Gabrielson truck repair tapped 2 threads on my alternator mount and replaced my alternator. I was charged $1000 in labor alone. The tech was only working on the truck for 2.5hrs max. I’m glad that I was able to get this issue resolved but the labor charge was very unfair. After trying to have a conversation about my bill I was met with an uncompromising discussion with the service manager who told me that the remainder of my labor charges were spent for others to locate “parts for my truck” within the building. So I was charged for the parts managers time to locate a belt and a used pulley. Either way the truck is fixed and we are now rolling but the math isn’t mathing for me on this transaction. The unfortunate part is that this is probably the best option for service in the area.
At first, they seem very professional and responsive once you contact them. But after that, communication completely stops no matter what happens. If you want stress and a damaged vehicle, this is the company to choose. Don’t expect them to fix their mistakes either — you won’t be able to reach them by phone or message. It honestly feels like once they damage your vehicle during the service provided they just blacklist you and disappear.
Very disappointed with this company. The price was extremely high and not reasonable for the service provided. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend asking for a detailed written estimate before agreeing to anything.

Scam i’ve been charge for chancing u bolts almost $2000. I’m very disappointed with my experience. I was originally told the service would cost around $700, but after the work was done I was charged almost $2,000 instead.
There was no clear explanation or warning that the price would increase so much, and I felt caught off guard by the final bill. Transparent pricing and clear communication are very important, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
I recommend that anyone using this business ask for a written estimate and approval before any additional work is done to avoid unexpected charges.

First of all their labor rate is 197$ per hour, just so you know before you do anything. Pretty expensive.
I came in with electrical problem that stopped my rolling regen for my dpf. So i needed get that done + do a parked regen.
The guy that was working on my truck had zero communication with me and wasn’t knowledgeable at all. A check engine light came on when he started messing with the wires that wasn’t there before with a bunch of new codes.
At the end i spend almost 5 hours sitting there and they couldn’t fix the issue. The guy just kept clearing the codes that kept coming back on after 30 seconds. I finally stopped him and said i have to leave.
The guy kept convincing me that the codes were there before and check engine was there before and it wasn’t!
They were gonna charge me a 1000$ with no real fix and a new check engine that he caused, they knocked it down to 650$. And with 650$ down the drain i ended up loosing 5 hours of my time of just actually doing a parked regen.
If you have a flat tire or something super simple you can maybe use them but for something electrical or complex i wouldn’t recommend them.
these guys were extremely helpful and reasonable with pricing. customer service was excellent and treated me very well. would definitely recommend these guys if you ever have a breakdown. Jeff G was the serviceman for my repair and he did such a great job. thank you guys.
This is a top notch towing company! Jeff G did a wonderful job towing us two hours away when our truck and doubles trailers broke down. He was fast, efficient, and friendly! Thank you Gabrelson's and Jeff!

Josh and Jeff G were my knights in shining armor last night. I was stranded by myself on the side on the side of the road with a flat tire and they did everything they could to help me out. They towed me to there shop, brought me to a hotel, and in the morning changed my tire and came and got me from the hotel. Best company, and they have workers who really do care. I’m so grateful!
Jeff G did a phenomenal job in repairing the roof of my damaged trailer. The entire shop crew professionalism needs to be mention as well. They took care of addressing all of my needs and concern.
Had a super single tire blow out and John Baker from Gabriel’s Repair came to my rescue it was dark out and cold but he had me up and going pretty darn quick! I recommend these fellas .

I was loaded with Cattle and when no one else answered Gabrielson truck repair and towing did. Michael F went above and beyond to get the parts I need and showed me where to park so I could do the repair alone. I was in and out within 2 hrs. No cattle were lost and feedlot was happy. Thank you for answering the distress call. Will forever have them marked on my maps for repairs.
Tyler was a breath of fresh air! Not only did you quickly take me in after my sudden road emergency…Then Tyler and your crew were able to solve the not so easy fix it problem and even provided good local camping and fishing advice. The whole team from the man running the front desk , to your expert parts manager, to even Ruger the welcome pooch - you turned my day around and God Bless.
Total disappointment of their service. They have no idea what they are doing whilst pretending to be nice.
Be aware the will charge you and you'll endup coming out of there broke with a broken truck.
They have no experiene with electric/ECU issues.
These guys saved the day. We had dinner at Murray’s with the football team and the bus wouldn’t start. Simple fix when they showed up within ten minutes. We greatly appreciate them for their time and service.
Had a steer axle hub catch fire on my semi late one evening, they got me towed right in and the next morning got started working on my truck. Tyler Josh and Jake did an amazing job getting me fixed up and back on the road!!!!
Cane in here to have a joint swapped. The guys here mike jeff and Tyler were awesome they checked it out b4 swapping it and discovered it was carrier bearing not the u joint saxed me bunch of money amd fixed the vibration
Twice today, our family van needed to be towed. Luckily, these guys were nearby both times and assisted. On the second occasion, the owners even picked us up in their vehicle. James worked on our van alone and did a great job! The owners also allowed our kids to play with their kid's toys. Their generosity is truly commendable!!
