  The guys here are always helpful. Went in to rent a puller and a cv axel. They had me go to the belt store to get the correct puller needed to get the job done. They offer a rewards program here as well for a chance to earn some cash back.

  I always have good luck at O'Reilly's in South Saint Joe. They always take good care of you and help you out No the one on North Belt I don't care much for it. Because I don't like the guy at work there named Tim he can never find what you want because he's too damn lazy

  Don't normally leave reviews but making an exception. I bought a can of bug & tar remover, (lifter 1 brand). Tried the product & it did not remove bugs at all so we ended up using abother brand of an old can we already had, (which worked great). Upon trying to exchange it the next day the asshat working at the store told me he would not exchange or refund me because the can sprayed and worked and it didn't matter that the product was not effective. I told him that it didn't work due to the fact that it didn't remove bugs! He was very short with me & rude. $8 won't break me like it will Oreillys evidently. I will not be returning to do any business with this store.

  Unable to help you. They don’t have the supplies to check your battery or voltage for a alternator. Big waste of time we didn’t have. Traveling thru on way home to Alabama when our truck was loosing power around 8:15pm and parts stores close at 9pm. Made it to O’Rileys and the employees we unable to check anything. We had to leave to get help it’s close to 8:45pm by now. Thank god we found a Auto Zone still open , had equipment to check truck, knowledge employees and part in stock. Got truck fixed and back on road. Would not recommend this store at all and need qualified employees. Big disappointment!!

  The employee at O'Reilly was so helpful and knowledgeable about our car with helping with diagnostic tools checking if our car had codes showing and tested our starter battery and most importantly our alternator which is largely why we came so helpful very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you O'Reilly's.

  This rating comes a several years late. I’m posting it in hopes she still works there, I’ve never forgotten the wonderful lady who works there, she solved my problem that no one could seem to figure out. My car would just randomly and constantly die. I’d purchased the battery new at your Maryville store. Trip after trip, no one could solve it. Then one day she happened to me the one who assisted me. Turns out that I was sold the “wrong” battery for my car. She replaced it for me, exchange with nothing owed. After that I never had an issue again. Thank you.

  Went to O'Reilly on the belt to get trailer bearings. They had one set (inner bearings) with races (which I told them I also needed, of course) and I ordered the outer set for delivery the next day (Saturday). Well, they did not order the outer bearing set with races....after I had beat the old ones out of the wheel hub. So now I have to wait another 4 days to get them on-line. They were literally going through boxes of miscellaneous bearings to try to match up a race for my race-less bearings!

  On my way back from Kansas City, i had a check engine light come on. I usually have a scan tool with me but was travelling without one. Pulled in to this place and they were totally accommodating and helped me determine the severity of my problem. I was expecting the usual groan and eye roll but was pleasantly surprised.   O'Reilly Auto Parts has decent prices in a friendly environment. The staff at O'Reilly's is also quite helpful and has general knowledge of auto mechanics and if a person comes in with a question generally they can answer it and they also offer free testing on batteries and other electrical equipment.

  Very very poor customer service. Dropped off rotors to get turned. Was told I'd receive call when they were done. Six hours later no call. Called to figure out what's up. Rotors hadn't been touched. No real reason why it wasn't done. Won't be shopping here for anything again.
