Excellent friendly service

Been doing business with Federal for the last few years dropping off our recyclables and picking up our new pallets. Every load in and out has always been efficient and on time. They always make everything work smoothly!

First come fitst serve, only 1 door to get unloaded. If one of their guys show up after you before you get the door you get pushed back in line. So expect at least 2 hour or more to get empty. Also you have to get on scale before and after. Dirty lot with not much room to move around full size truck. Most likely not delivering here again. Too much time wasted for a short run. 2 stars for employees they are polite.

Quick, tons of room and friendly

Quick loading however you do have to scale in and out. Shipping employees and forklift operators were polite. It is a tight spot but you don't necessarily have to blindside unless there's literally someone blocking you.

Poor customer service

Massive potholes in the yard, but less than 1 hour to get loaded.

Messy place, be prepare to have your truck and trailer wash after loading, big bumps on lot, nails , scraps. Scale is only for empty and loaded weight. Blindside dock. Better charge brokers according to that. Good luck.

Over 5hrs, to get loaded, avoid this place if you can. They have scale , but don’t trust!!!

Over 4 hours to load. 2 loading docks, very tight, have to blind side in. Broker says no detention.
