Mid roadtrip, a check engine light came on in our class c motorhome. I didn’t catch his name (had a mustache, was also training another employee), but he was very helpful. He was able to quickly run the code and tell us the minor issue, and let us know it’s not an urgent fix. So helpful and gives us peace of mind for the rest of our trip!
Shout out to Rebecca and her kindness. I will never forget that you were kind to me when you didn't have to be. I was locked out of my car and you let me use some items to get into it . Thank you so much.
Andy the so called manager was rude. When trying to get brake pads for my vehicle he ran his mouth and tried to make me feel mine I did not know what I was talking about. He talked over the top of me and the lady helping me. Very disrespectful of his employees. Talked badly about his all his employees and some customers in the open where anyone could hear him. This is the first time I have experienced his rudeness.
Have had to order multiple parts from this store recently. The staff always ensures the part is correct prior to ordering and when it arrives. Also had to order a warranty part as it failed. No issues at all. Grade A service across the board. Will continue to give my business to Advance Auto in Chillicothe, MO!
I am on my way home to Illinois. I’m 363 miles from home and my ram 5500 has a front wheel bearing go bad. I’m 8 miles from the nearest part store so I call them and luckily they have one in stock. Not only did they have it in stock, they also delivered it to me on the side of road. They even asked if I had tools. I’m in a service truck so yes I’m well equipped. However my mechanic with me needed other tools that I didn’t have and the delivery driver drove him into town and got him what he needed and gave him a ride back out to the truck. A big shout out to Andy, Scott, and Jim at carquest/advanced auto for going above and beyond for someone stranded 363 miles from home. The customer service at this store is seriously phenomenal. I can’t thank these guys enough
While in the middle of a 13 hr. trip, I broke down at Advanced Auto, where Aaron the manager was not only able to detect a bad battery, but also had it changed for me. He also detected a bad alternator, sold me a new one, and hooked me up with a mechanic, who is now installing it. All this on a Saturday when most places here in Chillicothe MO are not open. Thanks Aaron. You are a God send.
Wouldn't recommend bought windshield wipers less than a month ago a week after having them drivers side flew off and they put it back on telling me if it happened again come back went back in said they had nothing on buying them and wanted to charge me again after realizing they had the wrong size on my car to began with not paying again for their mess up
My fiance and I busted a water pump traveling across states and we stopped here for help. One of the employees was on the phone for almost 30 mins trying to find us a mechanic shop. They were extremely helpful in a difficult situation.
