they got me done in quite fast timing with everything I needed done. had to return the next day because parts had to be ordered. even then they got me finished so I can relax on my last few days off.
I will definitely be returning in the future.
This place has made some improvement over the last year and I must say it hasn't gone by unnoticed. More workers and better service. Still room for improvement but better than they were before.
After reading all the reviews, I went ahead and took a chance and order the part. They didn’t have the part they told me where it was and gave me the correct part number to get it.

$2000 bill and AC not fixed after being told it was. I'm beyond tired of the shops not doing the jobs that they're being paid to do. If its something just a little too hard to fix they tell you and give you the runaround like "oh well I'm not going to be able to fix it because somebody else will have to fix it" but then still send you the bill for everything that they didn't fix. You should either send your mechanics back to school or just close shop because you obviously don't know what you're doing. Rip off
My truck was drivable and after I stop today trying to problem fixed first when I pulled some younger lady came out all mean like I was trespassing so I just went to get the part I needed and they didn't have it so I try to ask a mechanic something then she stepped in all rude so I decided to leave at least when some shop service anit good there people are nice not here
Summit Truck Group provide excellent service as well as support for the parts they sell. They have been helpful everytime I deal with them and attentive to what I need.
When I called them to ask if they could help me with my truck, no one answered the phone. So I left a message with my name and phone number. They never called me back so I guess they don't want my business.
It was bad the representative told me that I had to wait outside the gate in the snow because they don't pay her to stay after 5pm and that's when they close and she closes the gate as well as she has to go pickup her mom so I would have to come back in the morning. My truck was about to shutdown and not run anymore so I was suppose to either sleep in a cold truck in sub degree weather or stand in sub degree weather waiting for an Uber or cab that may not come all because she did not get paid to stay after 5pm and she had to go pickup her mom all this is unacceptable service.l advised my company not to use their services again. Also the services I requested was not completed as requested
I should’ve trusted the reviews!! It’s one thing when people complain about customer service but when it’s service to your Truck you better believe it.I had to update this because my truck broke down because of the weather in got towed in derate( they tried charging me 9k and say after they fix it they still want know the problem) you know I had it towed out, come and find out it was frozen fuel filters and they was trying to charge me to fix my fuel pump!! Owner Operators stay the F— away. Unless you just want to go out of business!!
Nice people here. Very helpful. I understand dealerships can be busy, and other drivers have arrived before me. Giving me special treatment by slotting me in before another would be wrong, and I wouldn't ask for it. I'd give them a break, at least it's not Atlanta, be glad.
They got 1 star because there is no lower rating. Stay away from the service department. They refuse to look at anything even minor things when you arrive and tell you it will be days before they can. It appears they have a side business prepping and completing new utility trucks which seems to be their primary focus. If you try being proactive they are very rude. Save your money and time and get towed out of there if necessary, I did.
They said it wouldn't take very long to do the things had said they where going to do but it took them an hour, on each, to do two different vehicles and that was with only doing two things to each.
The repairs didnt as long as first thought. Just one night needed in hotel. But staff wont give you a ride to hotel, you'll have to take a taxi. Drivers lounge has 2 lazy boy chairs, tv, soda and snack machines.
I had my truck towed into this location with a stop engine light on. They had my truck diagnosed by mid day the second day which is quick knowing how busy these shops are. It took 9 days to repair truck which is 5 days more than quoted. Also upon picking up the truck the bill was $1100 more than quoted. Truck broke down agian 3 weeks later with same issue of stop engine light and not regening properly.
