I recently visited Truck Parts and their customer service is unmatched from greeting the customers to dealing with their needs and wants. On top of all of that the pricing is very reasonable! I will definitely be back if I ever have any issues I’m the future.

Okay! Had my t800 Kenworth towed to truck parts. Will not start, they replaced fuel pump, fuel filters ,speed sensor, cam sensor, engine wiring harness, filter fuel water, electric speedometer se,performan diagnostic, replaced all 6 injectors, 28 hours labor =$3987.50,total parts and labor today was $6871.26 plus 6 injectors from Cat $6401.00 so now I have $13,071.36 in it and truck still doesn't run . I barely made it from there shop too CAT'S SHOP ABOUT 6 BLOCKS AWAY .... plus the truck has been down going on two weeks, thats lost revenue...

This is a wonderful home owned operation. I park my tractor and trailer here during my days off 24-hour well lit secure gated parking. I feel safe leaving my personal vehicle and my company's equipment.
We had booth rear calipers replaced on an Int 4700 series box truck 70 days ago. One of the calipers has failed.
My employee took the truck back to the shop and explained the current problem to both the owner Ron and mechanic Paul, told him it would be covered under warranty.
Now they are blaming a failed brake line and therefore they won't warranty the work. Ron the owner told me that they are seeing the issue often on these types of trucks. I ask him why if that is the case, they didn't advise me to replace the hoses when they did the first repair. Or, at least give me the option. He says most people don't want to spend the money and he doesn't have a crystal ball to know when these things should be done. I told him I'm not a pro on truck repair, they are the pros. I also suggested it would help his business to advise customers about things only they can learn in his business. We will never use this company again.
Been buying parts here for years. They handle and have pretty much any part for older model trucks, either in Stock or they'll have them in a few days.
