Staff was absolutely great. I came first asking about portable jumper starters so I can jumpstart my car. I talked and they listened, and they even offered me a better solution, and mentioned that they offered free battery charging , which went great and saved me money! Staff is typical Auto parts staff Dry, unfriendly but straightforward and to the point. I guess points for that but it's not a place that makes you feel welcome. More often than not I feel like they are annoyed I'm there. All that aside it's a decent store with a decent selection. Nothing special. I would look online to see if they have what your looking for. I only go when it will take longer than I want for an item to be shipped to my door. Thats about all its good for. Not a negative but it's just a matter of time before they block bust.

I was told that if a bought a headlight here they would install it for me. Wrong. The dude asked me to pop my hood, stared at it for a minute and said he "didn't know how" and never tried to sell me the part just dismissed me completely and went back inside.

I went in to get my battery tested. Barry W. was super helpful. He tested my battery and helped set me up with a new one when the test showed my original was bad. He was very patient as I made a few phone calls regarding the battery choice. He was very informative and kind. Barry switched out my battery and I was sent on my way within 35 minutes. This place has top service!

I picked up a cold air intake filter and wasn’t sure it was the right part. The guy at the counter Robert offered to come out and check! He did and then went above and beyond and swapped out my old one! I couldn’t believe it soooo nice I appreciate it so much. What a great experience I didn’t expect at all. So thank you Auto Zone for hiring nice and knowledgeable employees that don’t mind doing more than their job is required.

What was the most beneficial visit I've ever had at an auto parts store... and it was a young lady with mechanic experience that showed me how to change a headlamp in my car. Humbling and worth it for sure. Professional and courteous all the way

Went in to get a battery turned into a 20 minute ordeal as the guy helping me was more worried about other customers who had arrived AFTER we had started the process. He was constantly telling me to let those behind me ring up their purchases. I kept my cool about it but they are now last on my list of options for parts.

I had ordered my part online when I go to pick the part up I thought I better ask if I ordered the right part and of course I didn't. Anyway the clerk that waited on me I believe her name was Ruth, she was most With plenty of patience, best experience I ever had I've had in any auto parts store my purchase was taken care, of, everything worked out fine, I must say you have to have patience working in an auto parts store which it seemed everybody in that location did great experience.

The staff here is very friendly and very helpful, need to get a part or anything for your vehicle(s) go here. Decent prices and always has what I need and if they don't they can usually get it for you the next day. Would recommend everyone to come here.

Dan was so amazing. He changed my windshield wipers and even showed me how to do it for the future. He was so personable and friendly. I will definitely go back with anymore of my car needs.

Our son goes to college in St Joseph and his car was acting up. We drove an hour to take him to dinner and check on his car. We took it to auto zone and Joe helped us. He just needed a new battery and wiper blades, Joe went above and beyond to make this nervous mama feel good about leaving him. He also said if he has any problems he was just a phone call away. We tried to tip him, he politely refused. Good customer service is hard to find today, excellent customer service I thought was nonexistent until today. Thank you, Joe! AutoZone please give this man the tip I was trying to give him. He deserves it!

Purchased online and picked up local. One pricey part was defective and the store didn't have one but the store across town did. Only the manager wanted to process a return to my card and make me purchase the new part. I could understand if it was my fault but this was their defective product. I also understand the original sale wasn't rung on her register but corporate is corporate and she finally processed an exchange. Then there was a 20 min delay while she argued the bolt had to be purchased separately and I knew better.

I like shopping here. The staff is knowledgeable, the store is very clean and we'll organized. Everything looks to be well maintained here. I've been in a competitors store up the street and the counters are beat up shelving is wore out. They needed to reinvest in their store it's self. It put out a bad image. This one here is in great shape.

The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. There's usually not a long line and they seem to have in stock everything that I've ever had to go there for. The store is clean and seems well-organized, and I will be returning.

I broke my windshield wiper while driving on the highway, while it was snowing an icing out. I pulled off the highway ran in and bought a new blade. I took it outside and tried to install it. For whatever reason I couldn't get it to click. I was FROZEN!!! I ran back in and told the guy behind the counter I was having some trouble. He came right out and helped me install it, in the ice and snow. He was very nice and helpful. He didn't have to help me but he did. That is great customer service. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I think they are a but expensive. Other than that it was a good experience.

Well, here you go. Had a couple problems with my F150 2005. Went in to grab some transmission fluid ..complained about my engine light that wouldn't shut off & the guy asked if he could do a health report on the truck. A device he used inside cab..took one minute! Not kidding. He came back with a full report on problems misfiring issues, cylinder misfiring, camshaft position senser circuit malfunction. Then it said that Certified master technicians have seen this issue on your type of vehicle and to replace fuel injector. I know expensive right? My truck in under warranty so replacement of anything is paid for. Thank God!! :) that report was FREE by the way. Awesome people ..gave me the report

The company is only as good as its workers. A driver name rachelle came into my shop being very unprofessional and telling me what to do yeah right, after several complaints on her she is still there. Company's who care less how they act in your business is not a good company. I had a customer a rep from another co, and one of my mechanics as witness and she still has a job!!! No autozone for my company. Very very unproffesional!!!
