I like O'Reilly because they sell OEM parts, so naturally, I'll always go there. Usually always friendly people in there.
It doesn't make sense to be standing there ready to check out, and the person answer the phone and then proced to have a conversation about their needs. I was there already put them on hold.
Loved my experience there! Came straight from a (unnamed large tire shop) where I went in for an inspection and come to find out my battery needed replacing. The battery replacement was going to be $450 + $40 installation fee. Said No Thanks, they were nice to give me a jump. Thank you, O'Reilly Auto Parts!
I ordered on alternator days ago when I finally get in and get there. They did not order it plus they said it was a 250, something dollars. but when I get there, they quote me $379.
Had to get a new battery as mine was failing and kept needing to be jumped. Went in less than an hour before closing, and somehow remembered the wrong year for my car, so ended up purchasing the wrong battery and found out once the guy went out to install it and noticed it wasn't going to fit after he had already gotten mine out. Once I looked up the correct year, it turned out the one I needed was more expensive, and while I told him he didn't have to, he paid for the difference himself and was nothing but kind despite my mistake. Absolute top tier customer service here
Bought a new car battery. The young employee installed not only the battery but also a battery terminal for me! Such great customer service, and I get a nationwide warranty. Why would I go anywhere else? Also picked up oil and a filter to do my own oil change. Gonna save a lot of money that way. The team was great at suggesting the best oil and parts for the job. I really appreciate their real world experience.

They might have moved but still not a gd place to get even basic parts unless you have the time to order then. 5 times in a row I struck out and had to go to Auto Zone down the street. I'll be going there first from now on. It seems like O'Reilly pretty much everywhere are becoming just like this one. I know both of the ones in Lebanon have fallen into this category as well. To bad, I used to prefer O'Reilly. And I get tired of being talked to like their doing me a favor by letting do business there. Hope this helps someone.
Wouldn’t honor battery warranty because it was 1 month from expiration. Probably assumed I’d buy a new battery from them but now I won’t be back for a battery or anything else.
Good thing autozone is right down the street.
Had an emergency battery replacement tonight, came in and they offered to come out in the cold to replace it. This group has made our potential bad night into a great one.

Wanted to give a big shout out to the O'Reilly on East Kearney in Springfield MO. Some of the best people to deal with. They took the time to help us get the right part. They were very polite and customer friendly. Big shout out to Jordan and Hannah I believe that was her name.
They don’t want to actually work at this location and will look at you like you’re stupid when they’re just being lazy went to another location had everything I needed done in less then five mins

O'Reilly employees will look right through me to the MAN standing behind me every single time. As if women never work on cars. I have to be desperate to pick O'Reilly over auto zone, Napa or even advance auto parts is better.
Not a fan. Products are cheap built and associates forget your around at times. Have a dispute going on with them and their managers. They are always going to get back to me but still waiting after 2 years. Checked back again the other day and was told the same thing that they will let me know as soon as they hear back. It is a yes or no question. Just tell me to go away that you don't want my business. Really!
Donna hodge is the best sales person in that place. She's very knowledgeable and bends over backwards to always help me. I do a lot of business with them and in the end I always get satisfaction
