Very nice talking with them, but after they take our truck and trailer, not the same people, I would not recomand them at all. They charged us more then $60k,
They towed my bike when I wrecked & totaled it. Guess that's good. They also let me come grab a few accessories I had on it off before it was sent to auction yard. Thank you once again for all that!
Liberty Tow Service did a fantastic job towing my Prius. DJ helped get my car jump started and towed for service without any hassle and he was very patient with me. Everyone was very nice and the price was affordable, too.
Had 2 great experiences with these guys! The first was with Zack. My company truck broke down on the highway made the call he should up within an hour and had a great and helpful attitude.
The 2nd was with Donny we had a vehicle stuck due to snow and ice. Even though the location was nearly out of there area and it was 7pm he showed up had a great and cheerful attitude and was able to winch our truck out. These guys are my Companies go to wreckers for a reason! Can’t recommend them enough!
Liberty Tow Service is great. I needed my F350 moved from one shop to another and they were great to work with! My drive way awesome and did a great job even though we had a few hurdles we had to deal with because of the ignorance of the shop it was leaving. He worked through those and made sure everything went smooth and made sure to take care of ny truck.
So I had a call for a towing with AAA and had waited OVER 29 HOURS then the last time calling 55 minutes on hold was too much with aaa. I called Liberty Tow and they were at my truck in probably 20 minutes and my truck getting towed a few minutes later. And the driver was super nice and careful with my truck. I will definitely use Liberty Tow again. I couldn't believe the difference.
Day before yesterday a gentleman by the name of ANDREW came and towed my father's truck however we thought we had to push you down out of the driveway instead he got his flatbed tow truck up in that driveway and I mean he whipped that truck so like he's done this forever... And then he proceeded to tell my dad what was wrong with his truck and also offered to change the starter in my driveway my dad still declined it and said no I want you to tow it to Liberty car Care after that I asked him do we have to push the truck all the way down the driveway and he said no I could get it and the way he whipped that truck back up into that driveway in reverse was amazing... He knew the angels of the driveway because it was a very narrow driveway. Once again Andrew offered to change the starter in my dad driveway I give Andrew in Liberty tow 100 % in satisfaction .. if any of you ever need a tow call Liberty tow they're not expensive at all the person ANDREW who told my dad's truck was amazing... Awesome awesome awesome ????
Had a flat. Driver asked a few questions and then recommended he put some air in it before towing. Found a rock in the valve cap - someone had let the air out of my tire. Good to go at that point. THANK YOU.
Donny with Liberty Tow's Heavy Towing side is amazing!! He handled our emergency like it was his own and as the manager of a business that requires the trucks to be moving I appreciate that so very much!! 100% recommend!! 5 star service all the way!!
My car was towed from my apartment because they stated I had expired tags. When I went to talk to them and show them proof of registration the driver went on and on about how he doesn’t care about that because there was no sticker when I hadn’t received my sticker in the mail. I tried to be as nice as I could but it was the worst customer service I have ever seen from a person in any industry. I’m just hoping my transmission isn’t damaged as he dragged my car out while it was in park with an ebrake on it. They towed it maybe 2 miles to their lot and it was a $350 tow fee and a $100 impound fee. The price gouging is insane. I get you’re doing your job but this was just ridiculous. I would rate this lower if I could. I would never use this service in any emergency.

Single mom raising 2 boys on welfare...Andrew gave me awesome advice to help me save $$ getting my car out after an accident. But then he gave me a name of a friend to help fix my car. And then it went BAD....Cody Paul actually took $400 from me, bought parts, replaced a couple things, then returned a part to the store for $150 TO KEEP IN HIS POCKET.. and I gave him $300 for labor and he didn't FIX IT... ripped me off...both of them hit on me
My experience with this tow service was incredible! They told me that the driver would be to my location in twenty min, and he's was there in twenty min. Gale, the dispatch lady was awesome and very professional! I would recommend this tow service to all who need fast reliable friendly service. Five stars for sure!
Super rude even though I was trying to be very nice, not knowledgeable on Missouri towing laws, claimed once it is on chains it's his. No honey, it's not, in a partial pickup with no criminal action you must release to the owner of the car... also its not "yours" until the 15 day grace period is over. Try not being a jerk next time you do a job and I'll try not to leave a negative review.
My truck was toed by this company and when I went to get it my tools were gone and the cash on the seat was still there and this is of course after I paid them. The owner said there must have been a break in, and was no help he says turn it into your insurance company. They take what they want and get away with it. They are thiefs themselves. Don't make the same mistake and allow these thief near your car.

Towed our RV on 8/7 to a Freightliner shop and bent some of the parts manhandling the U-joints when disconnecting the drive shaft.

Towed back to the same shop the next week (poor quality repair) and dragged the back of my RV across the driveway leaving some serious scars in the pavement. Driver got huffy when I mentioned it and told me he’d rather drag my coach then the expensive pipe on his rig that costs over $1000 dollars. Came back later to apologize for his attitude.

Andrew was the one who towed myself, my husband, and two kids off highway 291 south bound right after the bridge. We ended up needing 3 tires replaced, due to running over 2 bolts and a nail that was in the road on the bridge, along with wires showing on one of the tires as well. Took him 30 minutes to get to us, was very perfessional, on time, had great customer service. Would highly recommend this company, along with Andrew, will definitely use them again for future endeavors!! He took us to the only place where they could replace all 4 tires within an hour.

I was stuck with a flat tire on 291 South of the Missouri Bridge. I called Liberty Tow and they were towing my car back to Liberty within a half hour. Andrew was so helpful, kind and professional. I will recommend Liberty Tow to family and friends.
We had one of our snow plow work trucks go down during a storm. We were not able to tow it to our mechanic ourselves. I called Liberty Tow Service to see if they would be able to help us, and was treated so kindly and professionally. Andrew was so sweet and was able to get us taken care of right away. Thank you to the girl answering the phones! She was swamped with calls coming in, yet continued to be calm and courteous to me. I highly recommend them.
We had a good experience with the flatbed tow! He got there in a reasonable time. Matt was super friendly and went above & beyond even letting us know when the truck was dropped off at the shop.

I have a lowered car about 4 inches from the ground and my car broke down I called them and said no problem. They arrived very fast and was able to get my show car home without a single scratch!

We are extremely happy with our service from liberty tow this week! We bought a shed off of Facebook and they drove to the location for pickup, got the shed and then drove it to our house! The ground was too wet for delivery so they returned a week later to finish the job when the ground was dry. Andrew the driver was amazing and even helped my husband level the shed! There are some negative reviews on here so we were nervous but extremely happy with our full service from them and highly recommend them!
