Damaged my vehicle when they towed it, and now won’t accept the cost of repair for damages to the vehicles bumpers and undercarriage from dragging the car up their roll back. This was a brand new car that I got back with muddy hand prints on it from them strapping it down and mud all over the interior from the driver. The car was picked up in a parking lot! Where’d the mud come from?! This place is TRASH!
I needed a tow for some unexpected car troubles. Of course it happened on a day it was snowing. They responded extremely quick, got the car loaded up and even gave me a ride! Great service, great people!
Really a shady company. They started in Carrilton Missouri and honestly I have no idea how they have stayed away from Litigation. Until now, I will really enjoy this. If you need there service ask to see there bonding company information. Remember they will continue to do this shady buisness until you and I stand up to them.
Check what they tell you. The county pays L @ L to take the cars when they are in rotation. Check there tax info. Dont just believe me. So what ever excuse they tell you about just wanting the money. They are paid by Clay County per vehicle to pick up.
What ever they ask you for, is extra for them.

Not allowing people to get their property that was stolen by another individual is not right. When it has been gone for months and they just found out they found the car and the person who took their vehicle. You shouldn’t be allowed to charge them with a fee to hold the vehicle. That charge should be one the person who stole the vehicle and towing fees not the individual who suffered from having their vehicle stolen.
Charged an outrageous price to get our family’s truck. Wouldn’t communicate with us or call us to give us updates about the truck. Worst towing experience ever for our family.
Great service and professionalism, even in rain downpour. The guy even spotted a nail in my tire which I appreciated since we we were towing to the shop anyway. We will be using them in the future for local needs for sure. Highly recommend!

Worst tow company out there I'd rather pull my car by hand then call this company everyone is shady and dishonest. Seriously just call another company.
After calling 15 different locksmiths/tow companies for a late night car lockout, L-L Towing was the only company that was open and had someone available to come help me out. Super quick, arrived right when they said they would, and got my car unlocked in just a few minutes with no damages. I have no words for how grateful I am, and how much I recommend them.
