absolutely amazing service! purchased a water pump and the nice young man Eric offered to let me pump him in the back for an additional 20 dollers... if your pickin up what im putting down.. no teeth either! would recommend!

They don't always get it right the first time, but give them credit they don't stop until they make sure that you got the right part and you're satisfied.
Running a mobile mechanic service we interact with many customers and parts dealers. Of all of them O'Reilly seems to have a more knowledgeable staff than most (depending on which of the many stores you visit in Joe town) we use and recommend them quite frequently to our customers and others
Let me say this, I came in the store Saturday around 4 about a light on the dash. I had Wally help me with Bryce. They went over and beyond to help me with my vehicle they checked my battery, hooked it up to the computer, and sold me the right part. Patient throughout the whole interaction treated me more like family than a customer. I’m going back to this store solely because they work there and I feel they should be recognized and rewarded. Genuinely good hearted people much love to them.
We broke down on off ramp by Wal-Mart and walked to the auto zone. Got the wrong waterpump for our truck. Called, this store and clerk quoted they had the correct water pump at their location in stock. We drove there with friend's help, and they they had it out on the counter ready, and it was correct for what we needed. Polite and quick service.
This store and employees should sell correct parts it's different if it's not known they are defective car parts ,parts taken back four times!!! In four days !!. Rude manager and employees instead of doing their part in a situation they made very much harder they would rather send them to lake Ave store for a simple refund that had a lifetime warranty. Way to go Adam. After being treated in such way Infront of other paying customers was horrible,how did u like them other paying customers putting their items back telling you they will not be back . Four including me . Way to go Adam
The three kids they had in there weren't the best or brightest. Went in to have my check in light looked at Was asked if I knew how to use the tool and after it was hooked up the kid said next time I can hook it up myself. Shortly after word the kid had to facetime his boss to figure out what the code ment. I'm thinking instead of telling me how it was done maybe he needs to learn how to first.
I had a really good experience this time. OReilys is under new management. They must have made some good changes. Because the staff was more helpful and friendly than I ever remember before.
The low average IQ at this store is stunning. The prices are considerably higher than advanced Auto which also carries a larger inventory.
I've always used O'Reilly in the past but have given up on this store completely at this point. The manager is clueless.
Great folks there on the Ave. Always helpful and nice. Because of them testing our car we got a new alternator and back running great again. Give em all a raise I say.
Stopped in for a couple of different items. When I asked them some questions about one of the items, they were very honest and up front with what they felt was the poor quality of that particular item. I appreciated that so much because if I would have purchased it and experienced the result of poor quality, it would have reflected poorly on the store. I am more likely to shop there again for other things I need because I am able to trust them for honesty.
Fairly helpful, decent selection. Not the friendliest staff sometimes. I've come across a few employees that would know the difference between brake pads and rotors.
They helped me find what I was looking for in a quick and polite manner. The staff was impeccable and knew what they were talking about, plus, the pricing for the window regulator I purchased was much cheaper than other places. I recommend O'Reillys of all locations, this one in particular for the stellar service I have received on my visit.

Get the help you need to get your parts and accessories there. And the 2 young men who got me fixed with the parts I needed were happy at work not grumpy dudes or ladies who didn't want to be at work
My daughter and I walked in and down the third isle, phone's ringing off the hook behind the counter. walk to the hose and clamps and on to the tire repair area oriellys phone still ringing and there is 4 employed standing behind the counter and a female/Manager says will you please answer that and put them on hold, and returned to talking myself and my daughter both of us has item's in our hands istill need some fuel line and we stood there for 5minutes and another employee#5 appears from the floor and he's busy with a customer and I began saying this is bullsh** and then I was asked if I had been helped and told her no I've been waiting for awhile. My visit was not very pleasant
Day shift workers are fairly knowledgeable and friendly. However the evening staff i have encountered don't even seem to have a grasp of the basic parts thats make up a gas engine. Ordered parts this morning and was told they would be in this afternoon, showed up this evening and niether of the 2 kids knew what the part was that I ordered (a camshaft and lifter kit) and couldnt even figure out if it had actually shipped or not. I understand if weather prevented the delivery truck from making its runs but i would hope they would have the basic knowledge to get information rather than blank looks amd wandering the store aimlessly in hopes they would find it.
Most employees are friendly, many have good knowledge. They have a ton of parts and if they dont have it they can normally find it or order it. I use them for almost all my automotive needs.
The staff was very polite helped me get the right wiper blades for my dad's truck and installed them. Always appreciate any business that honors military.
Depends on when you go to this store if you will get someone that will actually help you and not act like you are dumb. Weekdays are good to go but weekend nights the employees are very rude, especially the newer guys. They act like they know more abouts your car than yourself and about 50% of the time the parts are wrong. Went in one night, they said they didn't even make the part anymore that I was looking for but then went to advance auto parts and they had no problem finding the part within 2 minutes.
O'Reilly is the best ait parts store to go to. They are extremely courteous and eager to please. Everyone has a smile on their face. Special thanks to employee Ryan Fraser for your fast service and even put in my new head lights. He was great. Thank you Ryan Fraser.
