartment. I was referred to Junk King. It started with a call to Aaron who was very responsive and ready to assist me. We scheduled a date and exact time (no time slot). The men on the truck called me to tell me they were on their way. The crew showed up when they promised and ready to work. They introduced themselves as Jericho and Courtney, assessed the scope of the work, made a plan of action, then quickly and efficiently removed the furnishings. They were quite kind and friendly and even asked if there wasn’t anything else they could do for me. Fast! Efficient! And Friendly! The customer service from booking to the date of service was amazing! Derrell and Aaron arrived on time and went straight to work. They gave a very close estimate and let us know any recommendations. As customers, we didn’t lift a finger. The service was 12/10 and I would absolutely recommended this company again.
