Had my car looked at (65.00) and given a really high estimate. I brought it home and looked up part prices to find them much cheaper by several hundred dollars. I called to ask them to just do the labor and alignment 1 hour later and suddenly they are booked out a month.
I had someone else call and they were not booked up.
Marking up parts hundreds of dollars is not honest.
Lying about being booked out suddenly is not honest.
Not disclosing a fee to look at it isn’t being honest.
We will not be taking our cars here ever again.
Number one place for alignments in St.Joe. I don't care what anyone says. No complaints. 33 years worth of continuous business with them. Very knowledgeable staff, these are NOT your everyday run of meal, part time, shop jumpin Tech's here. Most are old school, been there for a long time, the right way mechanic's. You're not going to find this type of work anywhere else. Rather, it's a factory ride or lifted trucks, O' Dan-O can do it all. Thanks, guys!!
Place is trash I’d give it no stars if I could drop my truck off Thursday for a simple water pump job the next day got a call at 10am the following Friday that the truck wouldnt start so I paid $100 to have it towed home found absolutely nothing new wrong with the truck no starter repair was needed I replaced my own water pump and been driving it ever since. No issue!
They were great, Jay runs his business professionally. I recommend them to anyone, something not right. Jay will make it right, one of the best shops in town.
I have taken three of my vehicles here and all were great experiences. I think their prices are more affordable then other places I have priced, their work is great, very friendly service and they get the work done in a timely manner!
All the guys we talked with were super understanding and helpful. Special shout out to Casey (sorry if spelled wrong) and his partner who stayed late to make sure we got our car back the same day! They have excellent customer service quality service at a reasonable price and all around down to earth good guys. You don't find that anymore. I will refer anyone and everyone to this shop! Got tires because I saw positive reviews and had heard good things. Tires are fine no problems at time. Went back to rotate my tires they broke a shank and told me it happens all the time. Also that my car is 20 years old and that is the reason why. I went home and it did not sit right with me so I came back they fixed it but did not seem to happy.
I am replacing my brakes and I have a broken shank stud due to cross threading and a second damage shank stud. I have to replace two shank studs and three lug nuts. In all my time working on my cars I have never broken a stud or cross threaded one. They were the last to touch the tires.
I wish I could give them 6 stars because they're wonderful polite and they do it on time and they stand behind their work... and compared to others the prices are very very good... live long and prosper
I searched online for prices before getting a quote from these guys. When Belt Alignment gives you a quote it includes the mount and balance. Their prices were competitive before factoring that in. There's absolutely no reason not to keep ur money local and do your business here. I don't understand how there's a market for these big chain tire stores when we have this place? These guys are not only the best but they're also competitively priced.
Very good to deal with and very reasonable and communicated well. Ended up being less than quoted as they said the back didn't need aligned so for the future we will see if there is any wear on the new tires I got. I've used Belt alignment 3 times before this and they have always been very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

I have been going here for many years. I CAN HONESTLY say over 25 years. Recently back as I travel a lot for work and life. The team always gets me in on time and taken care of. If ever an issue with my vehicle, I know ASAP. Never hidden fees or anything else. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Not professional and they are scammers. I got tricked when I read the positive reviews and that reviews are not real. I brought my car to find the issue of the shacking. I told him the alignment is good for my car. There is another issue. He said yes he can do diagnostic and will find the issue.
I came at the appointment and the same guy was there and I had to tell him again what is the reason I brought my car. He took my car for like 20 minutes and he said I didn't find anything. I asked him what did you do? He said I don't know where I start to check. I paid him $48 for nothing. And he didn't even gave me my money back since he didn't do anything.
Those people uneducated and have no knowledge. they only do DIY job for limited thing in cars.
I don't recommend anyone who care about his car to deal with them. They lie on you and charge you money with out doing anything or fix your car
First I scheduled an appointment when I got to the shop. The manager pulled out his appointment book and said he didn’t see an appointment scheduled for that day for me. He then stated he would help since I was there. He drove my car probably around the block because he was back in less than 5 minutes. He told me he would get me a estimate and that it was my motor mount and he said that the parts were not very expensive said that run about 40.00 a piece, but that the labor was 96,00 an hour and it would take about 5 hours and that would cost about 900.00. I looked at him and told him we would get back to him. Went two blocks down the street was told I didn’t need but one motor mount and the could fix my car for 163.00. I write this review because I don’t think they wanted my business and I definitely didn’t want there’s. This is 2022 and some people will never change. Be careful who you do business with and make sure you read between the lines.
Never will I ever bring my car back here. I think they try to get one over on women when they are by theirselves. Because I took my car and got other opinions and none of them told me my bushings were out in my control arms and anything will move with a crow bar if you force it to move duhhhh. And still charged me for bringing it in and still didn't get my car aligned. I also will never recommend you guys to anyone. That's how I feel and thanks for nothing
Frustrated. Asking for an alignment there was an issue found and the alignment wasn't able to be performed. Although no work was done a charge was still required to pick up the vehicle. I'm new to this town but never have I been told there is a charge without any work being done.
Actually another shop stated it needed an alignment so that's why we went there. Again to my dismay the vehicle was held hostage for the diagnosis cost when it was there for an alignment. The original shop didn't even charge for looking and had it a couple days.
I was informed this is a regular practice for them to charge even if alignment wasn't able to be performed.
So they will charge you even if work can't be done, that's not very ethical in my eyes anyway.
I took my truck there to have a lift kit and whole suspension upgrade. They also Put a New AC system in New wheels and tires and New Aftermarket Lights.These guys took great care of me. The work was very professional and done rire!!The Owners Mr Elardo and his son mitch and staff are truly a God send.Folks if you want an honest and great shop,then this is it. And the pricing is fair and affordable. I will always bring me and my families cars here. And I live an hour away from it... Once again. Thanks Jay. Thanks Mitch,and thanks to the wonderful staff.
Trustworthy and friendly. I've been taking my vehicles here for a few years now since I moved back into town. Highly recommend. Family owned/operated. There's a bottleneck in the front office. Plan on spending 10-15 minutes when dropping-off your vehicle. Other than that, no complaints. ***Revision*** just took my pickup in for an oil change. Quick in & out. They got some extra help at the front counter. Very pleased with everything.

They are not my regular mechanic but I always take my car to them if he is busy. My husband and I have taken both our cars here a few times. Everyone is always super nice and they always seem to be reasonable!
I'm only reviewing Belt Alignment as a Penske truck drop off. I was scheduled to drop off a Penske truck at 9 am on a Tuesday, but the movers were done at 5 pm on Monday. My neighborhood was too small to store the truck overnight, so we swung by to drop off the truck with the idea that I'd return in the morning to "officially" turn it in. One of the workers came out and told me the owners were still inside even though they were closed. I popped in and the owners were incredibly friendly and got me checked in even though it was after hours. They were swift and chatted with me about the town as they got everything put into the computer. I would definitely rent a truck here again and their customer service is fantastic.
Outstanding. I pretty much come here just for tires and alignments. That's their expertise. They did a great alignment on one of my BMWs, most places won't even attempt it. Fast and personable service, and very fairly priced.
