He helped tow our car 35 minutes away at such a reasonable price. He was also there to pick it up 10 minutes after we called. Highly recommend their towing company for reasonable prices and efficient service.
We found ourselves unexpectedly on the side of Highway 54 with a problem on our trailer. This towing company was there within 10 minutes. They not only put our worries to rest but offered the best customer service around. Cody was fantastic and even helped us get the jet skis to the water, even though our trailer needed to go to a shop. What began as a hectic and stressful day all worked out well in the end.
Louis did an amazing job loading and unloading my Mother’s Vehicle. This car was kind of messed up, the ball joint on one of the front wheels went out while driving it, and the front wheel was folded under the car.
Louis very patiently loaded and unloaded it onto his wrecker without doing any more damage to the vehicle.
I called Toebben's today because I was having issues with the steering mechanism in my Jeep. I was unable to get it in park and it wouldn't start. A young man came out to help, I think his name was Jordan. He crawled under my Jeep and was able to fix it long enough to get it back in park. It isn't often you find companies that go above and beyond so I really appreciated the extra customer service. Thank you!
These guys were fast and on point cody was the driver very nice and professional with a reasonable price would recomend if you are broke down with a large truck
Upon picking my sons car up from the towing lot, the manager thought it would be appropriate to ask my son if he had one too many drinks the other day. My son replied "No". The manager replied by calling my son a liar because there was an empty beer can on the floor. I thought this was a towing lot, not a judgment center. Perhaps they should change the name. This place treats paying customers like second-class citizens and criminals. No person who has to go through the indignity of having a car towed (because of a mechanical issue i might add and not because of being inebriated) should have to endure being called a liar and a drunk. I suppose through his lens, every is a liar and a drunk. My son is not, Sir. I suppose it's asking too much to expect civility, courtesy, and customer service from a place with an illegible sign outside that looks like it was painted by a three year old. Be prepared to be treated poorly should you ever have the misfortune of having your car towed away.
Our electric car tire was busted and we did not have a spare. Even on Easter they were able to pick it up and take it to our car shop! We really appreciated their fast and friendly service!
