They are a predatory company. Their rates are fine on brake downs but if it's a wreck they triple the price. Doesn't matter if the car drives and there's zero cleanup. Owner was a dick when I called him out on it.

My mother-in-law had her car break down today, and she had the great fortune to have a kind woman stop and say she, "knew a guy that could help". Terry showed up, hooked it up, and brought it a block over to the closest auto shop. He was quick, friendly, genuine, helpful, and gave us a great discount! I will be calling him if i ever need a tow.
We experienced a grating, metal shaving, high pitched whistle from the front of our car as we were returning from decorating my Mom & Grandma's graves up near Hardin, MO. We called AAA, which in all fairness, we have had wonderful roadside service with in the past 15 years. Long story short, we were sitting from 11:54 am til 2:00 with no ETA past a 3 hour window. I called Precision and at 2:24 & Bradley was there at 3:30!!! He was great!!! Thanks Precision for your prompt assistance!!
Would definitely recommend precision tow, had my car towed last night and the person I worked with was very friendly, accommodated to my needs, worked very fast, and was there to answer every question I had, I was able to get my car out in no time. I’ve had my share of bad tow companies in the past, but this man was a pleasure to work with.
Terrible Experience with Precision Tow – Stay Away!
I can't even begin to express how disappointed and angry I am with Precision Tow. My wife's vehicle was towed after an accident on July 19th. We were told we couldn’t retrieve any of her belongings until we had a police report. Fast forward to today, August 17th, and despite calling before the 30-day mark to inform them that we were still waiting on the report from the sheriff's office, we were told the vehicle was "already gone" and that ship had sailed "a while ago."Not only did they dispose of the vehicle before the legal date, but they also refused to release my wife’s barber kit, which she relies on every day for her work. To add insult to injury, when we tried to resolve the issue, we were rudely hung up on and told that they “did everything by the book.”Precision Tow has been nothing but unprofessional, dismissive, and downright shady in their dealings. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone – they’re more interested in clearing their lot than treating customers with respect and following the law. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually cares about people, not just profits.
I just wanted to share what happened last night. I didn't use this company but I did get the pleasure if seeing their kindness. There was an older lady that ran out of gas in the middle of 291 and we couldn't get her car in neutral to move to side of road. Police never showed but luckily this companies driver saw us in the road and stopped. Their driver Aaron helped get ger to the side of the road and even tried to find a gas can to just get her to the gas station. The boss Terry came pretty quickly put a gallon in her tank didn't even want money from this sweet lady. There are not many kind people anymore but this company definitely went over and beyond to help someone. Recommend these guys and thank them for having kind hearts.
Terry is an absolute godsend! My parents were in a horrible accident hundreds of miles from home and he made it feel a lot less stressful! He definitely went above and beyond! Can never thank him enough!
A vehicle belonging to the company I work for was impounded due to an accident. We called and were told that the fee to get the vehicle out was $150.00. It was late in the day so we proceeded to get it out the next day and the fee went up to $932.00. This is price gouging and should be illegal but nobody seems to regulate these tow lots. DO NOT USE THEM.
Beware.... If they show up at your accident they will charge an additional $250 to hook up your car on top of the actual tow cost. You won't even know until it is to late. Predator pricing all day.
A tow company that does something they say they are going to do respond back like promised. Terry has towed a few cars for me and has always came through never had to wait and wonder if they were even going to show up.
Top notch customer service, so if you need help give them a call.

I work for Amazon and was stuck on the ice the guy who picked me up was super friendly and polite he was extremely helpful and quick to get me back on the road to deliver packages!
Terry is the best. I had a flat tire and was nervous about driving to my mechanic on the spare. I called and arranged to have Terry tow me the next morning. My mechanic is two blocks from where I work so I asked Terry if I could ride along. We had the most amazing conversation. I have Precision Tow & Recovery plugged into my cell phone just in case I'm ever stranded again. I highly recommend them!
Terry was courteous, patient, and quick to attend to our driver. Our driver was needing help getting out of an area that looked to be icy. I would ask Terry for his help again.
Broke down the other night and couldn’t get the tire off because of the special lug nuts…. But they showed up and changed the wheel fast and looney was a very cool person and easy to work with….. I will definitely be calling him again…..
