Great experience! We were from out of town helping our son move out of his apartment after graduation. We had only a few days to move everything and had several large items we couldn't manage. They were able to get to us within 24 hours, were prompt, polite, moved everything out we needed gone and charged a very fair price for it. If we lived locally they would be our first choice.
These guys are awesome!! The owner, Scott, and the Operations Mgr, Matt, came out THEMSELVES, when they had employees out sick, to pick up our items!! Great Customer Service, Personable & willing to do whatever it takes, to take care of their Customers!!! We've used them several times before, and we'll continue using them!!

The guys from Junk Pirates let me know they were 15 minutes away from picking my item up and they arrived on time. Very personable people, very professional and quick about removing the item. They took pictures before they took the item and after it was gone, which is to cover both the customer and them. I highly recommend their service. It was reasonably priced since it took two people to move and two trips to do so.

We had some trash that backed up because we switched trash companies and had a gap in coverage and then the holidays happened. We were able to get all of our trash, cardboard, a box spring we no longer needed, and a broken freezer, out of our house on the same day that I called. These guys are super fast and very helpful!! Very very happy with the service and the price was more than fair.

Quick and easy process from start to finish. Booking was simple and the guys showed up on time (& called first). They were super awesome about being communicative on their eta to my house, pricing was really fair and they genuinely were the nicest people. They did not judge how bad my garage was and even asked multiple times at the beginning and throughout what items I wanted to keep. I recently moved. I had a mattress that needed to be trashed. I reached out to Junk Pirates to haul it off. As the moving date approached, the junk pile grew. The Junk Pirates were reasonable, much lower than others I called, and they worked around my schedule. Highly recommend!
They did a fantastic job, super nice guys, very thorough. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the price. Honestly it may have been fair nowadays but it still stung a bit.

Have used three times over the years including today where they came in just a few hours notice and removed a washer/dryer, and a heavy old fish tank filled with decorative rocks, and an old recliner. Reasonable pricing, no fuss, quick service. Highly recommend. I will definitely use again.

The Junk Pirates are a great company to work with. I called them today to schedule a pickup of a couple of mattresses and a couch and they were able to do same-day service. That wasn't expected, but I greatly appreciated it!

There was a hiccup on the original day they were supposed to work on my project due to being short on staff, but after rescheduling, the two guys who finally came by were awesome. Rufus and Dustin were very pleasant, did a great job, and were even kind enough to give me and my neighbor a heads up about a tree that we should consider taking down.
Definitely consider hiring these guys if you ever need it.
I couldn’t be more impressed with the work that The Junk Pirates did for me. I had several “junky” projects that I needed help with and they took it all on. The biggest was the tearing down and hauling out of a very old shed. I know it was a bigger project than even I thought it would be, yet they still got everything done in half a day! The guys that came out to give me a quote were so polite and non judgmental (thank you!). The quote was very fair and by the next day everything was complete. Thank you Pirates for helping me!
I called The Junk Pirates to have them come out and quote removing two piles from my backyard, a debris pile and a construction pile that was left at my house. When they got to my house, Paul envisioned so much more than I would have never seen and at a steal of a price! Within two days of the quote, they were back at my house and the job was done in half a day. So so happy I hired The Junk Pirates!
