I was hit by one of the tow trucks from this company and they will not respond to my insurance company or share their insurance. Their truck had no license plates or DOT stickers. They hung up on me when I called and will not respond to my messages. This companies trucks should not be on the road without insurance or license plates.
my car broke down in a ymca parking lot 1,400 miles from home during a trip and after calling around auto ressq was highly recommended. the owner was very punctual when it came to answering the phone throughout all hour of the day. one of his mechanics (who no longer works there) came out and ended up leaving us stranded, soon to find out he went completely rogue after receiving a second payment. the owner was super understanding and gave us a refund as well as offering to help with the vehicle himself to compensate. if you need help in missouri i highly recommend giving them a call. you won’t find a more understanding and more responsive auto and tow service!
Early Sunday morning and my battery is dead. Called them up and they had a guy out within 20 minutes. Prompt, courteous, professional service at a reasonable price any day of the week let alone 7am on a Sunday.
