Sunday, March 8th, 2026 I was at steak n shake drive thru when my tire just went flat. I was waiting for my shake and my car dinged and my daughter heard a hiss sound, then a stranger told us while sitting there, that my tire just blew. I pulled into a parking space and called AAA. I had a donut tire with me and they contacted a provider to come out and fix it. AAA said it would take 30 to 45 min. I was ok. Then I got a call from Brandon, and he arrived in 17 min. He was very nice and fast. He put on my donut, but also checked my tire to see if he could fix it right there for me, but it was a cut in my sidewall probably from the construction on hwy 55. Anyway, he made sure my car was safe on all the other tires looking for cuts or anything to make sure I wouldn't have another problem. He even took the time to tell me how to drive with the donut and the best route to take with it so we would be safe. I really appreciate him being helpful, fast and making sure I would be safe in my car as I had quite a distance to drive.
Had to call AAA for a tow. Brandon was so very nice and professional. He explained what he was going to do, why and how. He was genuinely concerned for our safety and we greatly appreciated the whole experience.
Our car broke down in Festus in the Walmart parking lot. We called AAA for help. Brandon was dispatched and did a great job. He called to let us know he was on the way, he was prompt, friendly, professional, and made us feel much better about the bad day we were having. Thanks to Brandon for doing a great job.
I have had more than one very negative experience with the owner of this place. He has a very negative attitude towards his customers. He really needs to take a college course on how to talk to people. If I can avoid using them at all costs I will. I have also left a review of them with AAA and have asked for a different company to help me in the future.
***Edit to add: I posted this review before I refused their service through AAA. The fact that they didn't even know what negative experience I'm talking about speaks volumes. I did find someone else to tow my car and they didn't leave us abandoned overnight when they said they were on the way like this company did and they were very pleasant. I highly recommended Roadside Heroes instead. They actually care about their customers.
Brandon was my tow driver, and he was absolutely great. He was very friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. He even offered his arm to help steady me so I wouldn’t slip on the snowy, slick ground, which I really appreciated.
The conversation during the long drive was enjoyable and full of laughs, which made a stressful situation much better. Service was quick, smooth, and professional. Overall, a really positive experience—Brandon did an excellent job.
Brandon was our tech. Great guy. The person from my insurance call center gave him the wrong information so he was pretty far away from us, he was so apologetic and it was in no way his fault. Such a nice man.
I highly recommend these guys! I have AAA and needed help on locking myself out of car and once lost the keys had to have it towed to my house....AAA would tell me 1 hour HOWEVER they showed up one time in 15 min, I thank them for their promptness during these emergencies😊👍
Over the past few months, I have had the pleasure of using their towing service through my roadside assistance package. No matter what situation I have been in, they have been fast, friendly, and efficient. I quite literally cannot say enough good things about them. In the past few months, I have had four different drivers and each one has been as wonderful as the next. Thank you for all you do.
I just recently used Fudge towing for the first time to Tow my 2016 Ford F-250 which i just bought and found out it had a major coolant leak the next day after picking it up. Brandon was my driver for the Tow, who is a great guy, very professional and personal. Brandon answered all my questions about the Tow, being i was about 1/2 mile off the blacktop on a private gravel road that has a steep hill. He hooked up and secured my truck quickly and securely. Brandon was also very understanding when we were about to leave with my truck in Tow when my glucose monitor alarm went off and I said sorry but I need to go back in the house and get a drink to bring my blood sugar back up. The Tow and Delivery to the repair shop went smoothly. I plan on using Fudge towing in the future for all my Towing needs. Thanks Brandon you did a great job yesterday.
Had to get my car towed to the dealer for some work and Brandon was the guy who showed up. He was quick to arrive and stayed in communication on his way. When he showed up he worked quick and thorough to make sure he got the car up on the truck properly and secured well. It was about 15 degrees out so I really appreciated him being able to come out and get it done quickly.
I would highly recommend Fudge-Crosby Towing! They were quick to arrive, get my car towed & to the tire place! Catherine & the guy she was with (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name) were extremely helpful & nice!
I've had them out to my house one Saturday to jump my car and the next Saturday because of a flat. Both times it was Brandon who helped. He was great! He was nice and took the time to answer any questions I had and reminded me that my battery was still under warranty so I should go and have it checked before that expired. Sure enough the battery was bad so I got a new one for no cost. He did his job quickly and respectfully. Both times he came he called to verify what I needed done and showed up way sooner than AAA estimated. He was extremely careful and respectful of my property. The 2nd Saturday he came by it was snowing and he didn't even laugh when I slipped in the snow and fell, just helped me up and asked if I was OK. I definitely recommend this tow service and give many thanks and Kudos to Brandon Arnold!!!
Mat was my driver. He was fast, safe, and kind. We had a great conversation on the way to the tire shop. He was a true professional. The company is lucky to have him.

Called AAA to get my car towed and Brandon provided excellent service. He was extremely friendly and considerate, and showed up a lot earlier than expected. Would recommend and call on again if needed.
My car broke down in De Soto, MO, on a Sunday when all the shops were closed. I left it where it was and had to return back via Lyft the next morning. I thought coordinating transportation back home would be a total nightmare; however, Mat showed up promptly, had no issues with navigation (my previous tow driver through AAA for a less remote property than this one had trouble following simple signs), and was even able to take me half of the way back to Saint Louis because the shop was in that area. All in all it saved me close to 100$ and hours that I would’ve been stuck in De Soto waiting for a ride to arrive. This business will be my go to for towing going forward if I experience another breakdown in the area.
My 2015 Mini Cooper blew a line and was overheating, I called AAA and hoped for the best. Not only did Brandon Arnold arrive 25 mins earlier than AAA said, but he was overly careful and cautious about strapping my little Cooper down. The drive was great as we spoke about our dogs and he unloaded my Mini at my repair facility with as much care and consideration as he loaded it to his rollback. Brandon is the best driver I have ever encountered and will use again the the future. Great asset to this company.

Our tire blew 70 miles from St Louis, and we were stuck on the side of the highway. Our AAA used Fudge Crosbt Towing. Arnold James was the tow driver. He got to us under an hour. He got us and our van home. Very friendly driver.
Got connected thru AAA as we sat on I-55 with a flat due to road debris. Katherine patched up the tire and offered to follow us 10 miles to the nearest tire shop in Festus MO, for which we were grateful.
I've used Fudge towing twice, both times Mathew Heroux was the driver. Great guy, very professional, easy to get along with and quick and efficient at his job. Highly recommend him, any time. Thanks, man! If I ever need another tow, hope to deal with such a professional guy again!
I recommend them to everyone! They have now towed 2 vehicles for me. One was a 04 yukon xl with a blown transmission and the other was a mustang with no engine. Both times there prices were reasonable and I had Matt as the driver both times. He's a very personable and nice guy! Highly highly recommend using Fudge Crosby! They're my go to now!
My fiancé and I had our truck break down on date night, and AAA connected us with Fudge Towing & Recovery. Within minutes of submitting my request, I got a call, and Mat was on his way. He arrived in an extremely timely manner and was incredibly kind and helpful.
He towed us all the way from Festus to Park Hills, which was such a relief since it was late and we were worried we might have to leave the truck overnight. Mat completely eased our worries—he kept the situation light, stayed positive, and truly went above and beyond.
He’s genuinely a good guy, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. The pricing was also very fair. 10/10 recommend Fudge Towing & Recovery, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Mat help you out!

My husband and I broke down Sunday 5/10 on our bike in Hillsboro. Our insurance called another tow company but after waiting 2 hours they told us they don’t tow motorcycles. So we contacted AAA and Fudge-Crosby towing came out. Our driver was Matt and he was absolutely wonderful. He knew exactly how we wanted our bike strapped down he had the proper straps for the front end. We did ride with him to our house and he positioned the flatbed just perfect so my husband could just sit on the bike and roll it down right into the garage. I would recommend this company and I would do recommend Matt.
