I called Brads tow service, booked a job with them and 2 hours later they called and said they couldn't do it. However, they had already called another company for us, made the arrangements, got us a better option for the same price. Now that is customer services folks. I will defintely keep them in my rolodex.
I was involved in an accident on February 3, 2026, and the police required my vehicle to be towed because it was blocking traffic near the highway. The vehicle was taken to Brad’s Towing & Recovery LLC, located at 2752 Liberty Landing Rd, Liberty, MO 64068.
While I was still hospitalized, my insurance company contacted me and advised that Brad’s Towing was charging an extremely high storage fee. As a result, they arranged to have my vehicle transferred to one of their partner facilities, IAA Kansas City, at 2663 S 88th St, Kansas City, KS 66111.
When I was finally able to access my vehicle at IAA, I immediately noticed that multiple personal items were missing. In addition, someone had clearly attempted to break into my safe, which showed signs of tampering. I contacted Brad’s Towing to report the missing items and the attempted break-in, and I also filed a report with IAA. Unfortunately, no one has been able to explain what happened, and neither party has taken responsibility.
After waiting for answers with no resolution, I am leaving this review as a warning to others. This experience has been a hard lesson learned: remove ALL personal belongings from your vehicle before it is released to any tow or storage facility, if at all possible.
I am posting this review on both business pages since no explanation has been provided regarding the missing property or the attempted break-in.
My husband had a Murphy's Law type day today, but Joey Bybee (Operational Manager) was his saving grace. My husband lost most of the stuff out of the back of his pick-up while traveling down the highway. He had to turn around and go back to get it cleaned up. Joey appeared like an angel. He put on his flashers, re-directed traffic, and jumped in to help get everything back where it belonged. Thank you Joey for keeping my husband safe and able to come home to me.
We were traveling through Kansas City when we got a flat tire, about 5 hours from home with a blizzard on the way. Brad’s was super quick to get out to tow us to a tire shop. The driver even waited to make sure the rest of our group was able to get an Uber over to meet the car. Exceptional service and super friendly. We appreciate your help!!
Nobody wants to have their car towed from the side of the highway, however, the customer service I received with this tow was excellent and wanted to recognize two employees who went above and beyond.
Lindsay in the office was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She helped me get additional information needed. Customer service like that truly makes a difference.
Joey, the tow truck driver, was just literally an angel sent to the scene. He saw the traumatic incident we were in, and helped retrieve all information I needed from the other driver and handled my vehicle with great care, and was very friendly and reassuring during what was a very stressful situation.
Thank you both for providing such excellent service. It’s clear this company values professionalism and customer care. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of towing services!
Messaged Brad on fb to get a fast quote to tow my boyfriends truck home, he got back to me asap and had a driver there when we needed them! The driver was professional and friendly! Highly recommend! Will definitely use again if we ever need it!

Lindsay at Brads towing is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me with an insurance adjuster who was working for the driver at fault. I was faced with storage fees - with her knowledge, she saved me a ton of money and I can’t thank you enough! I would’ve unknowingly paid for something that I knew I wasn’t responsible for but didn’t know how to prove it. She stuck by my side and helped me the entire way. THANK YOU LINDSAY FOR BEING YOU!
can’t say enough good things about brads tow! From the moment I called, they were professional, friendly, and quick to respond. The driver arrived sooner than expected, explained everything clearly, and handled my vehicle with care.
