We live out of state and purchased a Western Star with an ARI sleeper. Bill made sure everything was exactly as promised before we arrived. He went above and beyond, answered all our questions, and treated us like family. Even while waiting a few days for title and tag transfers, everything was smooth and comfortable thanks to the welcoming environment at the dealership.

I would like to recognize and thank Don and his team in customer service for helping us out during a recent cross country breakdown on I-40 West. We blew a rear tire on our Class C RV and as a result the flapping tire cord cracked and separated the long exhaust pipe between the catalytic converter and the tail pipe. We were towed in on a Sunday night with our drive shaft disconnected. While TAG could not make the repairs because our Class C is much smaller than the large rigs that they regularly do service, Don was kind enough to make the introductory calls to a local muffler repair shop (A-1 Muffler), a tire shop (Purcell) and a tow truck (RPM) to get us to A-1. He didn't have to do any of that that and easily could have let us fend for ourselves. Don turned a potential nightmare into a somewhat pleasant experience. We basically lost only one day on our journey to the Grand Canyon and the total costs were more than reasonable. Thank you Don, and Merry Christmas!

Ryan in service is the G.O.A.T. and he gets it. Hourly is still too high but between Ryan getting me in and most issues resolved in a timely manner and good warranty work, I'll keep going back.

Looking at new trucks with ARI sleepers ! Very nice choice ! We trust this place and are willing to drive past other places to use them So many nightmares out there and horror stories of terrible service.
Communication is everything and this location has it down. They recognize their audience and ensure that our needs are met. They know this industry and make sure we get back on the road quickly. This is the model that other repair shops should train from and it will be our preferred repair shop going forward.
What a great facility and great staff. Had my Cascadia towed in at about 1500 hrs on 1/9/23, they had it diagnosed and necessary parts ordered b4 noon on 1/10. My fuel pump had come apart, metal fragments throughout the fuel system. They did some other work as they came across it, always keeping me informed throughout the entire process. They had me back on the road on 1/16. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY AND THEIR STAFF!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT !!! Take your truck to Premier (PTG), they left my truck out on the yard for 19 DAYS!!! Never diagnosed it and told me a different set of circumstances every 4 days.
Love this place the customer service is Amazing, couldn't ask for anything more. Have been there just last mo. Love the new set up they have cement pads for customer trailers good lighting and yes gravel a good driver knows how to park his trailer. The place is customer oriented.
Absolutely do not recommend going here unless absolutely nessecary. Their sorry excuse for a staging area for trailers is an absolute joke. They took the cheap way out and put loose gravel around a small concrete pad to drop trailers where multiple people get stuck every week (as told by a source there themselves who ALSO has advocated for something to change because it's not an ideal set up and costing companies and O/O $$$).
What was supposed to be a quick in/out for a $12 piece of paper turned into $252 for a tow truck to come pull me out.
We come through Springfield often and would have used them heavily for servicing our 12.7 but they won't get a single dime from us or anyone we know.
Poor decisions from management, unwilling to take responsibility for their poor setup just lost them a lot of money.
I've bought 2 trucks here and everyone has always been helpful and professional. Lester in sales and Don and the guys in service know their trucks and they've always gone the extra mile when it comes to making me feel like a valued customer.

Not sure if should put 5 for the great sales staff or just a 1 for the bad experiences at the shop ... guess you have to PLAN to stay a while when visiting the shop, for me they've had redo work that cost me a lot of time.

The people I have dealt with are very nice. They have a dog friendly drivers lounge. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable while waiting. They even have a vehicle so you can go shopping while you are waiting for your truck. Thumbs up to Jenkins Western Star.
