Very grateful for the folks at this company. Broken down with my daughter. AAA was unable to find a tow company. I started calling around myself and got this amazing Gal at Biellier who jumped on it immediately. Called AAA, got things linked up there, and then have my car towed from Springfield, Missouri all the way down to Bentonville, Arkansas in less than four hours. I got a text message from Mike the driver when he picked my car up and got a text message from him when he dropped it off.
Mike, our driver (and also the owner) towed us home from Monett, Missouri last night (appx 160 miles). He was very efficient, polite, accommodating and a very good driver, as we rode in the cab with him.
My daughter and her friend were on the way to back to school from St. Louis to Arkansas when the car broke down outside of Springfield on a Sunday afternoon. Mike (owner) answered and not only picked them up (with his wife) but dropped them off at the dealership(closed) but took them to Steak and Shake so they had a warm place to wait for me (3hr drive) and get food. Turned a stressfull situation into a bearable one. Thanks again for your help!

My driver had a blow out and was stuck in a ditch it took the tow truck less than 30 min to get it out and he didn’t even have to pull it out he drove it out the ditch than hooked it up to his truck everything was less than an hour and because they assumed we where going to go through our insurance which we didn’t they put more hours and they even charged my driver $200!to take him and bring him back from the hospital when a cab would of been no more that $60. when we seen the bill we said that why was 3hrs put on the bill when it wasn’t that long, an hour at the most and he said because they put it for the insurance and we said we weren’t going to go through with the insurance after all and we asked them to fix it and we were told they couldn’t. So for 1 hour and a trip and back from the hospital and 2 days in the lot was $4600. It was definitely not a fair price. It’s outrageous because so many trucking businesses are struggling because of places like this.
Mike answered the phone quickly and said no problem to a rollback for a very low super car. He arrived and had the car loaded in under 45 minutes including taking care and consideration for the low ride height of our car resulting in no additional damage. Can’t recommend enough!
We used Mike for an 8+ hour tow and couldn't have been more happy with the service. He took great care when loading and unloading our vehicle and trailer and was a great travel companion. Highly recommend.
one of the best tow truck services. The driver who treated me was very professional and attended to me exactly at the moment. I came from northern Illinois to Yukon Oklahoma. and my engine broke. and he took me to my destination 4 more hours to conclude my trip. and very friendly sociable and the price was perfect. From Oklahoma City and broke down on I-44. Hundreds of miles from home and stranded is a horrible feeling. But Mike helped us get through the mess. Two people, two dogs- no where close to town? No problem. He brought us bottles of water, took us to our hotel to check in, took the truck to the shop, and then brought me back. Could not possible ask for anything better.

This crew is absolutely wonderful. Due to AAA becoming the complete mess it is I call Biellier's directly knowing it will take hours before the AAA call center in Asia forwards them the ticket. They are quick, courteous, and leave no damage to the vehicle.
Broke down at midnight on I-44 and called AAA who dispatched this company. Mike was so professional and kind. You can also tell by how he drives that big truck that he's as experienced as it gets, the precision was very impressive. He made a very hard night so much better with his kindness and politeness. I was stranded on I44 with a flat tire and he came out at 1:30AM to help me when the “other guy” wouldn’t. Very reasonably priced! Extremely friendly and prompt. Even waited for me to get back out on the highway safely.

It's surprising to see all the good reviews after my experience. Biellier was called by my insurance company after I called for roadside assistance for my sons car. I was told it would be 90 minutes. I told the insurance company "no problem" please just have them call me when they are a few minutes out and I will be sure to be there. 45 minutes later I received a call from the tow truck driver and heard the words, "You are not where you are supposed to be." I explained it was my sons car and I was running errands and could be there in LITERALLY 3 minutes. His response was... "I can't be held up on account of you." I rushed to the car and the tow truck was no where to be seen. I called the number that had called me and said, "I'm here, where are you?" His response was, "Oh, I'm 20 minutes out." They finally arrived, towed the vehicle, but left grease stains on the B pillar and tan seats. Everyone else seems to be having better luck with them. Good luck!
Do to my not double checking, the driver side seatbelt (the buckle) got lodged when the door was locked and shut. The door wouldn't open and my keys in were still in hand. Contacted Biellier's and Matt came out about 2 hours later. In less than 10 minutes Matt was able to get door away from frame enough to slip in a tool to reach handle and opened door. He said this was the first time he'd seen this happen. Bottom line, he did what was needed and we were back up and moving.

Great experience with this company. Our driver was experienced and knew what he was doing. They offered to take us to our home city, rather than towed to the city AAA wanted, and even took us home after dropping our car for repairs. Excellent service.
I had a scary experience today after 9 hours on the road on I-44 as my car started smoking. I pulled over, called my insurance, and they contacted Biellier for a tow. Firstly, 3 AWESOME patrolmen and officers stopped to check on me and wait for Biellier to arrive. Once Mike arrived on site, he immediately assisted me into the truck and proceeded to load the car up. He then offered to drive me the 100 miles to the dealership in NWA. We had a really pleasant visit, and it was a giant relief to me and my parents that I was safe after a long and eventful trip. Thanks, Mike!
GREAT SERVICE!!! My 19 year old daughter broke down on I-44 on her way back to college. I called Biellier Towing and Allicia answered the phone, she had a rollback there in 30 minutes. The driver, Kelley, was awesome! He took her to Oreilly where they were able to put a battery in and get her on the way and he stayed with her until she was completed. As a parent you worry about these situations and the safety of your kid when calling businesses you have never used. Well I can tell you by experience that Biellier Wrecker Service is who you want to call because from start to finish they took care of my daughter. The price was awesome as well. "Grandma (that's me) Got Run Over By A Reindeer" in a very rural area close to Lockwood MO around 9:30 PM on Friday night. Biellier Towing came to pick up my car and deliver it to Springfield. My car only had 1142 miles on the odometer and I was very frustrated. The driver was very kind, considerate, knowledgeable and efficient. He not only delivered my car to the destination I ask but he sent a text with a picture showing the car, notifying me it was at the destination, where he had left the faub and told me he was so glad I was OK. I thought this went above and beyond what he had to do. Thank you for your excellent service. I would definitely use Biellier Towing if I need services in that area again.
This service was incredible. Had a blowout on 44 near Sarcoxie on boat trailer in a storm, on a Sunday, and Mike came out and loaded the trailer with the boat on it. We were headed to Oklahoma so Mike Brought it all the way to Tulsa and unloaded at a shop that could fix it during the week. He was patient and incredibly professional. He got poured on and yet stayed courteous. Absolutely will always recommend. If it weren’t for their 24 hour service I’m not sure what we would have done. Very grateful.
Our trailer lost the hub and wheel on 44 at 1:30 am. Our roadside called Mike and he came out , awesome attitude and super professional. Hooked up our trailer and we took off the 245 miles to st.louis. our RV ended up blowing an inner dually en route from that. So at 60 miles out from the drop , Mike slowed down and followed me at 55 mph the rest of the way. He dropped it off with no extra damage at all and was super nice and super professional the entire time. I drive tow trucks my self and have for 25 years. He impressed me. I tipped him well and wished him well on his drive home (3 1/2 ) hours away. I would recommend them to anyone anytime. Thank you Mike Biellier for your prompt, professional, courteous service.
My car broke down on I44 and the response time and genuine kindness of Mr. Biellier was refreshing and very needed for a scared young woman stranded on the side of the road in freezing weather. Very reasonably priced on a holiday weekend! I would highly recommend this business!
Our truck broke down on a Sunday in a rural area of Cassville. We have emergency road service on our insurance and Biellier is the towing service they sent. I was very happy with response time and the driver's professionalism. I would highly recommend this company.
I cannot say enough about how professional this company is at their job. Our tow truck driver's name was Kelly. He was incredibly nice and did an amazing job. He brought us and all our luggage and two dogs to a super clean, safe hotel that allowed our dogs and then dropped our car off for repair. A bad situation was made better because of Kelly. This is a top notch company. I would trust them again in a minute.
Had a flat on our van and called up Biellers to come get it and take into Mt Vernon for repairs. Mike who took care of us got there fast and was very friendly. He even called once it was delivered to the shop to let me know it had made it and the keys were safely in the key drop box.
