Seem to have parts for almost anything. They can order in what they don't have from other local stores or from other suppliers. Usual local parts turnaround is a few hours.

We experienced amazing service at this location. Michael helped us out - installed a new battery in our Ford Escape. He was knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. Highly recommend this Advance Auto Parts!

I had a fantastic experience as a woman shopping at an auto parts store. The two men working Sunday, 10/19, in the evening we're incredibly friendly, very helpful, and they didn't treat me or talk to me like I'm an idiot! It was such a positive experience and I will be back again! I obviously cannot speak on every employee there, but those two were great to work with!

Great service! Purchased a new auto battery and rear wiper. Both hard to find for my particular vehicle, having tried other places prior. They had both in stock and installed them for me on the spot. The gentleman was polite and professional with me asking questions and watching him work. It was a nice and appreciated to have that kind of excellent service. It doesn't happen often. Someone did something right raising that young man, and his employer is privileged to have him.

I am so happy that my hubby went to advance Auto the people there was so nice and they were up front and honest about their products and they told my hubby which battery was good for the truck that we have it's a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT they installed a battery for him and so far so good we haven't had any problems we are so happy that we went to them and not O'Reilly's O'Reilly's batteries were terrible and they always would say that it was our vehicle causing a parasitic drainage and it wasn't our vehicle it was their products from now on we will go to advance Auto from now on they are honest true and upfront and treat their customers like they should thank you so much advance Auto for helping out my hubby you guys are the best 💞💞💞😊💞💞

Awesome place. Parker always so helpful. This store was recommended to me by CJ from Herrington Auto. This is the only store I’ll go to. Parker is always the most informative and helpful. PS, hey district manager, the QR code you are handing out for google reviews does not work.

Went in for a part, they of course sold me the more expensive one. When I told the guy the website shows a less expensive priced one in stock, I was condescendingly told they probably wouldn't fit my vehicle. Website shows it as exact match for my vehicle. So I spent more than double what I should have.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto parts store! Gabe B. at Advance Auto Parts went above and beyond to help us. His knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding, he explained everything clearly and made sure we got exactly what we needed. On top of that, he even helped us install our windshield wipers, which was the perfect finishing touch to an already great experience. If you’re looking for top-notch customer service and expert advice, Gabe is the one to see! Highly recommend!

I had a battery replaced. Nathan was very courteous and knowledgeable. Nathan gets 5 stars but only 4 for Advance Auto Parts because their prices are a bit high.

It’s not often that I see and hear a retail manager being engaged with their crew and customers. I gather a fellow by the name of Parker was in charge today. The store was crazy busy but he was doing a great job keeping everyone happy. He was helpful and I felt like a valued customer. I don’t know that I really had loyalty to any auto part stores before today. But after observing this crew in action and being cared for, I’ll be back for sure. Thanks!

Came in on Saturday the 25th, and got two new headlights. I would like to add on This day the cashier was helpful and also very nice. but i went home and my dad changed the lights they didn’t work so i took them back the next day. Came in and said hello and how are you doing to the worker GABE. And he replied “i’m here” which is fine, but didn’t ask back how i was doing, which is whatever. then he doesn’t say anything, like asking how can i help. so i just start speaking to let him know what i need assistance with. he’s just kind of being snarky and rude because i first said i didn’t get a receipt which i WAS NOT trying to imply they didn’t offer me one. i was just stating i didn’t get one so then he goes into a spiel about how everyone there gives receipts and i’m like he offered me one but i told him not unless you have too and he didn’t say he had too. And the worker from the previous day stated that i can come in if there’s any problems with the lights and i have a year warranty. he never once said i had to have receipt to do this. which it’s not even the fact that im out 40 dollars now its just the fact GABE the rude worker had such an attitude about me trying to get my replacement. my mom asked if he could help look at the lights to see if my dad did something, but he said they can’t even though someone was outside changing a battery? honestly GABE just probably doesn’t even know how. then as we’re leaving the other worker is saying sorry the systems down which that other dude never told us so? basically i saw a previous review of GABE being rude, unhelpful, and unpleasant. im here to let you know he still is very rude, unhelpful, and unpleasant. Also maybe he’s just homophobic because im clearly part of the LGBTQ+. and if that’s the case anyone apart of that community STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Good work. I can’t remember the gentleman who helped me but he put a battery in my Toyota, Explained the differences of each battery, tested mine and installed it for free. When he was installing it, he mentioned the cable ends were still loose, he offered me several solutions and explained the pros and cons of each solution. Ultimately went with the shim and the grease to keep it from corroding. Ive bought oil from here for years and have always had a good experience. I wish I could remember the guys name, my last experience there was with Gabe, who always was stellar, but he hasn’t worked there in several months. Thanks guys and gals

Had them install a battery and then the next day the car wouldn't start so I checked the battery and both of the terminals on the battery were loose. I called the manager to let him now and he didnt seem to care. I used to have faith in advance auto but ill be taking my car to oreillys from now on.

The car barely got started this morning with its 6 year old battery. Checked the web, and Advanced had the AGM battery I needed in stock. Got checked out in less than 5 minutes, with a bonus coupon that the counter guy got for me. He wheeled the battery out to the car and had it installed in less than 10 minutes, with great care. Great experience!

This is the 1st review I have ever made during my 50+ years of my life. With that said, I know it's hard to get good competent employees these days. However, the employees at this store are going to drive this store into the ground. First off, while I was in the store, I asked the person at the counter if I could please use their restroom. The employee smugly said "no". I thought to myself, okay that was rude but they don't have a public restroom. No biggie for me. So I bought some oil and an air filter that I had the employee look up and get. Two days later; I was working on my car and the air filter wasn't the correct one. Again, no big deal. So I went back to the store to exchange the filter. When I went in, I told Robbie that the employee at the end of the counter sold me the wrong air filter. He said he couldn't refund my filter without a receipt. I replied, I don't want a refund. I just want to exchange my incorrect air filter that the other employee picked out for me. He smugly said he couldn't do it with a receipt. Hmmmm? Go on Advanced Autopart's website and look up their corperate policy on exchanges. These rude and poorly trained guys have wasted over an hour and a half of my time.

Great customer service! But the lack of AC made it very uncomfortable in the store, it was no change from the heat outside. With a hot summer starting that is not going to be a fun trip to get parts. I suggest the company do something about this. It is not safe for customers, someone could pass out. And it's not safe for long exposure for employees.

Very unprofessional staff. Gabe was extremely disrespectful about an order I was trying to place and mouthed off “why would we do that? That’s literally going out of our way.” Today, the same staff member (Gabe) is walking around with a boombox radio slung over his shoulder. This store has gone downhill drastically since Dylan left. I tried getting help from Jon, the manager, and instead of offering an apology or acting like he cared he just told me he wouldn’t blame me if I went somewhere else. Very poor way to “serve” your customers.

No matter where we are whether traveling or at home we have always been able to get good help and the automotive supplies that we need. I have never gone into an advanced auto no matter where I was that the guys weren't extremely friendly and helpful. The place I rely on my parts, supplies, and advice from.

My son had an issue with his battery. He went to test it and they told him his battery was indeed ‘bad’. Two hours later his battery light came on again and he went right back there. Then they told him that it was his alternator that was actually bad. However they would not refund the battery because it had been installed and they said he drove off the lot with a bad alternator so now the battery that had been replaced was now bad also. Then they couldn’t even tell him what the correct alternator was and that he had to go to a repair shop.Seriously, and auto parts store can’t tell you what the correct part is? Then I noticed that they charged him a core charge, but they kept the battery when they changed it. The core charge should have been refunded immediately! I will never do business with advance auto parts again!

Went to have my battery tested. very polite quick-service. I was going to purchase the battery online to get the 25% discount but she told me I would have to install it myself when we went inside one of her coworkers said that he could give me a 20% in-store discount and install the battery for me. I was in and out with a new battery with a 20% discount within 20 minutes.

I wanted to thank the people at Advanced Auto Parts in Lee's Summit for hosting the Lee's Summit High School JV Cheer car wash last weekend. I was a parent volunteer working with my daughter. Everyone we came in contact with at this store was helpful, supportive and very generous. As a LS mom, I very much appreciate friendly local business support. Thank you! When I need an auto part, I'll come here first!

When you order online there's lots of deals and they have free in store pick-up. The workers are really nice and helpful. They provide the best customer service of all the auto parts stores. There was a time I had come in because my car wouldn't start and I was stuck in the parking lot, a worker had come out just to see if I was okay.
