I had service on my CRV vehicle this week and as always , it was a good experience. Helpful & friendly employees took care of everything in an efficient & quick time frame at the Lee's Summit location. We own 4 Fords in our family. Keeping up on all the maintenance is not an unpleasant task with such great service near by. They can also pick up your vehicle ; do the repairs or maintenance, and then deliver your car back to your home. VERY easy & a time saver indeed ! Thanks to everyone.

Got to give a big shout out to John who was so patient with me with my millions of questions and constant requests for updates on when my vehicle would be ready. And when it finally was gave my daughter and I the VIP treatment picking it up.

Garret and everyone else was great even the dreaded finance person is great and easy to work with ( Eric Z). Very accommodating and easy to work with. Paperwork processed fast. Went to 4 other stealerships before I came here. Easily the best experience. They do business and make it easy to to buy a vehicle. I got a 2025 Ford Maverick for a fair price without any nonsense. Save your time and come here if you are looking to buy a Ford. Highly recommended.

Had a warranty issue and they fixed it quickly with great communication. Follow-up. I had a recall repair that required service after the warranty service. I brought my 2023 F 150 in for a recall repair. The repair went well (as far as I know), but when my truck was brought around for me to take home, it was COVERED in bird droppings. I immediately went back to the service department to ask if they could clean off the bird droppings. The answer I received was, "I wouldn't recommend our cloth wash, my suggestion is to take it to Charlies car wash across the street. For $20 they'll do a great job." I'm sorry, but that's simply unacceptable. It wasn't one or two bird droppings; it was all over the truck and windshield. I dropped off a perfectly clean truck and after it was in your possession, it was returned in a disgusting state. To add insult to injury, it was suggested that I use my time and money to go get a car wash for something that happened under your care. I ended up going to a spray wash, spent $5 and pressure washed the bird droppings off before they did any permanent damage to the finish. My suggestion, 1) DO NOT GIVE A VEHICLE BACK TO A CLIENT THAT IS COVERED IN BIRD **! 2) Purchase a pressure washer and pressure wash the bird droppings off before giving the vehicle back to the client. I know this was not the first time this has happened based on the service tech's response.

The truck I thought I wanted had already been sold but I was open to looking at other options. The Maverick they showed me was a better fit and a beautiful color. I haven't shopped for a vehicle in many years and am very happy with my purchase. I recommend Bob Sight Ford to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and great service.

I’m so exited I always get something new for my birthday 9/22 I didn’t know what but I thought why not new car. I had a rough year couldn’t drive everyone knew so I didn’t tell anyone that I was released to drive. I just called a dealership and scheduled buying a brand new car. I told no one long story short. I got Greg and I told him I was ready to buy a new car most of it was done over the phone when I arrived. He had everything in order. I didn’t know I was gonna pick up my car that day and then I really got excited 22 days before my birthday. I have a new car thanks to Bob Sight’s excellent place wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Came in to get my car fixed. Turns out my car was messed up REALLY bad and thankfully, Emory Stone was able to help me trade it in and get the best value towards a new car. I left that day a few hours later with a new, safe car. So thankful and he made the process so easy (and even got a great pic of us)! Thank you!

We walked in, after seeing what we believed would be a great used car for our son online, we headed to Bob Sight. Even though it was 30 minutes prior to closing, they let us drive the car and gave us a great offer. We went back the next day and bought the car. George and Ronnie were excellent to work with, making this exciting time for my son quick and easy!
