I’ve never met a more genuine and true tow service! I’m 9 months pregnant and while my husband and I were hauling a boat back home, we had a blow out. They helped us tremendously and didn’t overcharge and actually gave us a deal out of the kindness of their heart seeing our situation. This company is so true and willing to help! I hear so many stories of bad experiences with tow services and I was genuinely in utter shock with how different this company is and how their customers are valued and understood. I will DEFINATELY be more than happy to work with them for all my towing needs in the future as well as recommending them!
I was unable to unlock my car after replacing the key fob batteries. They arrived within half an hour of calling, reset my car and had me going in 5 minutes. We have also used them for towing services for at least 15 years and never had an issue. Great company, great employees.
Got stuck in water needed a quick tow to a nearby parking lot they were quick and very kind. Harley was the the drive he was quick kind and was very respectful he help with the car an explained what I might need to do for my engine.
Colton came and helped us again! We were towed when it was icy and we went into a ditch, and today on the hottest day when our tire went flat. He helped us both times quickly which is always appreciated.
I normally use Blue Knight but R&W was called instead, so I was like that’s fine I’m sure they will be comparable. Ha!! Boy was I wrong to tow 5 miles was $150.00 then instead of putting the vehicle in neutral and rolling in they pulled it sideways and good chance I will need an alignment. When asked about the price I was told well everything is more expensive. When asked about putting it in neutral I was told well this is the way we do it. But it was my fault for calling them in the first place. But I will never make that mistake again!! Blue Knight towing is who you need to call. I’m sure they are cheaper and better.
We absolutely love R&W. They're always professional, attentive and reasonable. We enjoy their monthly auctions and the first people we call when we are in a pickle and need tow services. Everyone was super nice, the driver was great. But they charged us $385. It was a police tow after a wreck my teenage daughter had. I didn’t give permission to tow and I certainly wouldn’t have used a company who works with the police. I would have had it towed straight to my house. Talk about kicking a dog while it’s down. This is taking advantage of people when they’re vulnerable.
This is the most unprofessional place of business I have ever encountered. We called R&W towing from a residence to discount tire. When backing the vehicle off the first encounter the driver had the customer force the all wheel drive vehicle off of the trailer with both back tires locked up. Multiple times he was asked if there was any other way because this seemed like it could cause damage, he assured that everything would be okay. (Multiple witnesses to prove, even on camera footage at discount tire, along with multiple workers standing right there)
Now a brand new rim that was just put on yesterday (and was never driven, only time it was moved was from the tire shop and the residence.) I called first thing this morning and the women who answered could’ve cared less. Smart remarks, rude, and not even a bit helpful.
She told me she would have the owner call back and never got a call back. Mind you were talking about $400 in damage that a careless driver caused, and she didn’t even want to listen. I thought maybe we just weren’t explaining it, so we put the guy from discount tire on the phone. She really didn’t like that and just continued with the disrespectful remarks and attitude. Unfortunately here we are and we still haven’t got a call back or even a tiny bit of sympathy for an issue THEIR driver caused. I absolutely do NOT recommend you go to R&W towing.
These guys are legal thiefs. they waited 22 days to file a notice my guess to run up fee's. never let your car get police towed by these guys you won't get notified for 26 days so they can take your car. Their crooks and rude.
A couple weeks ago my daughters car broke down on a Saturday evening, late. Cant recall the young fellows name right off but I think it was Dave. Anyway, he got to us faster than I expected and was really a super nice guy. He was glad to tow her car to the place where we were having it repaired, and even took time to chat with me before he had to leave. Cant thank you enough! Would definitely call on the service again!
10 minutes they were here. Concerned about breaking glass and weather stripping so they were extra careful. Excellent service. Definitely recommend for any big truck. They can even tow oversized loads of necessary. No job too small or too big. These guys are the best. Happy memorial day!

Called for a tow around midnight after blowing a tire and not having a spare. I had to call them back at 1:30am... They were on the wrong highway when I clearly said where I was. The dispatcher seemed bothered by my call, but it was decent service after the location was straightened out.
Wanted to take the time to let everyone know that Brian Richardson was fantastic to a lady that was involved in an accident with me today!! Very courteous, quickly took care of the situation and loaded her car safely. We have used R and W tow for years at work for our tow company at work, and I was proud to recommend them to someone else. Thanks Brian and R and W tow!!
They arrived fast, gave my teen son & I some good advice about spare tires, and floor jacks! Very, very helpful. Worked fast, and his teen daughter was with him, she did the paperwork, while he did the manual labor. She was also very knowledgable! Great Experience and if I ever need roadside assistance again, I'll be calling them!! Thanks again!
Bryan Richardson was my superhero on Sunday. Was having a stressful day and got out of my car and locked the keys inside. My car is particularly fun as the locking mechanism is in the middle of the dash board. Bryan made easy work of it and had me back in my car Lickety Split. The service was outstanding and he offered me some great tips regarding my car! Thanks again to Bryan and his helper!

Absolute terrible company. Got into an accident, requested a good tow service but the police refused and called this place. Unprofessional, slow, sloppy and way overpriced.
I got locked out of my car today and mr Bryan Richardson came out in less than 15 minutes and he got my car unlocked in 4 minutes he talked with me. Telling me that you should get a mechanics key so Incase I ever got locked out I should have it in my purse or wallet to get it unlocked. When I was on the phone talking to the dispatch lady she told me in a calm voice everything will be ok I’m sending one of my guys out now. I told her thank you so very much. I will never forget the day I seen that big red tow truck pull up into my neighborhood. And I thought the price would be thru the roof but they had a very reasonable price. If anything happens I will always call again!

Stranded along a busy highway in St. Joe MO with a dump trailor loaded with gravel! The feeling I will never forget! The load shifted and the leaf springs broke, the axle started to rub against the back tire causing smoke to billow up and ruin the tire. A couple of really nice gents came along and assessed the trailor and said we would have to call a towing company to get a “rollback” here to get us to where we wanted to go. No other option! I know nothing about the subject whatsoever, so I was so relieved when they took over and said to call R&W Towing and Recovery. As a matter of fact they called for us.
Now I’m thinking what is this going to cost me? $100, 200, 400, 1000! Well it’s true my imagination went wild and I was afraid I wouldn’t have enough $ to cover the cost.
In about 45 minutes this huge beautiful tow truck pulled up and a really big guy jumped out and told us he was here to take care of us. Bryan Richardson, I have to say you looked like my knight in shining armor! He told us to sit tight and he would have us up and going in a few. Just as promised he did waht he had to do, with ease I might add! He even told me the cost before we were taken to our destination. It didn’t break me, I thought it would have been much more. Living on a fixed income, I worry.
After it was all over we talked and I found him to be one of the nicest men I have ever met. Everything went so smoothly and I found the whole experience to be very good. Thank you R&W I will highly recommend you at any time.

Would never recommend them !!! She put me on hold (she thought) and proceeded to have a conversation with her friend about some drama (not work related) while I was stranded on the highway , in the heat , with groceries and needed immediate service. I then called Superior Towing and couldn't be happier with the service I recommend Superior Towing to anyone needing immediate response
Awesome, awesome, awesome customer service from Bryan Richardson. We blew a tire out on the side of the highway and he saved our night by stopping and changing it for us! Definitely recommend!
I wish I could give them zero stars. We called them to tow our broke down car. The dispatcher took all our information but no one ever called us back. We waited for an hour. Luckily another company Superior Tow & Recovery came to our rescue or we’d still have a stranded car. Thanks for nothing!!!
