My husband and myself went in a Friday evening not sure what we wanted . We test drove four different vehicles between Friday and Saturday morning they didn’t have a single issue showing us anything. Liked a vehicle, offered to cash buy but was told cheaper to let them finance me. Drove an hour and a half just to arrive and the vehicle was sold “seconds before I arrived to a cash buyer “! After speaking over the phone a few times and several text messages. Thank Jake for the waste of time.

While they made it easy to make my purchase prior to ever coming there, there were things I felt should have been disclosed. There was a safety recall open on the vehicle I purchased, scratches all along the side of the vehicle which seemed excessive for the mileage/price, RES screen scratched terribly and no floor mats on a vehicle paid $36,000 for. Also received one key. If you are buying site unseen, ask ALOT of questions and for a lot of photos because they will not disclose anything otherwise. 3 stars due to the ease of purchase but the condition for the price was disappointing.

Coach was so awesome from the beginning! He was super friendly and helped me get a vehicle that fit the whole family. When we had arrived to test drive the vehicle the entire staff there was friendly and helpful! Definitely glad we chose MAG for purchasing our new car!!

Initially, the experience was great with the Salesman, Coach. After I drove the lot, within 2 weeks I was having sensor issues and it took them a long time to get the issue fixed and addressed. 2 months later, my infotainment system shut down as well as the same issue they “fixed” came up again. When I called for assistance this time, they told me they have new management and that I’m basically on my own and I should go get it repaired elsewhere. So I used the service contract that they sold me and I was informed before I signed, that all damages are covered, excluding maintenance repairs. When I filed a claim with the warranty company for my damages, they said they will only cover a percentage and it was slightly below half of what the total repair cost was! Leaving me with a huge check to pay, after the dealership told me that it is a full coverage extended warranty! Now when I’m calling to address the issue, I’m getting the runaround! I just bought the vehicle from them in September and it’s only January. Also, the cost of the warranty was over $4000!

I initially had a great buying experience with Jake and the GM Randall with a vehicle purchase on 9/23/25. However, I have subsequently experienced the most bizarre and frustrating vehicle purchase experience I’ve ever had (and as lifelong farmers my wife and I have bought and sold a lot of vehicles and equipment over the years). The first issue was that the certificate of origin never arrived. I contacted Jake who indicated the “holding company” had the certificate of origin and that he would contact them. After multiple calls, the certificate finally arrived five weeks after the sale and I therefore had to pay a late penalty at MO DMV when titling. I then purchased a Ford Extended warranty from a Ford dealer we use and discovered that the vehicle had never been reported as sold to Ford and therefore the factory warranty was not in effect and the extended warranty was in hold status. I contacted Jake at Woody’s and asked what in the world was going on. He then revealed that Woody’s had been sold and I needed to contact VanDoit which he claimed was the actual seller under the holding company. Needless to say, we were baffled and frustrated. I eventually heard from the CEO of VanDoit who claimed that the vehicle would show up in the Ford system as sold because I had titled it. That made zero sense to me so I called Ford and two reputable Ford dealers we’ve used in the past. All three said this was not true and that the real issue is that there were three stop sale warranty issues on the vehicle and that it should not have been sold with these issues unaddressed. I contacted Jake, who simply pointed me back to VanDoit, because he stated that Woody’s is no longer responsible for the after sale issues. Out of an incredibly high level of frustration, I contacted Randall the Woody’s GM who assured me he would call the VanDoit owner and fix the issue. Fair enough. While still very frustrated, I was finally hearing someone say they’d take responsibility. Jared the CEO of VanDoit then contacted me today and admitted that the warranty issues should have precluded the sale and the only solution is to have me as the customer go to a Ford dealer to have the issues addressed so that the vehicle could be officially reported as sold and the factory warranty could begin. I tried to reach Randall at Woody’s all day today and when he finally called me back he basically washed his hands of the situation, stating Woody’s no longer exists and VanDoit is responsible. So much for his bravado about fixing the issue. So, here we are with a new vehicle with no warranty and the burden is in me to address the issues. I would note that Woody’s is now operating under a new name but it’s still the same people working there, including Randall as the GM. We’ve submitted a complaint to the Missouri AG’s office with the hope of preventing this from happening to anyone else. So, in the meantime, buyer beware.

I can’t say enough great things about the incredible team at Woody’s! Recently, I had a mechanical issue with my Ram 1500, and Randall, Brooks, and Polly made me feel like an absolute VIP Rock Star throughout the entire process. Polly made scheduling a breeze, setting up all of my appointments quickly and efficiently. Brooks handled the rental vehicle paperwork seamlessly, making sure I had everything I needed without any hassle. Randall diagnosed and analyzed my mechanical issue with amazing speed and expertise, getting me back on the road fast.
