I'm so glad I found this place. The staff was nice and informative and the process was pretty easy. The prices to get rid of electronics you have taking up space and other services are reasonable. It is also conveniently located.
These folks have always been really nice and worthy of a four star rating. In previous visits they were appreciative of me wanting to recycle and being willing to pay whatever they charged to get rid of batteries and electronic equipment, I won’t go into details, but I was treated worse there yesterday than I’ve ever been treated in a customer service interaction. When I told the people in the back that their customer service skills were very disappointing they said “Yeah, we hear that a lot.” It’s very sad because treating people with disrespect sure won’t encourage recycling.
To avoid what I went through, when you arrive, understand these rules. You can’t unload in the front like before and you can’t unload until being checked in. If you grab a cart and unload your stuff, they’ll make you load it back up. You have to pay before unloading and get a sheet with details of what you’re dropping off. Then you must drive around to the back (the north side) and meet the attendants to unload. It seems like a very cumbersome system versus unloading in front, having them look over your items and then paying,, but that’s the process. I don’t want my rating to discourage recycling because I’m passionate about it, but I’d sure hate for anyone to go through what I went through yesterday. YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO FOLLOW THEIR RULES and everything should go fine.
I have been very pleased with Computer Recycling Center's paper shredding service. They have been polite, prompt and professional in dealing with our paper products. I appreciate the whole crew and their dedication to getting the job done right.
I love how friendly the front desk agent is and how willing to help and answer questions! I especially LOVE that the biggest concern with my not dropping off an old monitor was that I don’t just dump it -care for first!! My highest recommendation!
I had no idea this place existed! We had called around and other places were going to charge us to wipe our hard drives and recycle our laptops. The guy here was super nice on the phone and then met us at the car when we drove up. We are so happy to have found them!

As I had a lot of 'isolation in place' time I cleaned out some old electronics including a Microwave, some batteries and other electronics. I took them in here with some trepidation as to whether they would be able to take it all, but I should not have worried. They accepted it all with a smile. I highly recommend the Computer Recycling Center.

Getting to be too expensive to recycle things. No wonder why everyone throws stuff in the trash. Trying to do the right thing however the fees are getting ridiculous.
Moved to Prince Ln - if you're looking at the pin on National Ave, the Computer Recycling Center isn't there anymore - you want the pin to the East, on Prince Lane.
