Troop D Patrol Officer Jeffries pulled my wife over this evening on 54 hwy just west of Collins. She totally deserved it, and it was awesome.

Instead of thinking traffic stops are automatically bad, he got to see the way it can and should go whenever possible.

They spend more time at gas stations and our local Cafe. They need to hang out near the cities and stop bothering us folks in this rural area. Had to edit this. Still harassing us here. They need to hang out near the big cities where crime actually is, not here. We ain't doing nothing but getting by. I raise chickens, ducks, goats, and rabbits! What an outlaw I am! Smh They are going for country drives, is what they're doing. Do it on your own time and leave us the hell enough alone.
I want to give a HUGE thank you to the trooper that was hey 13 around Brighton tonight. It was raining really hard. My daughter was trying to drive home from Springfield. She was having a terrible time seeing the road and her turn off and was nervous and driving slow. A trooper saw her slow movements, he got behind her and put his lights on to alert others of her presence and it made her feel so much safer. Knowing he was behind her gave her security and calmed her down. She was so thankful when she got home that he was there for her and her having the knowledge that she wasn’t alone if she needed help.

My Husband and I were involved in an auto accident on May 8, 2022 , Mother's Day. Our car and and tag along camper were both totaled. This happened on May 8, 2022, Mothers Day at Rt. H at Cook Hill Lane. Trooper D. Henley, badge #727 was the attending officer, and did a very thorough job. But then he went out of his way to be sure that we could get a car rental, and a motel room. This was Mothers day evening and we are seniors. He took us to the airport to be sure we could get a car. I called in several weeks ago for some clarification on the motor vehicle inspectors handbook and talked to an arrogant, unfriendly, unhelpful state trooper, not surprised, I believe a qualification be a state trooper requires that you have no personality. No wonder nobody likes them.
Got an appointment for and abandoned property inspection, really quick, only a week wait. Got there and the officers were incredibly friendly. The process was very smooth and all around a great experience.
Highway patrol troop d officers are amazing men and women however the commanding officers are quick to use intimidation as a form of law enforcement! Be extremely cautious where and when you drive!
Lt.Jones was very professional and heard my concerns about NEVADA R5 SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS RUNNING STOP SIGNS IN NEVADA MO IN A SCHOOL ZONE...WITH CHILDREN ON THE BUS.
HOWEVER ON THE 6TH OF SEPT I TALKED TO OFFICER SULLIVAN AND SHOWED HIM A VIDEO OF A BUS DRIVER WITH KiIDS ON BOARD OFFICER O'SULLIVAN STATED HE WASNT GONNA DO NOTHING ABOUT IT,AND THAT HE CONCERED THE SCHOOL BUS MADE A LEGAL STOP ALMOST IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTIONS....HE ALSO SAID THATS LIKE 70 MPH ON I49.

Was a very fast an pleasant experience there. Had to get a RV trailer inspection an they got me in an out in 15 minutes with a smile an paperwork in hand to get it lisenced.
I can't put into words how Sgt. Pace made my son's 7th B-Day the day he knew for sure what he was going to do in this world. If anyone has met Sgt. Pace before, even if it was just once, you know how great of a person he is. I am so impressed with all the troopers we got the pleasure to meet. Troop D, top notch people and a very cool place to check out. From my wife and myself, we sincerely appreciate what you guys and girls do every day for all of us and thank you so much.
SGT Braden assisted me when I was struck by a RV on the highway he went above and beyond service and is a credit to what law enforcement should be would highly recommended for award. Thank You SGT Braden.
They could not have been more helpful was trying to get an inspection for a salvage title vehicle as it turned out the DMV gave me bad information they got me straight and it turns out I didn't even require an inspection
Horrible excuse for law enforcment. I'm a disabled vet and there have been 2 occasions over the last 4 years where I was pulled over with no justification. Each time the officer was very aggressive towards me. I'm not a thug. I dress nice and I am always respectful at least until they start treating me like I'm some scum bag felon. It's absolutely amazing that their leadership is so quick to try to blow it off like it's nothing with no investigation. They say they have more important things to do. For example driving on back roads giving tickets for crossing a line avoiding road kill. According to them that is more important then murderers and rapists and all the meth labs. I think police training should include every Andy Griffith season so they can learn the correct way to speak to people. There is no reason to treat everyone you meet like that. You lost another supporter. I'm just 1 so it won't matter. Just remember. When an officer is in danger and only a civilian is near by to help, please notice more and more often people are standing by watching instead of helping. This is because of the few bad officers you protect. I served my country, maybe it's time you served too.
Inspection on a vehicle for a bonded title, we're new to Missouri. The officer and staff were very helpful. They were ready at the appointment time. We appreciate their services.
All signs posted in lobby and online say the office is open 8:00AM- 5:00 PM and you cannot utilize office unless within business hours. Walked in to obtain a police report to potentially alter a $10,000 liability decision and the officer smiling at her phone who didnt see me come in told me the ladies who usually process the reports went home early at 4:00 PM and wouldn't be back until after the holiday. Good to know government employees get to dictate when they serve the rest of us.
Trooper 864 stopped when I had a flat tire and changed it. That was above and beyond the call to duty. I greatly appreciated it and God Bless him and his family.
