Ended up stranded near the airport with my car broke down wouldn’t even go into drive. I called a quite a few places. Some were ridiculous on price and others just wouldn’t answer others were a couple hours from being able to get to me but when I found Auto Ressq my search was over. Quick to the phone, patient when trying to understand me with my spotty reception, reasonable pricing, and the driver was amazing. Confirmed all the information before he get started and was very nice. I was home in less than 2 hours from my breakdown. Thank you so much. You guys do amazing work.
Got taken advantage of because I was in a vulnerable situation. I was told it would be $80 to take off my flat tire, patch it, and put it back on. They ended up doubling the price to $160 by the time I left, claiming it was road side assistance. It was not roadside assistance, I had to follow them back to their shop because they didn’t have everything they needed with them. It was not fast, I didn’t feel safe, and it was late. They knew I’d pay the doubled price because I was an hr from home and it was 9 pm. Only gave 2 stars cause the tire patch did get me home. When you are in any car situation you want to feel like the people who are helping you have your best interest in mind and are trustworthy. I did not feel that way… I was definitely taken advantage of because I am young, a healthcare worker who could afford the increase price, and a female who was alone and stuck far from home. I’d take your business elsewhere. I will be sharing with coworkers and patients to not go here.
Early Sunday morning and my battery is dead. Called them up and they had a guy out within 20 minutes. Prompt, courteous, professional service at a reasonable price any day of the week let alone 7am on a Sunday.
my car broke down in a ymca parking lot 1,400 miles from home during a trip and after calling around auto ressq was highly recommended. the owner was very punctual when it came to answering the phone throughout all hour of the day. one of his mechanics (who no longer works there) came out and ended up leaving us stranded, soon to find out he went completely rogue after receiving a second payment. the owner was super understanding and gave us a refund as well as offering to help with the vehicle himself to compensate. if you need help in missouri i highly recommend giving them a call. you won’t find a more understanding and more responsive auto and tow service!
I was hit by one of the tow trucks from this company and they will not respond to my insurance company or share their insurance. Their truck had no license plates or DOT stickers. They hung up on me when I called and will not respond to my messages. This companies trucks should not be on the road without insurance or license plates.
Justin was very professional and quick getting to my car. The initial fix took a couple of days because O'Reilly kept giving me the wrong size belt. But once the right parts were there, Justin had the job done quick. Highly recommend, especially if it's after hours.
My car wouldn't start, so I called and they had someone out to check it pretty quick. They gave me a jump and I was good to go. Nice people and prompt, affordable service.
