I Needed oil for my car, asked for assistance. Clerk gave me wrong oil and now I have a lot of repairs needed to replace seals and gaskets. Won’t be going back!
Ok guy was kinda a douche and conceded tried to Argue with me about something he was wrong about after I had told him he continued to rudely argue and wouldnt stop until I proved him wrong !
Everyone there is great besides a young girl that works there. Don’t try to order anything through her. She can’t cross reference nor look up parts correctly. If she’s there and you’re trying to get a part not on the shelf just leave.
Not very helpful to women, went to auto zone to not feel like I was being talked to like an idiot. Questions should be welcomed not taunting and brief, trouble honoring warranty even with a receipt. Horrible city so no surprises with service
Said part be here at 12:55 go to pick it up they said it be 4:30 because the other store forgot it because they left to early so now we sitting here waiting for 3 hrs not happy about it
They don't always pay attention, alot of young people who may need a little more training , 5 out of 10 times I have walked out of there with the wrong part .

Excellent experience. Had a broken brake light. Staff not only helped me find what I needed, but took the time to install it for me. Greatly helpful for a gal who knows nothing about cars. Highly recommended.
Good discount parts. Remember you get what you pay for! As with any retail store some of the employees are just there for a job. In the other hand there is an older gentlemen and a couple of the younger men in there that really know their parts, and are extremely helpful in giving tips and tricks for making repairs.
I was told they would replace my battery, as in install the new one for me. He offered to give me tools to do it myseld lol. So i guess I'll just take it home and do it myself. Would have taken him 5 min. Customer service isnt what it used to be
