Recommended wrong parts. Went to go fix it and told me I could go pick the right parts up in Springfield, as I need to be in Kansas for work tomorrow. We had originally tried to order the right parts, and someone over the phone told us we were wrong and tried to make us feel stupid about the parts we had infront of us. Mike (the guy at orielys) had originally told me we couldn’t pick up from the distributing center. After 20 minutes of phone calls and back and forth IN THE STORE he said that we now can go pick up from the distribution center. Further more, that they were open until 8pm at the earliest. After looking it up. Went and drove an hour and a half to Springfield to have them be closed by 6. Called the Webb city store, and mike answered. To tell me he has no idea what I am talking about. Lied to me about who he was. Refused to give me the store number and his name to go take it to corprate. Then he hung up on me not once or twice, but three times in a row. Called again and got someone else to tell me Mikes name. All in all awful experience I would never go there again. Nothing has come and I am reporting mike to corprate.
These geniuses couldn't figure out a lightbulb that had the part number written on it. It shows in-stock online but the store employees couldn't figure out which bulb was needed. 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏿
Woke up to no headlights this morning. Stopped in at open and Caleb was super helpful in looking up the bulbs I needed, getting them installed, and informing me of the warranty that covered the replacement! Super pleased with my visit!
Michael was telling another customer on the phone that I was dumb and didn’t know what I was doing after he left me in the parts warehouse by myself. I’m didn’t take anything but I did walk straight out.
Very disappointed. Done business for years on a personal level but also thru the company I work for. That is probably Not going to continue.
Brad Y was extremely kind and courteous helping me to maintain a front license plate on my truck that I just couldn't get to work I appreciate everything that he did to help me as well as his kindness
This location has such amazing staff and a clean store!! They’re always willing to help with whatever I’m needing and not fully understanding of. They’re very wonderful
Knowledgeable employees fast service. i just left. i want to say im so empressed with the girl working. her name was ella. she went above and beyond to help me find all the items i needed.. she really should b commended.
I drove here while it was misting with NO windshield wipers. The latch on the wiper had broken so I still had the wiper. These guys changed the latch out and replace the wiper for me. I also needed the battery in my clicker changed and they did that as well. The were so nice and easy to work with!!
Their customer service could use a LOT of work. Had to go back to a parts store and I chose auto zone across the street just based off O'Reilly's customer service skills.
I like the Oriely guys and gals. Usually pretty knowledgeable about parts and cars. I'm just a horrible backyard mechanic. But that's why I need more help. I'm also disabled so I have been forced to fix my own vehicles. Wish there was a discount for disabled persons vehicles.
I had a great experience! I pulled in and had an issue with my air filter. J.J. took the time to help me hook it up properly. Now my car runs great. Wonderful prices as well. Won’t get auto parts from any other place!!
I went in last night to get help changing my headlight. He said he couldn’t because it was screwed in with a bracket and that goes against their policy. Okay fine but how come they’ve done it for me before? I went to Joplin oreillys and they had to problem helping me.
My friend went in to have the battery checked. We are elderly and widows. No one to help us. This man went above and beyond. He gave my friend a chair while he tested the battery. (Her car wouldn't start.,) we had it jumped and was told it was either the battery or alternator. He checked the battery. It was 6 years old and needed replaced. He replaced it and was so courteous and kind. What a blessing. They all were extremely kind and opened the doors and greeted us with eagerness and genuine kindness. It was 105 degrees today when that wonderful man changed her battery. Hats off to O'Reilly in Webb City. Great Christians. Great service. God bless them
3 employees would not give me my money for a warrantees part. The 4th and 5th employee gave me my money. Their names were Fredo and Michael. They explained that the first 3 simply did not know how to do their job. I have never had any like that happen at Auto Zone or anywhere else. I hope Fredo and get jobs at Auto Zone. I will never set foot in the Webb City O'Reilly,s again.

They will look up information about your vehicle parts for you. I recently bought brake light bulbs there, they had plenty in stock. Nice customer service.
The staff at the Webb City store are very helpful and knowledgeable, and assisting people with questions on items that they are unfamiliar with, do not have the experience, but, could be classified as a do it your-selfer these people come in with their game face on ready to face the public and multitude of questions that they probably answer every day time and time again. It makes it easier to walk in and discuss problems or parts needed with a store like O'Reilly's in Webb City.
Looking for a soap detergent for my power washer, the guys were eager to help both over the phone and in person when I arrived without ever getting the feeling that I was a bother. They definitely earned my business!
Great helpful service and the associate changed my wipers for me. As my 3 year old was bouncing around needing one of everything in the store, the associate used his own quarter in the candy dispenser to buy him m&m's.
Thank you for allowing me to call into the store at Webb City and you were kind enough to bring the fuel treatment out to me and let me pay for it instead of having to wake my little grandson up and take him out into the freezing weather. Just another reason I shop your store first.
