I just wanna say thank you to Lisa H and her coworker for helping me out this evening. When my vehicle was overheating they made it feel welcoming and comfortable with trying to distract my two youngins while we waited for the vehicle to cool down and by putting water in it and making sure we got home safe. Eh, I wasn't that impressed. Products very slim and didn't seem to belong. That gentleman was stuck by my questions, he attempted to provide another item ((DEFINITELY not approved)). The hovering over isles and clicked up, with a O'Reilly's Uniform Top on?? Nope, no thanks.
I did find an appropriate Quart of Fluid for my vehicle. Domestic Motors are for sure fading out with that selection. I was able to grab Oil Change Tags for my winder (:

I worked with Seth. He had amazing customer service and was very helpful. I kept having to come into the store to ask about certain questions regarding fixing different parts on my car and he came outside every time and was happy and was very genuine and being helpful. I’m gonna stop going to O’Reillys And start coming here!
I had gone to AutoZone to have my battery tested. A salesclerk diagnosed that it was the starter and that it was not safe to drive the car off the lot. Another employee came out to help and told me why the starter had failed and knew which part within the starter had to be replaced. Both men were very courteous and gave me information that I passed on to the tow company. Later I talked to a female employee on the phone and she was very friendly and also courteous. The kindness of these AutoZone employees helped me get through a very stressful situation. Thank you, AutoZone!
Drove an hour to return a tool I rented from them because they were the only store that had it got there before closing time which was 8 o’clock and they already had the doors locked and we’re counting drawers, even though they still had four minutes left until close
Nothing like getting stranded in a dead car on the weekend. However, after getting a jump AUTO ZONE quickly checked my battery and then recommended AIRPORT EXPRESS LUBE who QUICKLY got me back on the road. PRAISE GOD, THUMBS 👍 & FIVE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to both AUTO ZONE & AIRPORT EXPRESS LUBE'S FAST, FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT SERVICE and REASONABLE PRICES!!!
I'm a AutoZone commercial customer and I was very apprehensive about coming back to AutoZone. The the commercial account manager Amanda has definitely won my business over. I drive over 30 minutes just to come see Amanda...Her team is amazing & I was blown away by her knowledge and the drive to take care of her customers....Thanks for keeping our business on the road Amanda ! ! ! Hands down I would definitely recommend the Webb City store over any of the other ones in the area.
Mason was very helpful about the issue we had with our car. He was knowledgeable and checked on us several times to help with the issue we were having.
My wife went to get coolant and one of the workers at this web city location was very rude to my wife and treated her like she was stupid and had her call me to talk to me about our car because he wouldnt listen to her. I do not appreciate this man being mean and very rude to her
Exceptional service every time I come in! Steve and the team have saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars from buying into car shop hassles. They treat you like family everytime and go above and beyond the call of service!
Great! Both times I went there to get things they were very helpful in locating what they thought would be best and so I recommend them to anybody that wants to get work done on there car. I came into the Webb City Autozone Store# 360 to have a headlight replaced. I was assisted by PSM: Robert Hattey. He was so helpful and was even able to show me that my bulb to my headlight was just loose and there was no need to purchase another one. I greatly appreciate your employee going above and beyond to assist me!

I like Ben and Jennifer as well as the other employees at the East 7th st store.
Ben is knowledgeable and nice. Jen is funny and Kool. I've got good parts at fair prices. The parts are right in store so I expect to pay a bit more than online. Returns are easy too if something is wrong.
Part order for my daughter's car to be delivered the following day. Received email it had been delivered to the store only to go in and be told they had received it but the system "glitched" and they canceled it and put the part back on the truck and sent it back to the hub. Then employee said she realized what she had done and reordered it stating it is on the delivery truck BACK to the store 2 hours later. Called store at expected time only to be told they did not send it back and that they'll "try again tomorrow". 100% done with this store after multiple similar issues and we'll not return or recommend.
They checked exactly what I wanted them to check and it didn't show anything being wrong except for a one of the bolts into the side bracket of the battery was stripped and it was just sparking a little bit so we changed out the bolt and that helped for the day the next day I went to battery outfitters on 7th Street in Joplin and they tested the battery and it showed that it was not holding any kind of load so needless to say I had to buy a battery which 160 bucks is not bad for a battery!
Keith was awesome! I live in Oklahoma and was having issues with my jeep. He changed the battery for me and fixed a hose and I was back on the road in no time. He was so friendly and helpful!

I'll have ti give a 3 on this. Usually the experience is awesome. The other day I had to drive ti two different stores 3 times 10 miles apart. I wasted so luck time and gas. Was told one store had a battery then got there and said nope go back and get a refund. Did that but was told oh, it's this one, they have 2 in stock. Go back it's not in stock. Their tool lookup or whatever recommended the wrong battery I needed an H5 they kept saying it needed an H6. Took my core before comparing. Could have done better won't lie. A little burnt out from the store.
Our car broke down close by and I walked over to this location. Dave did an outstanding job diagnosing my problem and getting me the right product to resolve the issue I was having with my vehicle. He also let me borrow all the tools needed for the repair.
I love this AutoZone location! The nicest guys and girls work here. All a very knowledgeable bunch. Quick to help! Respectful and kind. The managers are very helpful. They have a great crew. You're always treated like friends. they offer 10% discounts for fire men, police officers, vets, first responders and teachers! They have an A+ crew! I always go to this store.
