Very professional. I was broke down on hwy 36. Dale came out and towed my Van into Chillicothe. He helped me find the right mechanic and gave me a ride to a hotel. Nothing but the best! Highly recommend.
I CANT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH. I’m an O/O so when the wheels stop turning the money starts burning. Yesterday my coolant hose with plastic fittings broke off. Called Brotherton and told them how I wasn’t trying to get stuck. The lady Dakota was real helpful and really push to get me help even though a snow storm was coming. With snow starting to come down by them, they still sent a mechanic named DIRK who got the job done. He had to make a part and he was determined to help me out. We had to drive back to his shop and hit up a hardware store for Dirk to make things happen and the snow was thick on the ground. Long story short even within the snow storm. This place got me and my truck back on the road and she is running beautifully. DO NOT SECOND GUESS THIS PLACE
Recently The Wall That Heals, a replica of the Vietnam Memorial in Washington DC was on display in Chillicothe MO. The display includes a 53 trailer, the Mobile Education Center.
The MEC needed some repairs, a call was placed to Beotherton. From the initial contact to after the MEC went on to it's next stop Beotherton was responsive, proffesional and knowledgeable. The employees went above and beyond.
Beotherton repaired items that have not worked for several years, other companies throughout the US said they couldn't be fixed.
Brotherton fixed the items.

Everyone here was great. We had a snag with my new seat but other than that they fixed up my AC , installed a new seat and fixed some other minor issues. Excellent job. Keep up the good work.
I had a pleasant experience with Brotherton Truck & Trailer repair. Dirk was there in no time, this is a record for me for a road call. I agree with the earlier comment a 6 star is worthy.
What a good experience to a bad night! Dirk assisted us getting a 52 Chevy 3100 into our driveway at 10pm. Their response was quick and professional and He has great customer service. Even made us laugh when we just wanted to scream 😂 Will definatly be calling Brotherton again in our future endeavors.
I broke down just outside of Chillicothe Mo. My spring holding my air lines up so they would not drag,broke and I wore a hole into my lines and I came to a stop on the side of the HWY. Within 90 min of coming to a stop I was rolling . they came out spliced the 2 lines together. Hooked up a new spring double checked that nothing else was wrong. Helped me pick up triangles and stow them away. It was like a NASCAR pit stop. Highly recommend to anybody that wants fast courteous help.
