Just plain bad customer service, won’t be going back. Disorganized and easily overwhelmed, no greeting, no awareness of customer sequential order. I remember my first day, apparently for them it was today.

Robert was a pro with world class customer service when he installed my battery! This location has always been great for any of my vehicles needs.

The staff at the Lee's Summit location is always helpful and resourceful. They are very good about offering and explaining alternative parts to OEM parts to save customers money.

Best customer service ever from an auto parts store. I had just left Mccarthy chevrolet in Lee's Summit. The told me I had the wrong size battery in my truck and told me it needed to be replaced for a charge of $300.00. They said it was the wrong size batter. I went to auto zone thinking I needed to get a new battery. Davin at auto zone asked if he could take a look. He went out there and pointed out that the battery was fine and only needed to slide it forward which he did no charge. I tried to buy his lunch. He refused and said he was glad to help. They will be getting all my business moving forward. Great job davin.

I never handle any of the car maintenance were repairs- my husband always does. We unexpectedly needed a battery replaced in one of our cars but my husband was tied up and not able to take the car. He called up there and they said that they would be happy to help. Upon arriving at the store, I spoke with Davin. He was very helpful and explained the different options in batteries. I purchased one and he immediately installed it. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He went above and beyond to help us out. Kudos to Davin For a job well done!

Quite friendly; helped me find the right windshield wipers for my vehicle; didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't want. He even offered to install my wipers on the spot. I appreciated that; I could have done it myself but was happy not to!

Mr. Robert is your guy to go too. I Walked in and he welcomed me with open arms. This man was very helpful in not only helping put back up my skid plate quickly that I’ve been having issues with recently but he also recommended certain bolts to use to do so. I highly commend him in his field of work. He is a professional all the way and deserves a raise. Them store manager went above and beyond to change my battery. My vehicle has a difficult to reach (and change) under the spare tire and cargo mat of the SUV. Very nice and highly recommend this store. Davin was also a big help, thanks again!

They were super quick with my battery testing and replacement. I didn't feel pressured to buy the most expensive battery. It's very clear that they were wanting to be helpful and to get me all situated safely!

Robert the store manager was great. I bought a break light assembly from him and I didn't have the proper tools to install it. He grab his toolkit and installed it for me. He wouldn't allow me to pay him There are still kind people in the world. Thank you!!!

Quentin was super helpful and kind this morning (11/21) with my aunt and I. My battery was ancient and finally kicked it last night and he helped us find and choose the right one, and then installed it in what felt like no time. It was super cold outside and we were super grateful he helped us (we know it’s literally just his job, but he’s very good at it and was very patient and informative). Thanks man!

Had the misfortune to have my Expedition and throw a code while at a baseball tourney here. Ethan and the manager ( Sorry/ meant to remember and cannot- great guy - has glasses - Bronson maybe??) provided EXCELLENT customer service for us and got us the code and some other shop products while we were there. Super nice and easy to deal with and walked us step by step through what tests they were running. Got us back on track and we made it back home to Colorado - thanks guys! We really appreciate you both!!

The store manager Patrick was incredibly helpful. I needed help charging a battery and Patrick not only took care of that for me, he helped me get it out of the car (in the rain) and advised me on how long the battery would last. Extremely patient and friendly.

If you are the owner or manager of this store, "This person is losing you money"!! I just purchased a deep cycle battery a few days ago took it back because it would not hold the charge when I bought this battery. , I gave them a core so I decided to give him business and size up on a brand new battery which was more expensive. Now he wants to charge me again for a core insyead applying the one i gave him 3 days ago to this new battery. The manager at night named "Quon" hung up on me and said "he was done with this matter" I will never, ever ever shop in autozone again. So so unprofessional. No wonder I should stick with O'reilly's. Never buy anything at this store! Do not support this store.

Omg , Shane was amazing , he was very friendly, nice person . I came in tonight stressed to the max right after a long day of work. Getting kids from two different schools . Just to find out my battery wasn’t starting . He said let’s check your battery to make sure it’s that . Checked it , was my battery . He told me different brands and prices . He was very knowledgeable. Even the other worker there . Said make sure you know how to take the battery out because her car is complicated . He said I checked . He brought his tools and in no time . My new battery was in . And me and my kids are back on the road . Also my engine came off but he said once it comes back on bring it back , and will check it . I definitely will be back and ask for Shane . The company should be proud to have him there . I don’t even write reviews. But he made my night and was kind . Thank you Shane.

They look like magician to have make my headlight on! At the night time a couple of days ago, I was stopped by police several times for one or two headlights no working, and then I visited AutoZone asking help. They helped replace one and then both working well. Kind of magic. Very appreciated! Thank you very much Mr.Pat!

The people working at this AutoZone are incredibly honest and very knowledgeable. I had a dead boat battery and they gave me sound advice, charged it just enough so I could cycle my fuel stabilizer for the winter and provided me with sound options so I could make the right choice for me. I will definitely be buying by new battery from them next spring. Thanks team!

It was later in the evening and I needed wipers. The older gentleman in the store took the time to make sure I got the right wipers and even installed them for me! When I mentioned my car started sluggish they even tested my battery, it was bad so they happily installed it in just a few minutes. Great experience all around!! I’ll be back.

Amazing staff! Went above and beyond to get my brakes and rotors straightened out! The manager Gabe was the nicest and extremely informative with all my newbie car fixing questions. I have gone here 2x in the past few months and the men working were amazing. The first time I needed to change my headlight bulb, so I youtubed it, they let me borrow their tools and were very kind. Today I went in just to borrow a big screwdriver and they were extremely kind and helped me quickly with great respect.
