Very shady got an inspection found out afterwards don't need one on car that's less than ten years old they declined to inform me of this and tried to charge me over 1000 dollars for ball joints

Insanely high prices. Quoted me almost $500.00 to replace a door handle! And no one there was very friendly. I feel like because I am a woman, they treated me differently! Will NEVER go there again.

STAY AWAY FROM THERE WENT TO HAVE SOME RECALL WORK DONE THEN CALLED ME SAYING THAT THEY NEED $160.00 FOR A PART. IF I DIDN'T BUY THE PART WAS GOING TO PUSH MY CAR OUTSIDE AND LEAVE IT THERE LONG STORY SHORT I DROVE THE CAR HOME WITHOUT BUYING THE PART THEY SAID I NEEDED!! SHOUT OUT TO MARTY SALES MANGER THAT HELPED WITH MY PROBLEM

Would not buy a car here. Straight sharks in the water. I bought a car here first they tried adding $1,000 on the price I had to ask three different time for them to take it off kept acting like they forgot. Then of course they want you to buy an extra warranty, gap insurance, shield, etc. I told them I just wanted gap insurance he told me the price for all three add on's said it was a great deal I still said no then he said how about i throw in the shield for free if you buy the warranty so i said ok . The price never changed from what he quoted with all three said it would adjust but I never did. Before applying the shield I tried to return it because I was ripped off they said you cant return it. After they took my car in for the shield they stole my floor mats then acted like they didn't have floor mats. A brand new $23,000 car doesn't have floor mats that I seen ?

Dishonest. Do not trust this dealership! Took my 2012 Chevy Impala in to have a MO safety inspection performed. I bought the car from Randy Reed back in 2013. They failed the inspection stating it needed a front left tie rod replaced. The cost for the repair was going to be $395.00. I checked the vehicle myself and did not see a problem with the front tie rod end. I took the vehicle to the MO Hwy Patrol, where they inspected the vehicle and passed the vehicle. I quickly drove over to the dealership to confront the mechanic who failed the vehicle. When I got there they told me the mechanic had been fired. The dealership made up a bunch of excuses and expected me to accept the excuse. I left with a very bad feeling of dishonesty with the group.

This is a two part review. The collision department is awesome, I won't go anywhere else. You could not ask for a better group of people. However do not rent a car from them or if you do take at least 15 minutes and check the entire car over from different angles and look at every blemish on the car. Rub on them make sure that are not hairline scratches or you will get charged to fix them when you bring it back. The rental left a bad taste in my mouth and if it wasn't for the collision people I would have given them one star and never went back.

Buyers beware ask for a Carfax they’re very very very dissed honest they will sell you a car at the new price but you will find out your car has been wrecked and then they will say that you signed a paper stating you know and when you really did not know I cannot express this enough they are very very dissed honest I do not trust them. Take your business elsewhere I urge you and less you want to get screwed do business with them if not take your business elsewhere

Was on the market for a used Ram and Lance Davies took great care of me! Contacted him about a listing he posted that was 1 minute old.. had a response within 2min!! He held the truck for me, negotiated an extremely fair deal, and I was on the road in a truck in under 2 hours. Can't beat that! Coming from someone who has been a top producer at several other dealerships...these guys are great!

Took my 2017 Traverse in for an oil change on Friday, Saturday my check engine light comes on. I immediately go to Randy Reed it kicks back code P0496, high purge flow, so the Service manager says he can clear the code and see if it comes back on, I tell him no I want my car fixed to prevent further damage. While I am on the phone he takes it upon himself to clear the code, despite me asking him not to. So I leave, fast forward to Monday my check engine light comes back on, my husband and I decide to take it to a different chevy dealer. I am here now getting it looked at, and they let me know that a hose was pulled out. Is it a coincidence? I don't think so. Randy Reeds service tech was the only person under my car. Maybe trying to make back some money for those lifetime oil changes. Safe to say Randy Reed will never see our business again.

I left specific printed instructions on required procedures for reprogramming for a new transmission warranty. They failed to follow instructions potentially voided my warranty AND want to charge me to come back and fix the problem. Stay away
